"Do these guys have any more Songs ??" Grab another drink, put on your comfy pants, and put a note on the door that the family is on it's own for dinner, this is gonna be a Ride.
Just a note before you go down the Pentatonix rabbit hole. There has only been one change in the original Pentatonix members. Matt Sallee replaced Avi Kaplan in 2017. Mitch Grassi and Kirstin (Kirstie) Maldonado change their appearance a lot. Scott Hoying (the tall blonde) is a baritone that covers the bass when the bass singer takes the lead. Kevin Olusola (the beat boxer) occasionally will bring in his cello (named Beyonce) for some of their songs. These are some of the frequently asked questions by future Pentaholics, which although you are not aware you just became one.
And Mitch and Kirstie change their looks a lot. Hair styles and colors-and Mitch lost weight. But the only change in personnel was when Avi left and Matt join in 2017. They are the most successful acapella group in HISTORY.
" Have these guys done anymore songs? " *spits out drink* 🤣 This is why I love finding people who are new to Pentatonix, comments like that are hilarious to those of us who know. And, those of us who DO know aren't making fun of those who don't, we're laughing in joy of knowing what a journey those who don't know are about to go on. In rememberance of our own journey of discovery with Pentationx. Welcome to the rabbit hole, luv, welcome to PTX, and welcome to the accapela world. You're about to find an entire new way of looking at music, and new groups to show you. Congrats, you've won UA-cam. ;)
Thank you for the great reaction. Pentatonix is a Capella. In fact they redefined a Capella ten years ago when they won the "Sing Off" TV show. They have since won 3 Grammy's and have sold millions of records. They do sold out tours regularly and have many TV specials. They became You Tube sensations and just sing amazingly. Please continue to react to them.
Everyone now say " Pentatonix rabbit hole" honey your going to love it I've been in it for 10 years. There fantastic, wonderful and life altering. Good luck
They are an acapella group. They won a show called the Sing-off. The blonde guy is Scott (baritone, covers bass when bass is singing.) The guy with the mustache is Mitch (Counter-Tenor, has amazing range). The girl is Kirstie (like thirsty) (Mezzo-soprano). They all went to school together. The guy in the white suit is Kevin (beat boxer, also plays cello. (sometimes at the same time). The last guy is Matt (bass) the newest member. They have only had one member change in 10 years. Old bass is Avi.
"Do they have any other songs?" Ha ha ha ha get ready! Welcome to the crazy world of PTX! Get ready for smiles, singing, dancing, goose bumps and crying. Its all soooo worth It! OMG also get ready for your channel to blow up! Enjoy the ride!
Welcome to the world of Pentatonix, or PTX for short. Get ready for a quick boost to your channel from their rabid fans who call ourselves “Pentaholics”. Here is my quick intro to the group for new fans. PTX is a five member “a Capella” (without instruments) vocal band formed in 2011 for the NBC television reality competition show “The Sing Off”. The original members are “the trio”, who went to high school together in Arlington, Texas made up of: SCOTT HOYING, male, 6’3”, usually blond, sings baritone, but has a wide vocal range and covers the bass line of songs when the normal bass is singing a lead. MITCH GRASSI, male, 5’10”, normally black hair but has changed body mass, wardrobe and hair style so much in videos he’s often mistaken for different people. Mitch has an amazingly high range (contra tenor) that some mistake for a second female voice. KIRSTIN MALDONADO, female, 5’4”, natural hair color is black but changes it often in videos. Kirsti (rhymes with “thirsty”) sings mezzo soprano and, for a time in 2018 between the group’s tours, had the female lead on Broadway in the production of “Kinky Boots”. Added to “the trio” for the show were: AVI KAPLAN, male, 5’11”, long dark hair, beard, usually wears a knit hat of some kind. Avi is a classically trained “basso profundo”. He provides the vocal bass line as well as added vocal percussion but often uses his upper registry to sing vocal leads in a number of arrangements. Avi is the ONLY member of the band that has change. He left on good terms in 2017 for reasons related to conflicting demands of the band’s touring schedule and his personal/family commitments. He assisted the group in finding his replacement Matt Sallee. KEVIN OLUSOLA male, 6’1”, black, changing