    I have used your method for 3 months + eating calcium supplement , do skipping and then I grew 3 cm after puberty (my bone have closed for 3 years)

      This video was uploaded 2 weeks ago but i guess you heard this method from somewhere else and did it. But that doesnt prove shit. You can still grow after puberty if your genes are just different. Also you may have tall parents taking into account.

    I dont have the great height genetics because my parents and their siblings, but as a kid, I had to bike going to school and back home, my dad bought me a new bike, it was way too big, and I didn't know how to lower the seat, so I fell many times but eventually over a couple years I could easily cycle, then I figured out how to lower it, now I wonder if I raised it instead of making it lower, I may have just about reached 6 foot

    Can I ride the bicycle with raised seat on road (like a regular cycle ride) for 3-5 kms a day and still get the same results?? Or is it strictly necessary to ride it on a stationary surface

      Some do but doing it with a stationed bicycle is more efficient.

    You say the bike is too small, but isn’t the seat lengths extremely high? So what exactly is the problem?

      The seat being high doesn't necessarily mean that the legs fully stretch.

    you mention that a stationed bike is necessary, but why like when you mention about a story when a person increased their height by cycling 15 miles daily and raising their saddle height every now and then and he wasn't using a stationed bike, so could you please tell me does road cycling work too with the same techniques and which is the best form??

      Some do but to do it efficiently, I personally don't recommend it because I used a stationed bike.

      both because sprinting just increases growth hormone but doesnt stretch the legs, while cycling will just stretch the legs while barely increasing growth hormones

    Hi bro, I am 18 years 5 months 8 days old and my height is 5 foot 7 inches and no changes since I were 11 years old . From past 7 years 7 years i haven't incresed my height an inch and i got androgenic hair and patchy beard with light mustache what should i do asap 😢

      No , only muscles will Shrink if you are not consistent, after being consistent for months bone will lengthen and once it's lengthen it will not shrink. ( According to Denis rayne / video maker )
