You are truly a professional. Some of the younger ones in this space aren’t able to communicate a neutral bias on hormones. They lack maturity and do more gas lighting. Thank you for your wisdom. You are beautiful too.

I use rendered bone marrow on my face and body. I rotate with other oils, such as olive (real stuff, not with canola or other seeds oils!), jojoba, castor. I stopped eating all plants (other than coffee) and thrive on animal based foods only. My skin has actually improved, including ability to tan without burning. Best thing for the body is to minimize plants high in oxalic acid (oxalates).

At 73 I just passed a kidney stone. Yes, it's as bad as child birth. Everything I read says stay away from oxalates, high is spinach. I love spinach but, haven't eaten it since. I can't image eating carnivore. I do not like the texture.

Ladies here's a very helpful tip.. Drink Beef bone broth (organic/no sugar type). I add Beef Gelitin Powder + butter.
Here is what I dring DAILY. 3 servings of Beef broth 8 ounces each Each Serving has 2 scoops or + 1 tbs of butter per serving... lightly warmed up.
I also do a Beef Broth Fast occationally (Once every couple of weeks) with the same recipe, but then I consume about 8 to 9 servings through out the day.
Jam packed with nutrients and natural collegen.
I do suppliment every day with Multi spectrum collegen powder: It has types I, II, III, IV & V... You really do want a multi spectrum collegen product!

Great presentation but you also had fillers, botox, etc. The nasolabial fold can't be completely filled so the bit near the nose looks deeper, especially since the cheeks also have fillers. The upper lip filler is all over the place. The face loses its individuality, character and balance. Weird here in Europe but I understand this passes for "natural" in US.

I know from many, many years ago when I was in perimenopause my doctor sent me to a compound pharmacist (brick & motar) and it was hella expensive. I mean in the $400 per month area. Of course, I had to walk away. I was going to ask my doctor for vaginal cream (but not tell him what I was going to do with it) but to put it on my face, but you said don't do that. I'm so confused although you explained it well...I'm still lost. 🤔 What am I missing? I'm in my 60's and noticed everything you said around 55. So I'm missing a lot of estrogen. I went through the hot flashes, nightsweats, (in Texaa) all by my lonesome, but my skin...when I see young people on youtube saying they're 45, etc, I think to myself, "I looked good at that age too", but woke up a few years ago and said, what in the world happened. You're a doctor I can trust, but I really still, after all this, don't know what to do. Help!!!!

Most doctors (even primary care) prescribe generic bio-identical Estradiol cream like it’s an antibiotic, (or choose any over-prescribed Rx). In other words tell your doc you are complaining of either itching-say due to dryness, or painful sex, or you’re starting to have urinary incontinence, ie, when sneezing. I did originally have an issue with a few of the above and I still request it for the same thing. Doc doesn’t know I’m am now using it on my face. Don’t bother asking for an Rx for the face because most insurances aren’t going to cover for aesthetics reasons like wrinkles, obvi.

I prefer to age naturally… eat a cleanish diet… sleep / rest etc etc… is all vitally important… I find that stress is one of the biggest contributors for premature aging of skin yeh that and a crap diet / doing way too many skin procedures ie fillers / fat injections / too much lotions creams and potions etc etc blah blah blah… I do none of these stupid silly things…
I have unusually elastic skin for my age… and I’m so fortunate to have this naturally… I came from good stock - my mama was a just wash and go kinda lady and she had zero wrinkles all the way to her 85th birthday… and so I’ve adopted this same ethos… keep it simple stupid (no not you my dear) I’m just saying that’s how I like to do things…
Things really don’t need to be so complicated…

However with all the retroviruses we are exposed to nowadays and thousands of other toxins, we cannot live the simplest of Life of our ancestors and age beautifully. All the xenoestrogens cause havoc in our body blocking the receptor docking sites for our own natural estrogens it takes a concerted effort to get all those out of your body and then detox them with broccoli sprouts, Dim, i3C, calcium d-glucorate, etc. American women are heavily toxic with fake xeno-estrogens. My hormones crashed like crazy in my early forties due to a relationship stress. Hormones, only bioidentical, have been a Saving grace for me to maintain brain function, bone function, skin moistness, and help moderate the inflammation of my various other diseases. A diet high in sugar / salt / dairy & wheat will most certainly prolong menopause symptoms make you feel worse… plus.. never underestimate the power of you… we can do anything once we put our great minds and lovable hearts into it… I’ll say !!

@@tammiestarks6464 I did yes, and if the FDA approves the product for use in the vagina, I’m ok with it on my face. Dermatologist Dr Ellen Gendler of NY has used vaginal estradiol on her face for 15 years and recommends it to her patients for more youthful skin.
If you don’t want to use it, don’t. But I’ll do me.

What’s the difference between a compounding pharmacy and a regular pharmacy? I have estradiol cream prescribed by my doctor to use vaginally which I have been using on my face, is this the type that has parabens or do you mean the type you buy from the drugstore has parabens? I’m a little confused 🤷‍♀️

I read that castor oil applied to the skin helps with rosacea. I have just started using it on my face for that, and feel the skin is softer and slightly less redness. I also use it on my eye area.

    • @winterskisss
      @winterskisss 15 днів тому +5

I would put the estrogel gel under the Shea butter right next to your skin then apply the Shea butter on top because the Shea butter is going to be a barrier that is hard to get through. It is occlusive and anhydrous. My thought is it would definitely interfere with any absorption of EstroGel or any estrogen cream.