hair style, is known as “KO” and was asked to join PTX to provide vocal percussion after Scott watched a UA-cam video of him “cello boxing” (beatboxing while playing his cello). KO is the classic over achiever of the group. He plays Cello, Piano, and Saxophone all at concert levels. He graduated pre-med from Yale, speaks Spanish and spent over a year in China where he became fluent in Chinese. He sings Tenor but vocals were not his strong suite when he started so he worked with other band members and a vocal coach until while on tour he would perform the featured vocals in "if I ever fall in love", (originally performed by guest artist Jason Derulo for the album and video). He also writes and produces music both individually and for the group. So, KO is more than “just the beatboxer”. The most recent member and the only change in the group’s membership is: MATT SALLEE, male, 5’9” black with usually close-cut black hair. Matt replaced Avi Kaplan in 2017 to provide vocals, vocal bass and percussion. Matt can be heard using his exceptional upper vocal range to provide a rich tenor/baritone lead often ending with a slide down to a deep bass punch. Things you need to know because if you get these wrong Pentaholics will come after you with pitch forks and torches! 1- There is NO Auto-Tune; what you hear is actually what they sing. They really are that good. The only exception is they may deliberately use Auto-Tune when they cover songs where it was used in the original and is key to the sound of that song. An example is "90's Dance Medley" when they use it in Cher’s, “Believe”. 2- What produces everything that you hear in the video, you see in the video. If there is an instrument used in the music, you see it on screen. Enjoy the ride.
I know you used the Wikipedia- or Google-listed heights for them, but several of those listed heights are off. Scott is closer to 6'4" (probably 6'3 1/2"). Kirstie is shorter than 5'4", really about 5'0" or 5'1". Matt is quite a bit taller than 5'9"...he and Kevin are roughly the same height (Kevin may be about an inch taller). Also, the story of Avi "assisting in finding Matt" is something of an urban legend that has gotten a lot of coverage. Avi announced he was leaving in June 2017 while they were still on tour, then left at the end of the tour in September. I know they did some auditions while on the road, but I'm not sure when Matt auditioned. Matt joined them as a "special guest bass" for the Christmas tour, but didn't officially join the group until March 2018. By the time both of those events took place, Avi was long-gone from the group. Also, there were some contractual issues between he and the group upon his departure that conflict with the "left on good terms" official story. There have been a lot of rumors that I won't get into. Avi and Kevin remain close friends, but I don't think this is true with Avi and the rest of the group.
They are acapella yes, and they have lots of other songs (covers and originals) for you to dive into. Most of their "evolution of" videos are live and done in one take. The pentaholics are such a sweet community that im sure all you're questions will get answered
Glad you found this group! You should definitely watch more from them. They have A LOT to pick from! Original songs and incredible covers. Thanks for the fun reaction!
Loved your reaction to this absolutely incredibly talented group of 5. Your going to find yourself ALWAYS wanting more, never wanting the songs to end. Want more PTX Please!
Welcome to the fandom...you are in for a trip. You must watch Hallelujah, Bohemian Rhapsody, Daft Punk and Sound of Silence. All are EPIC. any of their mash ups are amazing...
One favorite of their original work is "Run to You". It has no beatboxing but that was the idea when Kevin (beatboxer) and Avi (former base) worked on the song.
Yes girl! 90’s hip-hop/rap/r&b all the way!! I was in my teens in the early/mid 90’s and these definitely hold a spot in my heart too! Wow! They did really good. And these were definitely the right kind of songs for them to remake. Love this!
They have so many songs to experience. They have been around for 10 years and are spectacular. They are a Capella, some songs include a cello. They have also done songs with other artist as well as their own originals.
Great reaction, *WARNING* Prepare thyself for the tidal wave of followers and views you are soon to experience. Welcome to the PTX family. We are literally the most diverse, inclusive and supportive family on UA-cam. Much love and keep on keepin on J.
