This is actually really efficient for a 180 second workout, i do this 4 times a day and it only took me around 3 days for 6 veins to show up on my hand! 😁
Hi, I've been doing this workout for 6 days now. I actually grew up not being able to fully extend my left pinky finger because it got badly injured back when I was a kid. So after doing this particular workout I can now extend my left pinky finger by itself, though it's still hard to do so, but, it's way better than how it was prior to doing this workout. Thank you so much!
This actually works so well , I've seen more veins on my arms, wrists, and hands. My fore arm muscles are much more visible, I do this work out and also the, "how to get veiny arms permanently step by step" video, I would do this video, take a 5 minute break, do the veiny arm video, take a five minute break and repeat it one more time. I do this workout 2-3 times a day, I definitely recommend doing this!
@fadi172 It's just not what I want but I can't do this video anyways since I don't have enough time so it's not a problem for me anymore since I don't even want veiny hands anymore... But if you want visible muscles or whatever that's perfectly fine do whatever you want
I'm being honest, this exercise is definitely efficient. I do this 4 - 6 times a day and it's my day 4 of this workout. I can see the difference on both of my hands. Edit: Stopped this exercise for a while. But the veins are still visible
@@SamarSLATT No, I took a gap after doing the exercise for 5 days and the veins in my hand decreased a bit. So my observation is that if you continue to do this exercise for a long period then it'll be permanent I guess. But if you stopped even for one day then the veins will get decreased.
Seriously, it's one of the best tutorials I've seen. The guy really promises what he says. I did it 4 times a day with a 6-minute break and on the 3rd day, the veins in my hands were very noticeable. 100% recommended.👍
I'm starting this workout so i'll post results everyday! Feb 3rd,Day 1: I'm seeing some veins slightly on my hands that I never saw, but no serious change. I did it twice today. Day 1: done (It was somehow hard to do all the reps with the video with no rest) Day 2: Done I did it twice, and I feel like may I will see deferens sooner than I thought~ nothing till now tho (Thank you guys, keep reminding me pls 😂) Day 3: Done Trained once, and no changes Day 4: Done I can see my veins popping up after the exercise, but it stay like that for like one or two minutes only Day 5: I did it twice, no changes Day 6: I'm gonna restart the count since I quit for a while, so thanks for your encouragement in the reply. Hey, I've came back to this video after 10 months now to just thank you. This video literally made me pursue my fitness journey and start working on myself. Stumbled upon it one day and went like, why not? And then some veins showed up after a bit of time, then some more, and more... And I realised - I like that. A month after I went and got a gym membership, started a bulking diet, and overall, changed my life a whole lot :) Thank you for uploading this!
I´ve been doing this for 3 months and I really am happy with my results Both of my hands are really veiny On my arm , it has got bigger and veinier , but not as my hands cause i have slightly fat arms If you have an low amount of fat unlike me , trust me you are gonna get much more veins than i did (my body fat percentage is 34% lmao) I recommend you doing the workout everyday 2 to 5 times edit: My body fat percentage is 27% now and my grip strength is more than 60kgs. second edit after 6 months: I started working out and don't do the 3 minute hand workout because Just working out casually already makes my forearms stronger. Now I'm worried about papercuts since my arms are always pumped. Grip strength: 67kgs , body fat percentage: 23% I'll make another edit in 1 or 2 months. (After a while , even if you stop , your hands will stay veiny permanently.)
I've done this exercise about half-a-year ago. Veins are still visible and now coming back to see if I can get anymore, this is probably the best exercise I've done and seen results quickly highly recommend

When I was doing this I never really understood how cramped my hands felt, about the 2nd time I repeated the 3 steps I felt like I could move my hands a lot more. This work out is super efficient and fun for me to do. 10/10
My fingers started to hurt after I kept squeezing so hard, this is my first day doing it and i will do it like 2-3 times tommorrow and the day after and again and again until i have veiny hands, then my goal is to work on my calves so i can have a better vertical I have a decent vertical which is 30 inches I want to grow it because I am short and 30 inch vertical is not alot then i am going to work on abs then muscles
@@Jaxzers good luck :) And yes your hands/fingers will hurt and even be sore but that's a good sign that you're doing it right. Although make sure you aren't harming yourself doing so
I'll update y'all everyday and the amount of times I do this each day Day 1- Did 4x, A little 2 cm vein on ring finger Day 2 - Same as day 1, 6x. Day 3- Veins popped up on my arm, not my hand. Some is very visible while other veins are not. My vein in my Point and Middle are a lil visible. Did 6x. Day 4 - The day didnt end yet, but i did it 4x today.

