Thanks for informative video, brakes on my focus feel a little spongy and i will probaby bleed them soon. And can i ask you if i want to fully change brake fluid can i bleed old oil on the nipples or do i need to disconnect the brake lines?

If you fully want to change the fluid, you do it with the 2 person method and trough the bleed nipple. Pump the pedal until fresh liquid comes out. Don't forget to fill up the reservoir.
