Strengthen the Root chakra to firmly ground your energy and feel safe n secure.
Travis' UA-cam channel 'Chakra Vibrations' with chakra / tibetan singing bowls has excellent videos.
I've been listening yo them for awhile now and can feel the shift.
I'm little more comfortable in this body now.
    ❤😊

Hi thanks for the comment. I'm only licensed to Practice in Alberta Canada. So I wouldn't be able to do any work outside of there. You could search a local practitioner in your area. Wishing you the best!

I have a lot of palpitations a irregular hartbeat. Some days are very bad and sudden it is gone. Do you have a exercise to calm down irregular hartbeats??

Some of my videos about the Vagus Nerve may be of interest. But I'd say definitely check with your GP before trying some of them. Goodluck!

Try "carotid massage" = vagus nerve massage; deep humming helped me, maybe more, when my PSVT tachycardia hit 190 bpm. Cardiologist said to dunk face in ice water--that did not seem to help. I added the carotid massage. It stopped. Now I notice deep humming on 20-sec long exhale converts my rapid heart rate back to 70ish bpm. Phew!

@@vitalityacu yes i have done this humming and i noticed i relaxed a bit once. I must say sincei stopped taking big hard vitaminpills my stomach is not iretating ans straight away my hart palpitations are gone too !!! It is the vagusnerve. I saw video cardiologist Sanje Gupta outoff York. He explains very well connection intestin, stomach, hart. Tnank you. If i feel again i try out that humming

I wouldn't know about that specifically, but my educational videos are about tools that work with the nervous system. You could watch some of them and see whst you think.

I've recently watched a few videos about grounding, a new concept for me. However, what I watched defined grounding as the physical (unobstructed) touching of your body to the DC (direct current) energy of the earth. Example: ua-cam.com/video/JTTJIQqWha4/v-deo.html
I hope to hear your thoughts on this. Thank you!
