I don't really agree with Rie's version of this done a while ago where she was using like 2 cents of vanilla extract etc. That was a little misnamed and ridiculous. David's version is so much more realistic.
Lets be honest Rie is far superior I mean come on those 'poached eggs' were an ABOMINATION.
I love how he explained everything in great detail, going step by step slowly, without being condescending. I love his entertaining attitude with his little jokes and the pieyahs! I was NEVER able to cook eggs Benedict because it always was a mess and I messed it up. But now I have a new use for my muffin tin.

I love the fact that he made a meal that makes everyone feel included. Everyone eats the same thing and gets the same portion. He just removed the bacon. Simple yet thoughtful. A KING 👑
Love this guy. Real down to earth personality, explains things well, great sense of humor.
First, these are all great meals!!!!! I’d definitely eat this entire brunch. Second, adding cheap champagne and just getting some more oranges for mimosas would MAYBE only get you to $30! Some champagnes are less than $10, especially during holiday sales, so you could even potentially remain at $25 :-)
Also I think you shouldn’t count eggs, because I think that most people often have eggs just laying around in their pantry. A lot of people often have brown sugar as well!! :-)
Yeah and cheap champagne is fine for mimosas because you're adding the orange juice
We go through eggs really quickly so I always make sure I buy eggs specifically for the dish I want to use them in, I would say sugar both brown and regular and cinnamon are definitely more pantry staples for me at least.
Or get a bubbly wine it would be even cheaper like a prosecco or moscato 🤤

Garden Joy not sure where you’re from, but here it is super common to drink cocktails with brunch! Brunch is commonly associated with a mimosa (champagne and orange juice) where I live, which is why they mentioned booze in the video/

This guy is great. I love how he explains everything with such simplicity. He has a nice calming voice and his "pieyah"s and the way he talks add a bit of personality to boot. I hope Tasty continues to use him in future videos.

How am I JUST discovering him? He’s a refreshing addition to my tasty video lineup. I’m not on a food budget, by any means and just so happen to be on a food vacation in northern France. That being said, you don’t need to be on a budget to enjoy watching his series. He brings knowledge, entertainment and charm. Now I MUST find every video he’s ever produced. 🤣

He explains everything in detail it’s so helpful when following a recipe. Something as simple as “it’s a little lumpy but keep mixing” makes so much more of a difference

Also keep in mind that they're more than likely filming in LA or NYC, so they're definitely just BSing these numbers in general, probably based on some national average list or something

I love this guy's vibe, voice, confidence, skills, very kind man I hope he is in many more! He seems so genuine I would love to see him again! Maybe even his own series.