Hallelujah (both their live Christmas special version and their official video), Evolution of Arianna Grande, Evolution of Rihanna, Evolution of Beyonce, No (Meghan Trainor cover), Gold (Kiara cover) and so many, many more! Thank you for your reaction!
You wondered if they had done anything else. They have SUCH a discography that it would take you days to go through it. Three grammy awards, several platinum or double-platinum albums, world-wide sold-out tours... don't know how you missed them. They do LOTS of covers but they have original material too.
A few songs that I feel are underappreciated are Happy Now, Come Along, Making Christmas and 12 Days of Christmas. Other songs you should check out are Can you feel the love tonight, Mad world, Imagine, Radioactive and Can't Hold Us.
"Do they have any more songs?". Oh honey, hang on tight it's an amazing ride! Don't expect to get anything else done for a long time!! I'm going to subscribe just to watch you go down this rabbit hole lol! Welcome to Pentatonix!
A brief introduction to Pentatonix (aka PTX): A five member acapella (no instrument) group formed in 2011. They sing covers of pop songs and have several Christmas albums in their catalog. They've also put out two albums of original material, one just released February 12, 2021 (The Lucky Ones). The original five band members were Scott, Kirstin (Kirstie), Mitch, Kevin and Avi. Scott, Kirstin and Mitch knew each other from high school. They formed the group in 2011, adding Avi (bass) and Kevin (beatboxer). They auditioned, competed and won season 3 of the television show The Sing-Off. They've also won multiple awards over the years including three Grammys. While viewing PTX videos spanning a decade, it may appear that there has been several personel changes due to their ever-changing appearances, Kirstin and Mitch in particular. The fact is; only one member has changed. Of the five original members, four are still in the group. Avi left the group in 2017 and was replaced with Matt. While acappella since forming the group, they occasionally introduce instruments such as piano (played by Scott) and cello (played by Kevin). They've also included vocals and instrumentals played by featured guests. Most of their 'instrumental' sounds however, are created by Kevin, their very talented beatboxer along with baselines performed by Avi, Matt and Scott. While performing together as a five-member group, they also have individual works worth investigating. There's so much more information 'Penta-holics' can add to this list. Just ask and they will respond. Enjoy!
Oh, boy! You're in the rabbit hole, now. I've been a "Pentaholic" since 2012...."Somebody I Used To Know". They are the biggest A Capella group in the world by now. Their playlist is gigantic. Just go to their website and you can pick and choose. You'll be amazed and thrilled. Welcome!!! They've won three Grammys so far..at least. Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Awww girl same!!! DMX also has a special place in my heart!!! OMGOMGOMGOMG I AM SO FREAKING HAPPY I CLICKED ON THIS VIDEO BECAUSE WHAT THE HECK!!!!! THIS JUST TOOK ME ALL THE WAY BACK!!!!!! Wow I am screaming on the inside!!! I love all of these songs!!!!!!💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
If you want some originals by them I highly recommend Love Again (a serious club vibe for this) or Run To You (for pure harmonies) maybe Be My Eyes (for a more contemporary feel)
They have so many awesome songs. Just to list a few, you should check out Hallelujah, the Sound of Silence, Mad World, Bohemian Rhapsody, and their Daft Punk Medley. And some of their originals, like Sing, Love Again, and Be My Eyes.
They have lots of covers, lots of medleys, lots of Christmas music, some fantastic collaborations with other artists, solo and duo projects besides the group, and no shortage of original music. You have a nearly 10 year back catalog to choose from. Go.
"Do they have any more songs?" Umm, how many waves are there in the ocean? And yes, they are an a cappella group ... *everything* you hear is from *them!* It was definitely fun, watching your reaction! They've been around for a bit of time, now ... here are some of their songs that are *my* faves: Hallelujah Bohemian Rhapsody Mary Did You Know? Sound Of Silence Daft Punk Medley Amazing Grace Evolution Of Michael Jackson [medley] Thank You [an original; have tissues!] Say Something [again, have tissues!] Can You Feel The Love Tonight? ... *Enjoy!*
They’re a great origin story too. Scott, Mitch, and Kirsten grew up together in South Texas and decided this was what they wanted to be. They found Kevin and Avi...and later Matt...online and it was off to the races from there.