This is a great workout I got veiny hands after 2 days. I did this 4 times a day 2 times with a minute rest in the morning and 2 times with a minute rest at night. This video definitely works and on day 4 the veins don’t seem to be going away.
I just wanted to thank you. This video is what started my fitness journey. I did this for a little bit and was surprised with the results and enjoyed working out, so I started lifting weights. I started in the summer of this year just doing a few curls with 15 pound dumbbells in my basement, and am now lifting way heavier weights with good form and for longer and encouraging my friends to do the same and eat good. This video really changed my life, and will change a lot of people's as well.
for those of you wondering if this is real or just a waste of your time, ive been using this method for 22 days (since 17th May) and let me tell you, ITS THE BEST. every day, i do the workout in the morning and in the evening, and all my veins popped up. this guy is a legend
I will be doing this exercise twice a day for a week and will note the results as I do it. I will do one set in the morning and one at night. Ngl it feels more like a forearm workout than a hand workout but I'm not complaining. Just a quick tip, make sure that you are squeezing your hand really well, it should be to the point that your hands are literally shaking. Also after each hand curl, squeeze your hand, trust me it makes a huge difference especially if it feels like that exercise, in particular, isn't doing all that much. Day 1: It was very hard to finish the first workout, but after this exercise, it felt great and my hands suddenly became active. Day 2: Today the veins would be faintly visible on the hands, I could see 2 veins coming down from my index and middle fingers in each hand, but they were ever so slightly visible. Day 3: Today it went as usual, the two veins from yesterday were a bit more prominent, but nothing too special. Also, my hands didn't feel as sore, so I did it twice in a row, twice. Day 4: Today the two veins started to become more visible, but as others stated, there wasn't any other improvement other than that, anyway I will continue to do this exercise. Day 5: Today I had a class in which I had to write a lot, so my right hand was really sore but with the motivation given by everyone in the replies, I made it through, also a third vein is slightly starting to appear and other than that, all good. Day 6: I just completed the workout twice, and my hands feel a bit sore, but the two veins from other days have become more prominent. Anyway, I will lyk how the next couple of days go, I might extend this challenge from 7 days to 14, but I'm not sure. Day 7: Today I decided that this will be the last one, and that was because I definitely achieved the results I wanted. The results were not too over the top but there were veins shown on the hand that was not there before. I hope my journey has inspired you guys to start yours, just remember never give up and if you put in your absolute effort, you will see results, you just got to have some patience.
I saw that this was 3 minutes and I said no way this is going to be good and then I heard the no breaks and I was like ok this might be good and at the 2 minute mark my arms were so sore not really my hands but it was a good workout in the end keep up the good work. Also I was wondering if you could make a video about hand grips since you haven't made one in awhile. Thanks
Only one of my arms was sore, the other one was ok, but the one that was sore... i had to stop doing any kind of force with him so it didnt feel like it was going to explode

This works, and it’s changed my life! I have really bad depression and motivation problems. I try to work out but I never do cause I’m like “What’s the point? I’ll give up anyway.” And I’m a skinny kid so I already have a start. I tried this because I was like “Screw it, why not?” I’ve done this for around 3 days and I already see major differences. This has inspired me to start working out again. I’m starting out with a 4 pack and 17% body fat, and I’m aiming for a 6 pack. Wish me luck!

