You can't add flake to base doesn't work that way
Not that kind of heavy metal flake, but some basecoats do come with flake in them. This is also not automotive paint so that was probably part of the issue as well.
@@calhounmoto9561 the paint that comes with it is call metallic not flake ... Unless it's translucent it will not show up in any kind of base