Who are these guys??? They are the three time Grammy Award winning, world touring, a cappella group with over 19 million youtube subscribers and over 5 billion views. Welcome to the world of Pentatonix, and I am a Pentaholic. Hope to see more of the on your channel.
I hit the button to early. they are THE acapella group. No instruments, no auto-tune, no post-production magic just pure talent. I don't think there's anything PTX can't do. Keep doing reactions to them and us fans, the pentaholics, will flock to you. someone said start with their iconic Hallelujah Then followed that up with Amazing Grace, Bohemian Rhapsody, imagine, Mad World, Sound of Silence and then move into their newer stuff. The album they just released the lucky ones is all Originals. Welcome to the rabbit hole you'll enjoy your ride down I promise
Great reaction....loved your facial expressions! Give "Hallelujah" a listen (600 million+ views), Sound of Silence, Amazing Grace, and Daft Punk Remix. Welcome to the PTX Wabbit Hole :)
They are amazing. Pentaholics all hope that is what heaven sounds like. It would take about a year to see all their work if you did one song a day. They have original music also. They can sing in any style or genre. They sometimes do it in the same song (12 Days of Christmas) Pentaholics listen to their Christmas music all year round. I think they have sold more Christmas music than any other artist or group ever. The five faces of people who hear certain songs the first time. 1. Mitch face also known as Mitch slapped. The shock of hearing his voice for the first time. Especially in Hallelujah, 90s Dance Medley, and Ah Hah Live. 2. The What Did I Just Hear face. Happens when they start hard at the first and the brain was not ready to process the sound. Usually requires starting the song over. 3. Ugly cry face. Normally found in listening to their more emotional songs such as Amazing Grace, Thank You, and Imagine 4. Wide Eyed Look of Disbelief. This is usually seen in Bohemian Rhapsody and when Pentatonix goes into Wall of Sound mode in Mary Did You Know, Imagine, Amazing Grace and other songs. 5. The Look of Disappointment. Found at the end of songs that you do not want to end. Can be accompanied by saying 'NO!'. Most commonly seen in their Medleys and Evolutions.
I just subscribed, loved your reaction. I agree with almost all of the comments which said you can't go wrong. Everything the do is fantastic. For my vote, covers would include "Daft Punk", "Bohemian Rhapsody", "Amazing Grace" "Hallelujah", "The Sound of Silence", "Come Along", etc. For Originals, "Sing", "Be My Eyes", and on and on. Keep up the good work, I'm looking forward to more of your PTX reactions.
Keep reacting to Pentatonix (PTX for short) and their legions of fans (Pentaholics) will follow! They do covers, a ton of Christmas music and also originals (The Lucky Ones album released earlier this year is all originals). Suggestions to check out: Hallelujah (616 million views) Bohemian Rhapsody Sound of Silence Imagine Daft Punk Can't Hold Us There is a reason their videos get MILLIONS of views! Welcome to the rabbit hole!!
I loved watching you react to this video. You enjoyed the music like I did when I first watched this. It brings back good memories of growing up in the 90's as I was born in the 80's, so these were my sons growing up and dancing to.
Mare... great first time reaction to PTX. Yeah, they got a lot more songs. You have just discovered THE acapella group. There are other good groups out there but Pentatonix is, how you say, SPECIAL. Please do more of them. You will be amazed. Thanks. 😊
Loved your reaction. Lots of great songs to react to. They do a cover of nearly everything with such variety of types of music they are amazing. But they also have original songs as well. Cant Sleep Love is an older song that is a good start on their originals. Try another original too called Sing. It is upbeat and happy.
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TYPE IN PENTATONIX AND YOU WILL GET HUNDREDS OF RESULTS. THEY CAME TO FAME SEVERAL YEARS AGO WHEN THEY WERE ON A COMPETITION SHOW FOR ACAPELLA GROUPS. THEY WON !!!!!!!! HALLELUJAH, AND MARY DID YOU KNOW, ARE TWO OF THEIR BIGGEST !!!!!!!