It's been 2 weeks since I started and there is a lot of change, I didn't have veins showing at all, following 2 weeks I did it 2 times a day and I checked my veins were much more visible in both hands in each hand 3 veins were popping out, this is great thanks!! edit: it's been a month since I started to do these exercises and I've changed it from 2 times a day to 4 times a day and the result is amazing like each fist and next to my wrist veins have 6 visible popping out it is an amazing workout.
@@demarcus9391 its been almost a year since I watched this video, but I did this over 6 months and saw great results like I had over 10 veins on my each hand, but I stopped using this method cause it really didn't effect my forearms alot, so I switched to handgripper and the results are mind blowing. not only do I have a ton of veins on my forearms my grip strength increased my alot
I have next to no veins on my hands and arms. Doing both this workout and his amazing 5 minutes forearm workout. Hope to see results. Like everybody else, here is my progression: Day 1: No veins popping out and hands stayed the same. Slight vein on both hands on the palm where the thumb joins the palm. (thin layer of skin) Day 2: Roughly the same as day one but with multiple veins appearing in the left hand. A couple of forearm veins are showing with slight definition. Right hand is slightly better but mostly the same as yesterday. Day 3: Doing better, more veins are popping on both hands and are beginning to properly develop on the forearms. Both hands are popping with veins after the excessive but go down after. Still noticeable. Day 4: About the same as day 3 Day 5: Forearm veins start to show visibly and hands were veiny most of the day Day 6: Started to see some more vascular growth in both forearms and my grip improved substantially. Hands were very veiny at this point Day 7: Veins are still growing and forearms and hands are stronger than ever before Day 14: Kept doing the workout and have seen a massive increase in vascular growth with 5 veins in both forearms extremely visible. My hands have developed lots of veins and my grip has improved immensely. Still doing the workout and will update at 3 weeks Day 21: Large forearms with loads of veins on each one going up to the bicep. Hand veins have all appeared and are there 24/7. My grip is still even stronger than before and my hands no longer feel cramped. This workout has completely worked and I will update once more once I see even more progress. Probably in about 2 weeks.

I’ve been doing this exercise for 2 days now and another one to do with arms and I usually do it 2-3 times a day and I’ve already started to see the veins pop up on my hands and 1 on my left arm and I’m actually proud to say this does work so thank you you’ve helped me feel so much better about myself as one of my insecurities is my hands and arms :)
Progression - Thought to add this along with my hand gripper reps. Doing this 4 times a day. - Day 1: My hands were a bit veiny due to me using hand gripper often but with this excercise they were even more. - Day 2: Notable Difference - Day 3: My veins were starting to come out. - Day 4: My hands look attractive as hell now but still need veins to Pop out even more. Will Update till the next 4-5 days. - Day 5: My hands didnt change much,Veins were popping a little but yeah - Day 6: Same as Day 5. - Day 7: I had a kind of fight with a goofball which was saying "nah man lemme sit here once please" and when I smashed his ass i noticed that my hands were making much more louder noise and were quite stronger than before. - Day 8: My hands were quite strong,But veins were still the same. - Day 9: Due to cold they kind of settled but are still there. Will Update till the next 4-5 days. (thinking of doing 5x a day since not many results) In the other days it was quite same but on... - Day 16: Was tired of this excercise so shifted to something else but my hands veiny now.

