Hello beautiful people. I have been away from your channel for some time. But I caught up today and saw all the unseen episodes. You continue to amaze and make me happy. All the very best. Stay safe.
I am a wise wise South Africa man -lol. Nice video, almost fell of my chair when I heard the word "Braai" Your meat looked 1st class. You can "braai". Well done.
Japan must be the greenest country we've travelled. The forests here are so dense and beautiful 😊 We managed to avoid the snow although I can imagine that must of been stunning also.
Thank you very much for another increadibly beautiful and professional video. I always look forward on fridays for the next one ... ;-) Take care and just keep going.
Good news! I am so glad your restored Defender is doing great. In this link you can see the Grenadier, a replacement to the old Defender. I will order one as soon as it is available in the US. You guys have the best overland show! It is addictive. Merci! Thanks!
You two are just amazing. I started watching your videos to kip myself sane in this pandemic time, sitting and working from home. Thank you for being so optimistic in chasing for happiness.
Guys, that was excellent, one the best you've done. I really like the co-ordinates references (maybe sad) but it brings the journey to life. Drone work was great, it's what brought me to your channel originally. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing with us all.
@@GrizzlyNbearOverland tout en noir sa aurais moins bien rendue a mon avis! c'est le contraste qui est bien reussi, le noir mat passe avec beaucoup de choses ! :)
I'm glad you're back on the road - that was a great video. So well filmed and put together!! I was going to say "as ever", but actually this one seemed even better! Thanks for taking us along on your travels.
Good episode! I live in Niigata. Hokkaido has a huge nature area and good food. It's seafood ,cheese and so on. I'm looking forward to watching next episode.
Hello "guys"! Salut ! sorry for you Leigh...in french it's easier for me (Stéph will translate ;-) ) Alors,là !!
Great to see you both back on the road. Japan looks incredible and wasn't on my route/list of destinations but you've totally convinced me that I need to include Japan in my trip too
Thanks for sharing this awesome video with us , loved seeing all the shots of Grizzly & Bear on those tracks . Like you said random roads lead to unintended and awesome and totally beautifully unexpected spots . Cheers 🍻 from Steve Stott in Sutherlin Oregon U.S.A.
Very cool, have recently discovered your channel. So enjoyable watching your adventures, especially climbing at some amazing locations. Having been a climber for years it's awesome to watch, bloody awesome landy too!
Ha ha can't beat the Braai! That steak was actually one of the cheaper ones. The top quality Wagyu is so perfectly marbled and at the butchers sells for $70 / 100g! 😯 Way out of our budget range haha
Super voyage tout de même - la cellule en noir: magnifique - j'ai vu le stickers sur le PC de Stephi, est-il possible d'en acquérir ? - bonne continuation
Steph's getting a bit cheeky... 😜 An older Japanese gentleman had just got out before me. All natural springs in Japan are supposed to be swum in naked or it's bad etiquette 😉 All the swimming areas are mixed.
Living vicariously through you guys during lockdown, looking forward to an adventure once it's safe again. Where can I get the 130 t-shirt you're wearing at the end? Is it an old design or a new one?
Great Drone shots, camerawork as always is excellent. I follow 3 You Tube “leave all behind and Travel” contributors, yourselves , Trip in a Van, and the incredibly successful “ Sailing Le Vagabond” which if you haven’t seen it, i would use it as a benchmark for camera work, content and great presenter skills. All 3 are Australian people. What I wonder is , what’s at the end, how do you come “off” the journey, and slot back to life as most know it, or, maybe as in Le Vagabond, a second career is being forged in writing and designing swim wear. Of course, you could re invent by doing it all again on water? I wonder if you all watch each other’s content, Fellow Aussi now , Andrew Sinclair, 4 x 4. channel has to be entertaining, and the fantastic amount of kit used for Trip in a Van, which is really only going round parts of Australia towing a 20 foot off road caravan must be entertaining. Great stuff, trust you can develop this into something that sort of continues the adventures.
Very interesting message. We actually just made a video that will soon be released. And will answer some of your questions. If you want you can look at ep 85 from la vagabonde ( from memory) Riley was a work colleague of Leigh. We don't want to stop this life style. It's addictive and much much more of this incredible world to discover. (India, middle east , Africa, Americas...) we haven't even started the journey. For now Patreon is what is keeping us on the road. And some hard work of making videos. If necessary we could get a "conventional" job and keep going . For Ever. .
GrizzlyNbear Overland I had missed that episode as too far back, but one wonders now what sort of media travel production company could be made by pooling those resources, more will be doing this i am sure but few make a living.
@@GrizzlyNbearOverland I love you guys's attitude and perspective on the subject of overlanding. Awesome content, hope to do some adventures of my own someday. Until then, stay safe and keep smiling.