If you like medly songs, check out their 'evolution of' series of videos. they cover Michael Jackson, Ariana Grande, Beyonce, Rihana etc. They also did a team up with Dolly Pardon singing Jolene, that won them a Grammy award. They did a Daft Punk medly as well, which also won them a Grammy. There's more; but that should get you started.
They have an original album that was released 02/12/21 of this year 😊 it is their second original album and they have lots of Christmas albums! But yes they mostly do covers!
They are acapella. The have an amazing catalog. They usually don't use much auto-tune, bit used it here as kind of an homage to Cher & the genre.Try "Hallelujah" or "Coffee in Bed" (an original) next.
You're reaction was by far the best one Ive come across for this medley! I was a DJ back in the early 90s so I understand the singing, dancing & nostalgia (I was doing the same, lucky I had heaps of room lol) These are great tracks, great times & you made me smile the whole way through it! Thanks & One luv from New Zealand
I appreciate that! That was the kindest comment I have ever received. I truly enjoyed it and did not want to hold back my excitement. Look forward to a lot more!
I'm going to hit your sub button because I want to see your reactions to Pentatonix(PTX) haha! They are so fantastically great that I can guarantee you will want to hear more and more from them. Great reaction!!
FYI, list of songs and artists is way down the description section of video. Pentatonix has lots of covers and originals. Great energy, great sing-along, great chair dancing, great reaction. Thanks!
i was working door security on a nightclub during the 90's so i got to listen to all these songs for free 3 nights a week thur, fri, sat, nights from 10 pm till 4 am best years of my life. great memorys. JBL blackbox system pushing out allmost 1000w put your drink down on a table and you could see the liquid vibrate :)
You must fall down the rabbit hole and listen to every song they did, they are so much fun to watch and listen to plus both versions they did of Jolene first with just Dolly Parton then in 2016 on the voice when Miley Cyrus joined them ❗❕
They are an acapella group, for me the best one. I really recomend their covers of can you feel the love tonight, bohemian rapsody, the sound of silence And also they have original music, I love their song "sing". They have three grammys for this songs: 1.- Daft Punk Medley 2.- Dance of the sugar plum fairy 3.- Jolene ft. Dolly Parton
perry stevenson welcome to the wonderful world of pentatonix. First a brief history. they won the show sing off i believe in 2011. also the original members included mitch, kirsten, scott, kevin(beat boxer) and avi (bass)...avil left after a few yrs to take care of his ailing mother and couldn't tour as much so avi helped pentatonix find their current bass (matt). They are 98% acapella but they do have some videos with kevin who also plays the cello. They've won 3 grammys for their covers of daft punk, dance of the sugar plum fairies, jolene w/ dolly parton. Other covers are bohemian rhapsody(quite simply the best cover of that classic rock song), wizard of ahhhs (a montage of 16 songs made to tell the story of the wizard of oz), mad world, royals, hallelujah, sounds of silence, radioactive, imagine, god rest ye merry gentlemen, little drummer boy, gold, problem, say something, attention, cant hold us....there are so many great covers...too many to list..but this is a start. They also do originals...some include...sing, love again, and their new album "the lucky ones". also they made an album during the pandemic recorded entirely in their own homes...recorded seperately thru zoom and mixed..songs include home, blinding lights, break my heart, dreams, when the party's over. Please do more pentatonix reactions. thanks and be safe in these troubled times.
This is a fabulous group and hopefully you will do all their songs. Amazing Grace, evolution songs of various superstars like Michael Jackson, Beyoncé etc. imagine is great. Sounds of silence and Hallelujah.
