Just did this again . My breathing was tight to start on the inhale. Half way through much easier. Yesterday had tension in neck shoulders and chest.... this time totally relaxed . I'm so pleased
❤ This practice was Right Amount of Time. Going slowly~ Inhaling Exhaling Holding Releasing. This is the best I've ever done- including most of all😊a soothing voice.
Thanks for all your hard work on these videos ❤️you have a very good and soothing voice and the way you have filmed it is so so good... you can see what's going on ❤️ again thanks 😊 Love and gratitude from Denmark 🇩🇰 to you and your family
I get nauseous frequently from my IBS and this exercise helps tremendously. I usually do the breathing in during the muscle contraction and exhaling during muscle relaxation also. Thank you so much for making this video.
because I couldn't fine a long term solution ,councilors etc said I'd been through too much and was beyond there help which was terrifying so bless you and its not hard,it just need constant practice,fo
@@CalmwithKyle I hear ya. Must keep listening for that Holy Inner Spirit Nudge... it's what keeps me on track~ as long as I am obedient to that nudge LOL
Excellent ! Ty! I too teach my clients in therapy to use this technique. I actually studied this for my Masters dissertation. Amazing how this works for so many conditions! Great job, I am sharing your video for my clients!
I just want to say a massive Thank You to you for doing this video, since coming across this, I’ve used this session every single night before bed and this has helped me loads, it’s even stopped me from grinding my teeth so much in my sleep so thank you, I will continue to use this every day 😊 very appreciative!!
There is a “breath” tutor said that breath should be in and out from nose, not exhaling from mouth. Somehow, when i am in anxiety, it doesnt work. Thank goodness, i found your video. I am practicing it each time, especially the beginner video one. ❤
Thank you for sharing. There's lots of good reasons for breathing out from the nose, but we have to take into the context of where each and every one of us are at, and you're right, sometimes exhaling from the mouth can work better. ☺
@Michelle Nash-Powell some people do it all, or just focus on certain areas. That'll be up to you! Of course if you experience any concerns doing the exercise, please consult with your local family doctor or mental health professional 🙏🏼
