Nice project, Kenny! Not only did you make a vey nice piece of miniature furniture, you also included a good tutorial on making simple mortise and tenon joints 👍🤠
Kenny, fantastic interpretation of a child’s crib. Excellent idea to make the mattress of both beds the same size. Are there plans for a small size chest of drawers to compliment the crib and bed? Wish my granddaughters were still little.
Thanks for the kind words Paul. Others have asked for more doll furniture so there just might be something in the works. Thanks for tuning in and for taking the time to leave your comment. It's appreciated.
Looks like you used poplar? I always loved how poplar looks, I know it’s considered a cheap wood but I think it’s a really good looking wood. This project turned out incredible. I wish I would have known about your channel when my wife got pregnant, I would have tried and begged you to build us a crib lol.
Poplar is a very underused and under estimated wood. Most people use poplar when they want to paint a woodworking project. It has some beautiful grains and colours and is easy to work with so it is very forgiving to the woodworking beginner. Thanks for tuning in Randy and for the kind words on the show.
That is an arc ruler that a viewer of the show actually sent to me. I've been trying to find a replacement for it but haven't been successful as of yet. Thanks for tuning in Karl.
It's gorgeous!!! Many little girls are going to be so pleased. Thank you Kenny. 💜💜💜💜
Glad that you liked it CL. Thanks for tuning in and for the kind words.

There is also a show on a doll bed Michael if you are interested. Thanks for tuning in and good luck on your project.
Another outstanding heirloom piece! The idea of keeping the area the same size for the mattress ...well it was a great idea. Take care!
Glad that you liked it Michael. Thanks for tuning in and for taking the time to leave the kind words. It's appreciated.
Really nice project

What is that GREEN arch thingy?? You need to indicate where you get such things. Those are neat items that I haven't seen b4.