I’m a girl and I can say that this REALLY worked. I have normal hands (not like Pinterest models lol) but I have no veins on it. It’s been 2 days and I’m doing this 6 time a day (3 in the morning with a break of one minute around and same in the evening) and I can see the big difference. Thank you!!
Hey guys so I am tracking my progress and updating on whether it works or not : Day 1 - I can see the nerves on my fist and wrist more, and new nerves have been pooping up on my fist too, and I can actually see the nerves starting to connect. I did it 3 times today, and this is my second try, since I did only 3 days properly and got off track, so I can see pretty major developments, and notice the diff. Day 2 - I can really see the nerves pooping on my wrist, and also on my biceps but only a single nerve is popping on my arms, though I can start seeing the nerves(not pooping out but somewhat visible). Day 3 - So I can see the nerves that wrap around my fingers popping out, and can start seeing the nerves from my wrists extending out, and a few of them is starting to extend to my forearms(my forearms don't have any nerves visible on them).
Im only 12 years old, and when I see my friends having a 6 pack or having lots of muscles make me feel insecure about my chest and arms. I saw a lot of comments on this video saying the workout helped them grow veins on their hands in an absurdly short time, which is amazing. Im gonna try this workout for a week or two and see how it goes, wish me luck!
yo lil bro its good you wanna change but dont do it just because u seeing ur friends with 6 packs and muscles bro youre only 12, when you get older you'll naturally grow muscles too so just wait and stay fit
Mann I did it for like 7-8 days and seems like this exercise suited me a little too much. I got like 4 veins in both my arms and even on my fingers I am glad I found this video.
Started on 4 December Day 1: Did it at night. Day 2: Did it early morning, obviously no change. Day 3: I can see a small lining from my knuckles till the end of my hand but it's only visible when I bend my fingers. Day 4: Same Day 5: Same Day 6: That same line thingy is now more visible. Day 7: No changes. Day 8: No changes. Will keep you all updated, gonna do it for a couple of weeks. Hey guys, sorry I forgot to update, I did this for 15 days and then I saw another one of Dylen's video(link at the end) I thought of doing both the exersises for faster results and now there's definitely some progress But it's not the kind I wanted it to be I can see the linings of my hands only when I fold my hands into knuckles or while I close my fist or while holding my phone, but yes the viens are there they'll be visible more clearly in another week or so. I got demotivated in between and thought of giving up but then I saw my progress and started doing the exersise again. Also I started doing the exercise that would help me slim my fingers. Yes that's it, I would say though, everybody's body is different so it may not take you this long to achieve what you want to. I liked the workout it was perfect for me. It wasn’t to easy and it wasn’t to hard to the point that I was pushing myself to much. I’ll try to do this everyday, I normally keep pushing tasks aside, but I’m putting this as a goal. Thank you!

@@dizz1706 you need a protein to get a strong muscle, are you vegan, or vegetarian, if you are vegetarian eat eggs, if you vegan, I'm sorry, you will have to search for a protein vegetable or something, i dont know it my bad.
I’m gonna be recording my progress doing this so I can see what happens! (I’m doing it 5 times a day) Day 1: It hurt pretty badly but my hands did feel pretty nice afterwards Day 2: I noticed a very faint view of veins on my arms and the workout got easier and didn’t hurt as much Day 3: A few more veins popped up and i've been noticing progress (I did this very late at night lol) Edit: I did this exercise a couple more times and I was satisfied with the results so that’s why I stopped updating it
I did it 20 times yesterday and here are some things I have noticed. PS: ive done 2 today so far, planning to do 4 everyday. after the 20, my hands weren't very sore and i didn't see any results but, today i have noticed my veins popping more than they have been and i noticed that im starting to see more veins but it has only been 1 day so as long as u keep doing this and do like 4 everyday, it will pay off.

