Cycling helped me I was 5’8 at 16 i cycled for two years that’s because that was my only way to get around since I had no car so I grew too 5’11 and almost 6’1 with shoes on

2 months late but most likely not you could hit a late growth spurt but and depends on genetics
Possible went from 5'2 to 5'8 cycling at 17 so, don't give up, also keep the saddle height just enough that you struggle to paddle.
