    Is topson LC APAP auto set/advance algorithm machine. Or is it good machine?

    • @OxygenTimes
      @OxygenTimes  6 місяців тому

      Topson LC APAP comes with standard algorithm. However, if you wish to purchase Topson only then you can go for Topson LC APAP Pro which comes with an advanced algorithm.

      Quality wise it's fine. Please make sure you enquire about service centres in India and get the software for data reporting.

      . Oxy med is assembled in India but all parts are cheap Chinese and the other 2 are Chinese without proper service support in India . They dump their low end instruments to us .

      Unfortunately, all American, European and Australian manufacturers offering models with advanced algorithms are priced above ₹60,000. You can learn more about the algorithms here: ua-cam.com/video/gnMj4fiTo0k/v-deo.html

    Brother u r in India ,where still 68% population do not buy CPAP for even in 30 k price. Atleast it is best option for manual CPAP and APAP. Secondary don't spread rumour by saying that patient usually do not use after 1 month. I sold 100 airstart without any compliance issues.

      Thanks for your feedback! We understand that AirStart 10 can seem like a viable option, especially for its price. However, it's important to note that the ResMed AirStart uses a basic algorithm and lacks a flow sensor, which means it may not respond to breathing changes as well as more advanced models like the AirSense series. This can impact overall comfort and therapy effectiveness for some users, especially in the long run. It's great that your customers have had success with the AirStart, but for those looking for long-term adherence and superior comfort, devices with more adaptive features might be worth considering.

      @@OxygenTimesplease don’t misguide . Air start ofcourse has flow sensor . Who are you ? A qualified doctor ? User ?? Pleas be mindful of what you speak . You support refurbished and Chinese brands .

    • @OxygenTimes
      @OxygenTimes  3 місяці тому +1

      While we appreciate your perspective, it's important to stick to the facts. The ResMed AirStart 10 has a pressure sensor but lacks the advanced flow sensor found in higher-end models like the ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet. The AutoSet uses both pressure and flow sensors to provide more adaptive and gentle therapy, making it a more sophisticated option. We strive to offer accurate information, and I’d suggest verifying details before making assumptions. As for your other comments, we do not deal with refurbished or low-quality products, as transparency and quality are our priorities. Furthermore, please note that a biomedical engineer is fully qualified to discuss medical devices.

      @@OxygenTimes flow sensor and pressure are same for all all devices . The programming is different . So if you are a qualified biomedical engineer you ought to know the difference between hardware and software . Happy to teach you the correct facts before you post random ones .

    • @OxygenTimes
      @OxygenTimes  3 місяці тому +1

      Flow sensors and pressure sensors are not the same, and the AirSense 10 AutoSet does indeed have a flow sensor attached to the PCB. You can even see its international acronym on the component if you open the machine and inspect it with a zoom lens.
      I appreciate your willingness to engage in this discussion, but I encourage reviewing these technical distinctions further before labeling facts as random.
      To further fact-check this, you can also review the reports generated by both machines-ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet's reports include flow-related data, which clearly differentiates it from AirStart 10.