I'm doing this 2 times everyday Until I get veins: Day 1: Hand is very soar and numb. Day 2: Hand is still soar but I see improvements and exercise seems a bit easier. Day 3: One vein popped up, and exercise is getting very easy. Day 1 : Did this after my workout gonna do it again in the morning tomorrow Day 2: woke up and did this as i was doing it noticed a vein pop out on my left arm hands are sore but im gonna do this later again when I do my evening workout (update) just did the evening workout and did this right after im telling you doing it twice or more in a day along with your other workouts its definitely more challenging my veins popped out a lot more today so im gonna keep at it Day 3: Woke up and did it noticed smaller veins appearing on my right arm but more visible ones on my left so far its definitely showing some results and im gonna do it again this evening evening workout (update) just did my evening workout didnt do much today as it's a sunday and I took it a bit more chill today regardless I did this for the second time today noticed everytime after i do my workout my veins pop out even more its not huge change but smaller lines are appearing Day 4: woke up and did it noticed that vein completely popping up on my right hand as well as my left hand being able to see that vein cross section so each day the results are getting more and more promising im gonna do it again later (update day 3) I didnt get to do it in the evening because i came home late last night Day 4: Woke up and did it right away still seeing those smaller veins permanently now however they are small so im guessing as i continue to do this they'll pop even more so far loving the results and it's only day 3 I'll be back in the evening to wrap the update up (evening update) just finished a workout session and I did this straight after as I was saying in my previous updates doing this while working out is a must especially after you notice some very huge vein changes however smaller lines are still there gonna keep at it tomorrow! (Didn't do it in the evening sadly) Day 10: did it once yesterday just didnt do the update as i was super busy and no evening update no changes) Day 11: Woke up and got right back into my daily routines i had to make up for what I missed out so today i noticed some more skaller veins connecting all the way through my right hand which I'm super happy about since my left hand was having most of the veins! (sadly no evening update I had classes :(( Day 12: Wioke up and did it as right away noticed some veins becoming larger however my right hand still needs some more work so I might have to try to squeeze harder or make the duration longer or even try squeezing in thrice a day! Day 13: so woke up and did it and what dylan said was true I am seeing more veins now however with my schedule rn I have not been able to do it in the evenings so I should be able to tomorrow! Day 14: Did it once today since I was slacking off nothing new Day 15: did it this morning and will do again this evening veins are slowly getting larger however because I was slacking off the progress toned down a bit Day 16: I did it this morning after my workout starting to see my veins popping in back again I feel consistency is key here guys Day 17: woke up and did it once again noticed some new veins popping in I’m super stoked to keep doing this I’ll try to do it twice a day again I stopped cause of my schedule at the moment Day 18: I did my morning workout started seeing those newer veins become permanently visible just from doing once per day everyday gonna keep at it Day 19: Alright so woke up this morning and fired off this hand workout feeling pretty goodf those newer veins are popping like crazy also really exciting news got a pair of dumbells/weight 2 30 pound weights so thats definitely gonna help along side this workout with my main workout as well as using the weights feeling great so far Day 20: (this was saturday) Did it after my dumbbells workout going great so far Day 21: Thanks to my 30 pound weights i got now this is definitely toning up the performance up a notch stating to see those newer veins become bigger and it can now flex to some degree without me having to squeeze or try to flex it so far so good Day 22: soo woke up did this right away today I notice my arms/hands becoming stronger in lifting things I'd normally lift but I can now lift them with ease example gallon water bottle, heavier objects slowly getting used to my weights as well and having this veiny workout on the side really makes it pop out even more gonna keep at it for atleast 100 days Day 23: Woke up and did this no huge changes still need to put in more work on my right arm however the consistency is great so far doing stuff like typing and etc really flexes the veins out gonna keep at it Day 24: Did this after my dumbbell workout so my hands were already sore but the squeezing had me super sore here tougher than it seems at times, however today those veins were really popping out and they are feeling amazing my hands have never felt greater definitely loving my results gonna keep at it Day 25: Did after my workout so no major changes except some veins are longer now? which is interesting to me because they use to be super short before but now it looks more connected will make sure to keep at it Day 26: Did after my workout as usual I checked my hands and arms today in the mirror to see if any progress was being made in areas I haven't really checked and boy did they start popping out like crazy when I was in the mirror feels great so far super close to a month as well Day 27: Did after my usual workout I would be at day 29 but I missed out two days sadly however back on the grind my veins still are visible my entire arm looks stronger now compared to before definitely gonna stay on the grind Day 28: Did it as soon as I woke up few things to take note of I noticed this also improves my blood flow which really helps with my exercises such as HIIT cardio, full body and weights training so it becomes easier for me to get a grip on my weights and other day to day tasks. No new veins however I feel them getting stronger and some look even thicker Day 29: Did this after an intense workout so my hands were already sore but this made it even more sore loll, noticed a huge vein popping out permanently on the left hand feeling great so far gonna be at a month tomorrow keeping up the grind boys and girls Day 30: Today is a huge day for the veiny arm workout cause it means I have been officially doing this every day for a month straight I want to take this time and share what changed occured in a months time. So when I started I had barely and veins on my hand and I'd have to flex really hard just for a small vein to pop out 1 month later I have a few small to large veins on both hands and arms so not only has it helped my hands but my arms as well started to pop out and really show. My hands have gotten stronger than it was before and my overall blood circulation feels amazing. I definitely recommend grinding this workout its a small workout but powerful one! Day 31: Yo so I took a 2 day break and im back at it again also havent worked out that hard for the past 2 days so the pumps been just chilling no major changes just the usual small veins popping out and the arm veins as well gonna keep at it Day 32: Did this after my cardio ab hitt workout and did this straight afterwards veins are still solid no major changes however smaller spots are appearing slowly so gonna keep doing it
Hello, I have been doing this exercise 2-4 times for 3 days. I will show you my progress from day 1-3. Keep in mind, I will update this text to show you what happens in day 4 and on. Day 1: I have no veins and I did this exercise 2 times. It also was not hard but not easy. Day 2: I don't see anything but i'm sure the veins will come later. I did this exercise 4 times. 2 in the morning, 2 in the night. It was slightly easier. Day 3: I finally see something, it looks like black veins and I could barely see it. I did this exercise 4 times. Day 4: More veins started to be visible. Even though its not popping, I am happy that its getting more visible and more veins are coming. Day 5: My first vein finally popped out! I am really happy with the results. This workout is becoming easy since i'm used to it. :D