Yes, Pentatonix is an acapella group. Before reacting to more of their stuff it would be a great idea to google this group and get information on them for yourself. That when you do start to react to their stuff again you won't be left wondering about certain things. I'll tell you a little about them. Pentatonix a.k.a PTX came on the scene in 2011. They were on the third season of NBC"s The Sing-Off and won it. One thing about this group is in 2017 one of the original members, Avi Kaplan, who was their main bass guy left the group and was later replaced my Matt Salle which is the gentleman you saw here in this video. He is the black guy without the facial that started to sing the Cher song. Now, throughout your journey in reacting to PTX sometimes you will see Avi and sometimes you'll see Matt. One other thing to be aware of is that Mitch, the one with the really high pitch voice and Kirsten like to change their looks quite a bit. I think more so Mitch then her...LOL Anyway, I could go on and on about them, but I want you to look in to them for yourself so you can get well acquainted with them. It's just the best way to do it. I promise you won't be disappointed. By the way....a few reaction suggestions if I may. The did a Queen cover of Bohemian Rhapsody along with a video. This was absolutely incredible what the did on this one. One other suggestion would be their "Daft Punk" medley. This was so good that they actually won a grammy for it. One last one would be their rendition of the song "Hallelujah". Now to get a better idea of their talent I recommend reacting to their live version of this song from their Christmas special. I'm telling you it is so so so good. I'm telling you now you before it is all over you will become what hardcore PTX fan's are called and that is........ A "Pentaholic". Get ready for the ride it's gonna be a doozy....LOL Oh and New Subscriber here as well!!!!! See you on the next one.
Hi, Mare, glad you've discovered PTX! They have an amazing book of work from mash-ups of great artists (Michael Jackson, Ariana Grande, Rihanna), stunning covers of a lot of popular music (Hallelujah, Amazing Grace, Can You Feel the Love Tonight, Say Something) and a lot of their own original works (Love Me When I Don't, Happy Now, Love Again). They've won three Grammys and have done collaborations with a number of great artists...Enjoy!
Start your Pentatonix journey with their "evolution of" videos. Their "Evolution of Music" was the first video of theirs's that went viral, and they basically filmed it in their kitchen. "Evo of Michael Jackson" , and "Evo of Beyonce" also are great viral videos for them. You also can't forget their GRAMMY winning video "Daft Punk" Original songs like "Love Again" and of course three Christmas albums.
„I wanna hear all their songs“
- You’re gonna be here for *a while* because people are gonna hold you to that one 😂😂😂
"Do these guys have any more Songs ??"
Grab another drink, put on your comfy pants, and put a note on the door that the family is on it's own for dinner, this is gonna be a Ride.
This is such a cute comment! 😁 Thanks for the warm feeling
Just a note before you go down the Pentatonix rabbit hole. There has only been one change in the original Pentatonix members. Matt Sallee replaced Avi Kaplan in 2017. Mitch is a counter-tenor, which is what enables him to hit those extra super high notes, and Kirstie's perm is a glorious 90's tribute lol :D
" Have these guys done anymore songs? " *spits out drink* 🤣 This is why I love finding people who are new to Pentatonix, comments like that are hilarious to those of us who know. I am so excited to her more and more from them!
@@LifewithMare they have over 200 songs on UA-cam
I believe you should start your Pentatonix journey with their iconic Hallelujah. Over 600 million views...
I’d say Little Dummer Boy. A Christmas song, filmed outdoors, at the very beginning of their careers.
Hey, don't forget about "Sound of Silence"
Aw!!! I love to watch PTX Virgins watching their videos for the first time!
It was amazing. I’ve done more just waiting to release them
Thank you for the great reaction.
Good luck
their “Daft Punk Medley” & “Havana” cover are on point

Welcome to Pentatonix! You are going to have a good time exploring their music. Yes, acapella.
The original members are “the trio”, who went to high school together in Arlington, Texas made up of:
SCOTT HOYING, male, 6’3”, usually blond, sings baritone, but has a wide vocal range and covers the bass line of songs when the normal bass is singing a lead.
Added to “the trio” for the show were:
AVI KAPLAN, male, 5’11”, long dark hair, beard, usually wears a knit hat of some kind.
The most recent member and the only change in the group’s membership is:
MATT SALLEE, male, 5’9” black with usually close-cut black hair.
