- • Do you know your PAR from your PPFD?
• Are you still trying to measure light with an app?
• Do you want to know how much light your plants need, how to measure it, and what's important?
In this episode I review a new product that allows for accurate measurement of light in your grow tent, garden, or anywhere! It's less expensive that previous options, and it's really convenient. Let's do this!

Now 👁️know why other HOSTS wear sunglasses🤣
Thanks for your presentation. I just purchased the FH-100 (I think it's the exact same device) and appreciate your run-through. The cost of an apogee seemed a little overkill for indoor tomatoes and strawberries, lol
It’s worth not getting NANNERS during flower, thanks brother!
Then again, the BEST MEDICINE I’ve ever grown had NANNERS🧐

Let there be light
Indeed! And then there was light, and the Lord saw that is was good.
Thanks for sharing
I see they now have a VBR300. I wonder what the difference is between the 100 and 300? 🤔
EMP SOLAR STORM?
So its this vabira meter a REAL PAR meter or does it convert lux to ppfd just like the ppfd app does?
This meter is a REAL PAR sensor, minus all of the other hardware that a mater would usually have. That's what makes it so great!!
@@aero-gro Nice thanks, ive already purchased a different one but I may buy this as backup or second unit down the line.
I have the FH-100 par meter.
The first thing I did was use the lux meter and compare it to a DR meter(lux meter), its so far out, just checked again, dr meter (lx1330b) 9700(lux) and the FH-100 par meter 8317(lux)
over 15% out, no point using it.
Your results are your results, but with your "comparison" there are many factors that you have not accounted for. A real test requires a controlled environments, known-good instruments, etc.
You should post a video and show us the testing environment and setup! That would be very helpful.
@@aero-gro good idea, I have a small veg room setup, I can do a basic test with a few lights on, so you can see the display, I have done a side by side test with the FH-100 par meter and a LX1330B lux meter, I don't use the par meter. ua-cam.com/video/HnsVQ8wwk-U/v-deo.html
