Supervisor White is still a "Mister Handy", it's just got a female personality setting. The model Curie, Miss Edna, Molly and Pearl are is technically called 'Miss Nanny', it was sold as a bot to help care for newborns and child care and child interaction in hospitals and in Vaults. Lorewise its neural networking is much more advanced than the Mister Handy as it's a much newer model, but it's also more specialized and fewer of them were made. Just one tip that might help, if it still works Snappy Home Kit mod (not 100% positive on the exact name) has those cement floor tiles in 1/4, 1/2, and full sizes, minus all the bugshit. You could delete the cave floors and place those down using place anywhere, to rebuild the floor. I've done that in the Vault space before, where scrap everything deleted the whole cave by accident. That was actually cool, was able to use the full build space, my vault 88 was HUGE in that game, but omg did it eventually bug out. Fast travel was impossible, I'd arrive in a place that no longer existed.
You can realign the chairs by _setangle X 0_ and _setangle Y 0_ zeroing the angles. Then you can turn the chair to face tables or whatnot by _setangle Z 90_ (90° as an example). If the chair or whatever is a bit high or low, use _modpos Z value_ to get it higher or lower. Anything you can select can be adjusted.
They’re nuclear powered and based on mostly analog technology… they aren’t based on our modern technology, they use vacuum tubes and such which is pretty robust against EMP and stuff. Which is why a bunch of modern military bases and ships still have analog phones and technology as a backup and because it can’t be hacked. It’s just mechanical electronic equipment that uses stuff like contact switches and things of that sort. Also, keep in mind that in Fallout lore everything is made with Nukes in mind… that’s why the buildings all look that way, it’s why everything seems so chunky and clunky… because it’s all built the knowledge that a nuke could go off basically anywhere. A car could explode for some reason and one of those nuclear powered cars would destroy one of our buildings, but Fallout buildings shrug it off. If you already know EMP is a possibility, you design for it! Like how modern cellphones are waterproof because the company knows it’s a big possibility so they build it to withstand some water. If I was building a robot in the Fallout world I’d make sure it can withstand an EMP. Also, not all nukes generate EMP. Only the ones that blow up in the sky and rain fallout… direct hits don’t put out much EMP.
I can see the people of the commonwealth calling this fallout protagonist The help. After they are done it would be cleaner than even before the great war. No evidence at all and perfectly habitable. Professional and efficient.
I have been watching your videos. How do you know what not to scrap? Has your game ever broke on you when you do all this scrapping? Also what mod are you using? I mean to be able to scrap areas like this one? I'm curious.
I've learned over time what looks to connect to the environment and what doesn't. The game doesn't break but there can be gaping holes that lead to nothingness. The mods I'm using are in the description and are for PC, Scrap everything, scrap just a bit more stuff, SKK mobile Workshop are just a few.
This is how FO4 should've been vanilla. Every 'dungeon' should have been able to be cleaned and turned into a settlement. I know it wasn't really feasible due to performance differences between the scrappable areas vs combined/"baked-in" builds, but damn I can dream. It would have bolstered the sense of accomplishment from clearing out a well-fortified area. I subscribed immediately when I figured out this was a series, it's so relaxing. I used to spend hours cleaning out settlements and rebuilding them to look clean and cozy! It was pretty soothing, kind of like Crime Scene Cleaner, lol. If you ever decide to install some more mods to help refurbish the Commonwealth, I highly recommend The Rebuild Collection AIO. It only works for vanilla settlements AFAIK, but it is *awesome*. There's also a mod that adds cleaned/repaired versions of the chain-link fences and all those greebles. I'd have to check my load order for that one.
Why did you choose purple for the terminals? Since I've been on a smart TV screen, the images have a better definition. But for some colors, it's more difficult. According to my experience and my many tests, it's bright green that always gives a beautiful, clear and easy-to-read image.
It's funny how they never got cars going but robots still work....pretty sure I'd of been finding a way to get cars going over the past 200 years while they seem to never progressed from using brahmin and walking everywhere but robots seem to be around and helpful but not being used. Even these robots figured out how to get their water going and somehow no one else figured out how to get the power back on or get cars going or at least some motorcycles...of course there are drivables and cars, and morotcycles in mods and ridable bots but the people who built this game thought it'd be like this after 200 years and people wouldn't get things going again like power and water and cars? LOL some say the emp from the bombs destroyed that but not so if that were true, then robots would no longer work either...or computer terminals.

I've seen touches of each in some of your videos and was wondering if you have an over-arching design preference?
Okay, it's kinda a cool idea, but one: why are you doing it? And two: why do you get rid of natural objects like rocks and trees? I get that it looks better without whole supermutant stuff, but from the birdview shot at the end it looks empty. It really needs to have some texture to the ground which rocks could provide and something in the vertical for eyes to be caught on, like trees. Brambles and bushes can go, I hate them too.
1: I find it relaxing and it's a fun way to see what it's like restored as much as possible. 2: Yeah it does look kind of empty, though I personally like that vibe in this case.
