Glad you enjoyed it more to come in the future, main focus is Marvel atm. He who remains breakdown and What if? - Ultron are next in the pipeline. But in the Future we definitely plan on covering things outside of Marvel like "The Force" in Starwars, DC entire mythos, Assassin creed games storyline, etc. (Just Replacing Comments they got deleted after moving to a Brand Account for more flexibility)

You are amazing! Praise Yah for you! Study more on Yahs preference on giving specific names. What you believe is true, I've just learned that he really cares about what he is called and his massiah is called. The word repeatedly clear about naming. If we want our names spoken properly and will not respond to being called anything else, why would our creator? Good thing he sees our hearts😊 I believe in the word, it's just important to me to call him his name in prayer, blessing, and worship. I hope this meets you peacefully. I love you and all reading this.

What's more likely? That a perfectly good god creates a "very good" race of beings who have some character defect that causes them to immediately rebel, or that a newly created race of beings notices their creator isn't as advertised and decide to immediately rebel?

I mean, the main plot of the movie is literally taken out straight from the book of enoch: angelic beings (sons of God = children of arishem) come to Earth teaching humanity technology and helping them evolve into greater societies, becoming gods to them and "taking humans as their wives" (phastos and sersi partnering up with humans), then getting punished by their Creator for deviating from their duty. The Eternals are literal fallen "Angels", Phastos says it himself don't he, "I do not exist for Arishem", and in the end of the movie Makkari even says that telling other Eternals to rebel against their creators is equivalent to, and I quote, "The truth will set them free"... that is twisting scripture one o one.

@@adamf.barbieri8788 Based on the mythology laid out in the movie, are the Eternals enacting an evil morality? Do you believe divine command theory makes the obedient Eternals morally in the right and the disobedient ones in the wrong? Should they have embraced the genocide of the celestial birthing cycle as necessarily morally good? Or is the morality of the disobedient Eternals good morality based on arbitrarily different story starting points than what we find in the Bible? Won't the truth set you free when the truth is something different than Christian mythology happens to be?

Hi. Atheist here. Big fan of Marvel and I loved the Eternals. I've sat through your two videos and you've mostly noted the spiritual tribalism that says Christians listen to Christian stuff and non-Christians listen to non-Christian stuff. Beware!
BTW, good people listen to everyone and make their own decisions.
You do a laborious comparison of Christian mythology to Marvel mythology as though there are really that great of reasons to care about the largely arbitrary differences. You claim Marvel flips the script on two key elements and that from such departure from the Bible must come bad stuff. Like what? That's the genetic fallacy. Flipping plot points on a script doesn't necessarily tell you the rest of the script is evil. But you haven't really given us any reasons apart from spiritual tribalism to value the qualities or differences between Marvel's version of things and the Bible's version of things.
[Side note: Also you misrepresent Jesus’ egregious black and white thinking that supposes that only good fruit comes from good trees and only bad fruit comes from bad trees. Whereas you insert the (completely understandable) nuance that everyone is actually a mixed bag of good and bad. But you are misrepresenting what the Bible has Jesus say in the gospels in favor of being more sensible. Congratulations!]
And really, you can't give us a good reason to fear the message of the Eternals.
    SPOILERS ahead:
The moral of the Eternal's story is sacrificial love to the cause of protecting humanity from genocide. Was that evil? If the Bible is against that, doesn't that make the Bible evil?
Marvel isn't declaring their mythology true. So you shouldn't feel so threatened if you agree with the moral of the story on its own terms. It is ultimately fictional. All you show is the fragility of Christian dogma that can't stand up in a genuine values battle apart from pulling authoritarian rank.
According to those values, i.e. Divine Command Theory, the Eternals should not have been willing to challenge the status quo of their divine authority. Ikaris was in the right and the other Eternals, even Kingo, were in the wrong. They had no right to challenge Arishem or any other Celestial anymore than any Christian believes any human has the right to challenge the moral authority of God or the Bible.
Are you a fan of Arishem or the Celestial birthing cycle? Do you think the birth of a celestial is worth the destruction of all of humanity or any other sentient species? The moral of the story is not a threat if you have a firm grasp of morality and genuine concern for the plight of humanity, rather than mere fidelity to arbitrary plot points of the Bible.
Don't blindly watch Marvel movies? Well, don't blindly read the Bible presuming it is in defense of the Good. In the Bible, Jesus declares that "few" will be saved from his wrath (Matthew 7:13-14) and therefore most will be damned to a punishment akin to torture in first century prisons (Matthew 18:34-35) that will last as long as the paradise does for the saved (Matthew 25:31-46). And even good Christians, sporting their faith-based magic powers, have no idea if they'll be going to the bad place until it is too late (Matthew 7:21-23). This is just as much a horror story (actually infinitely worse) than all of humanity being murdered by the birth of a Celestial.
So have you been blindly reading your Bible?
I’m assuming you have to agree that birthing a Celestial probably shouldn't cost an entire planet full of sentient beings their lives and there's probably some better way? But you have to be willing to tell people in different spiritual tribes (the fictional Eternals, in this case) to challenge their version of divine command theory (assuming they have one) or whatever authority they might believe in. Which can be a very emotionally painful and difficult thing to do for any given person in any given culture with different apparent moral authorities.
The genuinely threatening issue to common Christian ideology is whether or not you are willing to not be a hypocrite and challenge your own sense of Biblical authority. Are you? In Eternals part 2, when Arishem returns to judge humanity and declares only a handful of them worthy of salvation, but destines the rest to eternal torture (assuming that’s something like what the plot would be), is your only salient moral greviance that Arishem probably has a slightly different taste in who is worthy to be saved than Jesus does? If you had the power of the Eternals in that situation, would you give a Celestial named Jesus a free pass to do whatever he pleased to humanity?
Who were the Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver to judge the (all too Biblical) plot of Ultron to wipe out humanity for being unfit? Ultron expected at least a few to “evolve” and survive the cataclysm (just like Jesus says “few” will be saved). Do you always find yourself on the bad guy’s team in these movies thanks to your fidelity to the Bible? I haven’t watched your Ultron video yet. Can’t wait to find out!

What do you mean by the side note.?
How can you hold a sense of morality.?

“ “good” Christians wont know if they’re saved “

    • @Ben-oq5wp

      @@ZachFish- Hi Zach.
The side note says that Jesus engages in black and white thinking that goes out of its way to preclude the nuanced restatements The Xplanations makes in his videos. Read the Jesus quotes on "good fruit" versus "bad fruit" and rewatch the video and carefully compare. Jesus is not a moderate.
Most humans have a sense of morality regardless of their religion. It would appear that religion got morality from humanity rather than the other way around.
Well, what kind of "good Christians" are Jesus referring to in the verses I referenced in Matthew 7:21-23? People who are very convinced of their salvation and even have the miracles to show for it, but who are of the sufficiently wrong character anyway (according to Jesus) to deserve eternal punishment.
      Hope that clarifies things!
