    うちの義母は、手袋無しで芋を切ってこんにゃく作ります。手の皮が厚いと言ってます。一緒に作った事ありますが、痒いなんて一言も言わず素手でやってました。

      凄いですね!一度、手袋無しで作ったら、その後、手が大変な事になってしまったので、うちでは必ず手袋を使っています。それぞれの体質でも違うのでしょうかね。

      For 1Kg of konjac potato, 25-30g of the sodium bicarbonat(soda hydroxide) is enough.
