      @@almendratlilkouatl Incorrect, here's why: Kang is a conqueror that wants to conquer other timelines, he does not erase them, nor can he anyway, he doesn't have this power. Timelines can only be pruned before the reach that "nexus" line, as stated in Loki. He who remains, a variant of Kang, is the one that weaponized Goliath to end the multiversal war... well sort of... He "ISOLATED" his universe. I say isolated in quotations because that's exactly what he said. He did not destroy the multiverse he does not have this power. He isolated his universe from others and created the TVA to prevent it from branching, calling it "the sacred timeline". At the end of loki you can see the "sacred timeline" making small branches. However it also started to connect to the OTHER universes it had been isolated from, you can see it connecting to a different branch that did not sprout from the sacred timeline at all, but instead was its own independent strain, meaning the multiverse was always there, our universe was just completely disconnected from it thanks to He who remains
      This was also explained by Kate Herron, director of Loki. Yes I know its confusing, I was lost at first.

That didn't end well when they tried to bring in HUGE characters. I'm not against it. I think it should be really cool, but Marvel CAN NOT ruin it while doing so in anyway. You know, what I'm sayin? I do think the simpler answer is that there isn't much Kang could do directly against the Celestials. He just has to stay out of their way and outlast them. Might be a different story for the Conqueror versions of himself since maybe they have crazy tech that could let them handle that. But the guy we saw in the Loki series? Less pure power and more just pure knowledge. Which is pretty handy in terms of controlling the timeline and managing things. Just there are limits to what Kang can do even with the TVA at his beck and call.

      I don’t agree, from how they’ve been shown thus far I’d say their may be a set of them for every universe maybe and when pruning timelines the whole thing gets erased and so he essentially can just deal with celestials, maybe not head on in just a fight but with his resources he can just get rid of them. The reason the timeline becomes the near perfectly circular loop is due to him being alive still. Based on how the timelines work, no one ever actually leaves their timeline, it just makes a new branch. So even where he is, he is still part of his timeline, and that timeline would be represented in the timeline visual, which would become an entangled loop appearing structure as his influence goes back over new starting timelines. One could theorize his tangling like he was and crosslinking so many timeline variants would be the cause of the spontaneous timelines.

    I mean. Kang was never THAT powerful in the comics/source material as to stand up to the Celestials. You're assuming here that he actually had as much control as he claims, when in reality, he was just focused on other *Kangs* not happening. That doesn't really affect the rest of the universe at all, and wouldn't involve the Celestials. After all, the only reason he went after Loki was because Loki was affecting Earth's timeline directly and he was a known and (to an extent) manageable enemy. It was thought it could take tens of billions of years or even up to 91 billion years. As long as it doesn’t happen too much in the next billion years, or won’t matter to humanity or other life on Earth.
      Also, one billion years is when water itself begins to boil off of Earth. By that time humans will need to be off Earth. I read that perhaps up that point humans and life might survive in certain pockets or lines around the globe, but it seems to me that humans need to be getting off Earth in the next 500 million years or so. As was said earlier, all versions of humanity have only been on Earth for about 2.3 million years or so, and Homo Sapiens maybe 40k years. What the Avengers did was supposed to happen, as it was just a blip of an event that lead to Kangs birth. Changing any of these events may lead to timelines where he will never exist. I also think this is how in the Avengers movies (if they still do Kang Dynasty) will defeat Kang. They will change events to prevent his birth, and I think what Rhodie said about killing Thanos as a baby in Endgame, was really just foreshadowing on how they’ll ultimately defeat Kang.

    Emergency awesome is always spot on with his videos, however, he misunderstands time travel/ altering in the mcu. Kang can’t affect anything that has already happened in the mcu. He is from the future. All that would happen is that he would create a new future. Everything that’s already happened happens no matter what he does. He can only control the timelines that are growing, eliminating them because they haven’t happened yet.

    Many people havent grasped the concept of time manipulation in MCU so far. Kang didnt manipulate all time and not all powerful. He created the TVA that sits in a pocket dimension (similiar to the one where Kang council is held). These dimensions are outside time. So Kang going to different part of a single universe and killing someone doesnt make him powerful than celestials. Remember he harnesees Alioth to maintain the timelines. Branching(creation of new timeline not universe) is prevented by the time bomb which actually just transports all the affected contents to the dimension where Alioth lives.

If I remember correctly, the celestials were the original deviants and went against their creator/ original purpose to explore life. I love the MCU's concept of the universe but it's not really backed up with current knowledge of cosmology. And that's fine, it's fictional and makes an interesting plot device. But bringing actual scientific facts to the mix makes the whole scheme look messy. For example, heat death refers to the universe expanding indefinitely and chilling out so much that there's no thermodynamic activity. The heat death explained in the video is really something that is called the Big Crunch. And in order for the Big Crunch (or heat death in the video) to occur, the Sun doesn't have to run out of fuel. So theoretically, it's not given that the universe has 10 billion years of time left just because the Sun has the fuel for that time.

    • @justaguy8218
      @justaguy8218 2 роки тому

      Last thing I read is that scientists now believe we are in the last stage of the universe because of dark matter. Based on what they stated, we could have as little as six billion years left. Of course, that all sounds super frightening, but even one billion years is 1,000 million years, and oldest record of humanity is maybe 2.3 million years.
      Essentially, even if humans could get two billion years (a tremendous amount for any species), that is so much time we would be cosmic entities ourselves and probably outside of space/time. We could just watch another universe be born.

    • @styxx5613
      @styxx5613 2 роки тому +2

      No. Actually the celestials created ego as an experiment. Galactus goes after planets that have the celestial seeds on them. What galactus doesn't do is go after organic things. Just the planets with seeds. What the celestials are trying to do is evolve. So they created ego and studied him so they could fix any issues they may have seen. I bet if ego did succeed tiamut would have been an organic celestial instead of a mechanical one.

    Simple answer, If kang´s origin is at a future point on earth, Thanos or celestial acts do not affect him as of now as it is history to him, he knows the outcome. His main concern is with nexus events that may lead to a new kang variant. Well that was his main issue until now, because there are more of him now, and the 1 running the TVA now wants more realities. which means Thanos or celestial acts we see affect only 1 reality, we dont know how it was resolved in another.

    I like the comics better personally, haven't seen the movie yet but as I understand it regarding Galactus, he was the passenger to the energy that remained after the previous universe died. He and that energy exploded into the universe currently in the comics I have. Galan of Taa took Billions of years to become Galactus thru a special incubation chamber he made. The galaxies began populating and then Galactus was forced from his chamber by a civilization from the planet he crashed on. (SPOILER- the Watchers must watch every Celestials egg/planet as a punishment because they didn't kill Galactus when he was transforming) Galactus has 2 purposes. 1- to limit how many Celestials can occupy the universe by eating the planets the eggs are in, (they destroyed 1 universe by overpopulation). 2- to be the remaining energy left after our universe dies that starts the next big bangs universal beginning. He was created in the last universe as humanoid and road that energy beings death to begin ours. He was destined as Galactus to fight the Celestials growth. They are not good guys as they deenergized Tiamut (the most powerful Celestial) and sunk him into they earth because they broke the rules about destroying earth as they were supposed too but chose not to. They silenced Tiamut before he could tell The One Above All. BTW a special sword can chop off a Celestials head (Nowwhere) so they can die.

    This doesn't even really need to be a question - Kang's only concern, because it has the most significant impact on everything that exist across infinite universes, is to ensure that the multiversal war doesn't happen. The snap or the Eternals are absolutely nothing by contrast to the impact of the multiversal war.
