I just wanted to say that I haven't watched your videos for a couple of months and today I found you again and was shocked at how much thinner and younger you look.
Hi Anita! I don't think I ever mentioned this, but last year when I got COVID, I made a biiiig batch of your ground beef soup. Every day, for 8 days, I ate two bowls of that yummy soup, one for lunch, and one for dinner. Mid morning each day, I had a cup of full-fat Greek yogurt. Other than a cup of coffee or tea here and there, and daily electrolytes, that's all I had. I lost 14 pounds in 8 days. Too quick, IMO, but not unwelcome. Just some andecdotal testimony. Thanks for the receipes. I just love soup!
This is such a good idea. I’ve been doing the mixed meat soup for a year now. I stared because needed to get rid of some meat that turned out tough. Chopping it up very small, then adding other leftover meat. I put it in my crock pot sometime in the morning on low. Nice hot soup for dinner. 😊
I watch your videos on a large tv screen, you are consistently looking younger and your skin is glowing. Also, your makeup looks fantastic. Thank you for the soup recipes!
Wow, you look fantastic Anita! I haven’t watched for about three weeks, and wow you just look beautiful. So it looks like you lost about 5 pounds since I seen you like last, but I know that cannot be the only variable. I can’t put my finger on it, but you look really great. Keep on inspiring ketogenic woman❣️
I call mine Faux Pho. Bone broth and whatever leftover meat from the night before. Add a couple of eggs and maybe a clove of garlic. I eat it almost every day as my first meal and sometimes both meals. Super delicious and easy. Best wishes on your journey. 💋 from 🇨🇦
Great soup ideas! I haven't had soup since I've been carnivore, but today I ventured out and made the chicken gizzard soup. I just did it on the stove. I didn't have broth, but I did add bacon crumbles and Redmond's garlic and pepper mix, salt and Adobo to the water. It was AMAZING! I boiled down the gizzards first and then added more water back in and boiled/simmered for another 30 minutes. So rich!
When you talked about the Egg Drop soup last week sometime, I immediately made it. Best soup ever! I’m obsessed too! Thanks for sharing all these good soups.
This all looks amazing EXCEPT 🤣😂🤣🤣 the gizzard soup. I can’t, don’t and won’t eat innards of animals. I applaud anyone that can but I’m not that person. I had my hip replacement surgery and was doing even better than physical therapy thought I should be. Then BOOM, a popped deep tissue suture. Excruciating pain like no other. Had to be put on total bed rest for 2 weeks. I start outpatient physical therapy Monday. Soup is all I have wanted. My daughter isn’t a meat person so it has not been carnivore.😂🤣😂 But I’m totally blessed to have her care for me. Carnivore can wait. As soon as I’m back on my feet, I’m making the mixed meat soup and the egg drop soup… YUM that looked SO GOOD. I could almost smell it. 😂🤣🤣. Thanks for sharing these wonderful soups. I’m not on keto but doing raw primal omnivore diet which is high fat low carb similar to keto but i have mostly raw, but I appreciate this, I may do some of these as snack soups for night when i get hungry before sleep.
Hi Anita! I am a soup person and could eat it all year long. I did make a modified Italian Wedding soup. Although it was good it was labor intensive. I will be making the egg drop soup with the shu mai meatballs instead. Much easier!!
Anita, this is wonderful! So many options and ways to use up leftovers! And let me say that I was making those meatballs for the Egg Drop Soup with Pork Shui Mai Balls when this video popped up. It is the second time I have made that soup, easy and delicious!!

Yay, great gift! I have never made jerky before but I LOVE making meat chips! The only difference really is in the cutting I feel. Jerky is usually chewy and is made with meat sliced ALONG the grain while chips are crispy and made with meat sliced ACROSS the grain. All I add is Redmonds salt, no marinades for me but if you are keto I think there are probably some great sugar free marinades you could make for the jerky!