Avi and Kevin remain close friends, but I don't think this is true with Avi and the rest of the group.
um as answer to number 1 Im blue is i guess an more obvious answer but ye cher also used auto tune against her producers in
I love seeing folks discover PTX. Enjoy the ride through their impressive portfolio - covers and originals.
Bohemian rhapsody, hallelujah, daft punk and sound of silence are my favourites
Pentatonix is a multi-Grammy award winning acapella group
Todrick Hall "For the 90s." And he's also done some sweet collabs with Pentatonix.
Love this!
Thanks so much Coralie!! I love every song that they sang here!
Voices are always on top but holy dang, that base and beatboxing is out of this world.
Try these out : Sound of silence: Amazing Grace: Daft Punk: Hallelujah: enjoy them all they are incredible
Bohemian Rhapsody, Gold, Run to You, Shallow, and soooo many more
"Do they have any more songs?". Oh honey, hang on tight it's an amazing ride! Don't expect to get anything else done for a long time!! I'm going to subscribe just to watch you go down this rabbit hole lol! Welcome to Pentatonix!
I’m looking forward to it
They are the best a cappella group in the world. That’s who ☺️
A brief introduction to Pentatonix (aka PTX):
A five member acapella (no instrument) group formed in 2011.
Enjoy!
A capella. Pentatonix. Down the rabbit hole you go.
5+ minutes of pure joy!
Welcome. Great reaction. Please please please keep going and the Pentaholics will go with you.

Just go to their website and you can pick and choose. You'll be amazed and thrilled. Welcome!!! They've won three Grammys so far..at least. Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Start your PTX journey with Hallelujah.... Bring your box of tissues

Amazing Grace...AMAZING!
If you want some originals by them I highly recommend Love Again (a serious club vibe for this) or Run To You (for pure harmonies) maybe Be My Eyes (for a more contemporary feel)
You have tasted a drop in the bucket of Pentatonix. Be ready your addiction has just begun.
They have so many awesome songs. Just to list a few, you should check out Hallelujah, the Sound of Silence, Mad World, Bohemian Rhapsody, and their Daft Punk Medley. And some of their originals, like Sing, Love Again, and Be My Eyes.
Great reaction. I’m still smiling too.💕 Hallelujah, Amazing Grace, lots of Evolutions of music.
Yes! Thank you!
*everything* you hear is from *them!*
It was definitely fun, watching your reaction!
They've been around for a bit of time, now ... here are some of their songs that are *my* faves:
Hallelujah
Bohemian Rhapsody
Mary Did You Know?
Sound Of Silence
Daft Punk Medley
Amazing Grace
Evolution Of Michael Jackson [medley]
Thank You [an original; have tissues!]
Say Something [again, have tissues!]
Can You Feel The Love Tonight?
... *Enjoy!*
They’re a great origin story too. Scott, Mitch, and Kirsten grew up together in South Texas and decided this was what they wanted to be. They found Kevin and Avi...and later Matt...online and it was off to the races from there.
Wow! They go way back!
Sound of silence, hallelujah, Mary did you know, daft punk
Who are these guys??? They are the three time Grammy Award winning, world touring, a cappella group with over 19 million youtube subscribers and over 5 billion views. Welcome to the world of Pentatonix, and I am a Pentaholic. Hope to see more of the on your channel.
And that right there is the power of music! I bet you felt so much better after watching that. 'Do they have more songs'? One or two.......
Haha I know they have tons!!! Yes I was soooo happy!
OMG...I will follow your journey on the PTX-Train. It will be so much fun to see you're reactions and your enthusiasm 🤣🤣🤣
Omg all their songs are amazing. Welcome to the Pentaholics.
I am hooked already!
They really have a cover Amazing grace 🤩
They are amazing. Pentaholics all hope that is what heaven sounds like.
It would take about a year to see all their work if you did one song a day. They have original music also. They can sing in any style or genre. They sometimes do it in the same song (12 Days of Christmas)
Pentaholics listen to their Christmas music all year round.
Normally found in listening to their more emotional songs such as Amazing Grace, Thank You, and Imagine
Suggestions to check out:
Hallelujah (616 million views)
Bohemian Rhapsody
Sound of Silence
Imagine
Daft Punk
Can't Hold Us
There is a reason their videos get MILLIONS of views!
