a person said that sakura koi watercolors was for beginners but why do i always see people use this brand even tho they're professionals?

I apologize if I ever said your product was not good, I started of with van Gogh watercolors and wanted a field set, I could not understand why it was so much slower and different, but I decided to play with them and I am literally in love with these watercolors, they are showing me things that I wasn't able to learn when working with the more experienced sets, very very impressed, thank you for giving people a product like this, really nice product...

Febri ART ...gramedia in my town is sooo far from my home. Its hard for me to be able to buy it. Because its too far and my parents are working. And whenever i go to gramedia i buy stuff one by one. And also since my allowance is not that much, i have to save up to buy art supplies.
But gramedia is a bit expensive

Really like the video! It's very detail and easy to understand, lately I want to try some water colour but I still confused what water colour should I buy, my friend suggested me to buy this sakura koi watercolour, because is more cheaper and practical. Yeah really love it, and I can draw it when I too lazy to use my laptop n pen tablet 😂

I started water color painting a year and a half ago. Koi 30 pan travel kit was my first water color paints and I still love them today. The water colors are amazing, excellent selection of colors. I do prefer brushes when I am stationary.
I find these paints to be exceptional for beginners. A lot of "beginner" products tend to be low quality which I think is silly. Low quality "beginner" products can be difficult to use and that discourages people from sticking with a media or a brand or with painting all together. I got a Koi set on sale at a local art shop and the colors blew my mind. Granted I don't care for the water brush but the paints and the case are awesome. Also the brush leaks slightly when I squeeze. But I also love my Sakura inking pens as well. My only complaint is that the case doesn't truly snap shut. I have to rubberband it shut. That is a minor problem. I have the 24 color kit and using a 4x5 paper in the lid as an easel is magical when painting outside. I can go for a walk, see something I want to paint and in minutes have a little postcard sized painting packed away in my kit.

+valerie tan it might be green paint too... it does happen that when u squeeze a lot of water of water out n the color is on the brush part, when you stop squeezing the tube starts to get in its original shape and therefore absorbs paint and turns the water of that color... I do face this quite a lot of times n then I have to clean tge brush and replace water... is that what happens??

absolutely love the compactness of my Sakura Koi mini pallette. the plastic brush is also so good, soft, flexible but with a slight spring, really perfect with a very fine tip. great for an all-in-one size brush. Came her to learn how to tone down my colours, my first painting looked I'd used highlighters haha! Colours are so wonderfully vivid, which is what an artist wants so you can have maximum flexibility with colour mixing.

i've used a couple of watercolors before, but this brand is the best i've ever used (i have the 12 color set). the colors are so vibrant and just perfect for coloring anything. mixing colors is very easy and the colors still come out just as vibrant. i absolutely love the brush that it comes with, so easy and mess free to use. i also love how the watercolor box is very portable, and i love that it is compact. best set i've ever used. im saving up now to try to get the 48 color set once im done with the 12. good for all types of artists as well.

im just curious, after saw @ 1:44 how to clean it up after we use it ? Just wipe it with tissue ? What happened if the mixed colors dry ? (example like at the green color pocket, it already mixed up w different color)
dorodoro JPN Thank you for your comment! You can wipe off the mixed color from the color cake with tissue or so on when it is still wet. After it gets dry, put some water and wipe it off.
Yes! I also find it useful to use some spare cloths, as they work a lot better to absorb the color and water that the tissue. Also, you can use the cloth to wipe down your brush when switching from color to color. The colors will dry, but if you add some more water, they should activate again, and you will be able to wipe them off. I hope that answered your question! ^^

That's not just a Braga Street, that's a magical place, personally. Last year I came to that place for attend a yearly event called "Pasar Komik Bandung", acronimed as "Pakoban" who means Bandung Comic Market in english.
