I have used your method for 3 months + eating calcium supplement , do skipping and then I grew 3 cm after puberty (my bone have closed for 3 years)

This video was uploaded 2 weeks ago but i guess you heard this method from somewhere else and did it. But that doesnt prove shit. You can still grow after puberty if your genes are just different. Also you may have tall parents taking into account.
What did you do exactly? Did you ride a bike with the seat raised? Also how long did u ride the bike?
yes, i ride with raised seat for like 3 km
but it really take a time to get even 1 cm.

I dont have the great height genetics because my parents and their siblings, but as a kid, I had to bike going to school and back home, my dad bought me a new bike, it was way too big, and I didn't know how to lower the seat, so I fell many times but eventually over a couple years I could easily cycle, then I figured out how to lower it, now I wonder if I raised it instead of making it lower, I may have just about reached 6 foot

Some do but doing it with a stationed bicycle is more efficient.
I do it. It's important to get a 400mm seatpost for precaution.

You say the bike is too small, but isn’t the seat lengths extremely high? So what exactly is the problem?
The seat being high doesn't necessarily mean that the legs fully stretch.

And, is there something I can do about the fact that my hips always move sideways cause the seat is very high

you mention that a stationed bike is necessary, but why like when you mention about a story when a person increased their height by cycling 15 miles daily and raising their saddle height every now and then and he wasn't using a stationed bike, so could you please tell me does road cycling work too with the same techniques and which is the best form??
Some do but to do it efficiently, I personally don't recommend it because I used a stationed bike.

both because sprinting just increases growth hormone but doesnt stretch the legs, while cycling will just stretch the legs while barely increasing growth hormones