Thanks. 😊
I am making my list and cannot wait to react to more!
You have to react to Havana, happy now, Home and more from pentatonix
I am writing them down right now!! Thanks!
Thank you also for seeing my comment
@@La_Pancha_Callejas of course 😊
What a beautiful woman... And right now I'm neither talking about Kirstin nor about Mitch ;)
Loved your reaction. Lots of great songs to react to. They do a cover of nearly everything with such variety of types of music they are amazing. But they also have original songs as well. Cant Sleep Love is an older song that is a good start on their originals. Try another original too called Sing. It is upbeat and happy.
Try Sound of Silence, Bohemian Rhapsody, Amazing Grace, pretty much anything they do
Thanks! will do!
Someone from your generation will LOVE the evolution of Michael Jackson by Pentatonix
Loved this reaction!
These guys are the best. You’ll love this & so many more!
Wow the music is amazing 👏😍
Hallelujah 🔥🔥🔥bohemian Rhapsody sounds of silence imagine mad amazing grace 🔥🔥🔥🔥
They have an original album that was released 02/12/21 of this year 😊 it is their second original album and they have lots of Christmas albums! But yes they mostly do covers!
They are acapella. The have an amazing catalog. They usually don't use much auto-tune, bit used it here as kind of an homage to Cher & the genre.Try "Hallelujah" or "Coffee in Bed" (an original) next.
you have so much pleasure upcoming checking out their catalogue. They have so much great music for you to experience.
You're reaction was by far the best one Ive come across for this medley!
I was a DJ back in the early 90s so I understand the singing, dancing & nostalgia (I was doing the same, lucky I had heaps of room lol)
These are great tracks, great times & you made me smile the whole way through it!
Thanks & One luv from New Zealand
I appreciate that! That was the kindest comment I have ever received. I truly enjoyed it and did not want to hold back my excitement. Look forward to a lot more!

I agree with you Mare they sure are a human band 💕💕💕💕
FYI, list of songs and artists is way down the description section of video. Pentatonix has lots of covers and originals. Great energy, great sing-along, great chair dancing, great reaction. Thanks!
i was working door security on a nightclub during the 90's so i got to listen to all these songs for free 3 nights a week thur, fri, sat, nights from 10 pm till 4 am best years of my life. great memorys. JBL blackbox system pushing out allmost 1000w put your drink down on a table and you could see the liquid vibrate :)
This was so fun!!!
You must fall down the rabbit hole and listen to every song they did, they are so much fun to watch and listen to plus both versions they did of Jolene first with just Dolly Parton then in 2016 on the voice when Miley Cyrus joined them ❗❕
They are an acapella group, for me the best one.
I really recomend their covers of can you feel the love tonight, bohemian rapsody, the sound of silence
And also they have original music, I love their song "sing".
They have three grammys for this songs:
1.- Daft Punk Medley
2.- Dance of the sugar plum fairy
3.- Jolene ft. Dolly Parton
perry stevenson
welcome to the wonderful world of pentatonix.
Thanks so much for all of the information. I will do my research and do more reactions
Great music! Thanks for sharing!
💜
Glad you like it!
Pentatonix is an acapella group who uses their voices as instruments
Love them! I have heard many songs and done many more reactions since then.
Start your Pentatonix journey with their "evolution of" videos. Their "Evolution of Music" was the first video of theirs's that went viral, and they basically filmed it in their kitchen. "Evo of Michael Jackson" , and "Evo of Beyonce" also are great viral videos for them. You also can't forget their GRAMMY winning video "Daft Punk" Original songs like "Love Again" and of course three Christmas albums.
they are killing it!!!!! 💃🏻🔥🔥🔥
Thank you for reacting....:Loved it! subbed for more PTX! Can't wait for more. You were as entertaining as the song (I've heard dozens of times.)
You are in for a treat. You will fall in love with them and become a Pentaholic like the rest of us. Try Daft Punk medley
They are amazing