I'm 13 and I've been doing this veiny hands exercise for 2 weeks now, 3, 4 or 5 times a day depending on I feel, and the changes are visible. Allow me to explain, Week 1: Day 1: My hands were sore after this exercise, the squeezing as hard as I can was extremely difficult to keep up. Day 2: It was getting slightly easier to complete the exercise and I was starting to notice 2 faint veins on my left and 1 faint on my right. Day 3: I felt amazing that day and it was much easier to complete, the veins are slightly more visible than yesterday. Day 4: I can really see the difference but my left hand was showing rapid progress in just 4 days with 3 veins coming down from my fingers all connecting down in the center and my right hand has only 1 good visible vein. Day 5: My veins on each hand seem the same as yesterday, but I can somehow control whether they show up or not. When I'm moving around my hands they don't stay, they disappear into my hands but when I stay still and trying to get blood to flow into my hands they show very good, I am not satisfied with the results so far. But maybe in 2 months or so I will be. Reply if you want me to continue the updates.

Update's Day one: hurt may hands, guess I'm not use to it. surprisingly I saw at least 1 vein showing up already (did 4 time lol) Day two: Veins I saw the last time started showing more, others started to show up (also did it 4 time) Day 3: all the veins from the day before were still there and popping out a lot more, I'm starting to get the hands I've wanted for forever so I'm happy about that (did 4 time, I think i will do 4 every time) Day 4: i didn't really feel like doing it today so i only did it once, was just like yesterdays Day 5: It's only been 5 days and i already have the hands I want so if you're thinking about giving up, don't it's worth it i did it 3 times today and i think i might skip a few days because I'm not sure if I'm going to keep going due to having the hands i want. Hi, I've been doing this workout for 6 days now. I actually grew up not being able to fully extend my left pinky finger because it got badly injured back when I was a kid. So after doing this particular workout I can now extend my left pinky finger by itself, though it's still hard to do so, but, it's way better than how it was prior to doing this workout. This actually works so well , I've seen more veins on my arms, wrists, and hands. My fore arm muscles are much more visible, I do this work out and also the, "how to get veiny arms permanently step by step" video, I would do this video, take a 5 minute break, do the veiny arm video, take a five minute break and repeat it one more time. I do this workout 2-3 times a day, I definitely recommend doing this!

@@SamarSLATT No, I took a gap after doing the exercise for 5 days and the veins in my hand decreased a bit. So my observation is that if you continue to do this exercise for a long period then it'll be permanent I guess. But if you stopped even for one day then the veins will get decreased.

On my arm , it has got bigger and veinier , but not as my hands cause i have slightly fat arms
If you have an low amount of fat unlike me , trust me you are gonna get much more veins than i did (my body fat percentage is 34% lmao)
I recommend you doing the workout everyday 2 to 5 times
edit: My body fat percentage is 27% now and my grip strength is more than 60kgs.
second edit after 6 months: I started working out and don't do the 3 minute hand workout because Just working out casually already makes my forearms stronger. Now I'm worried about papercuts since my arms are always pumped. Grip strength: 67kgs , body fat percentage: 23% I'll make another edit in 1 or 2 months. (After a while , even if you stop , your hands will stay veiny permanently.)

When I was doing this I never really understood how cramped my hands felt, about the 2nd time I repeated the 3 steps I felt like I could move my hands a lot more. This work out is super efficient and fun for me to do.

This is a great workout I got veiny hands after 2 days. I did this 4 times a day 2 times with a minute rest in the morning and 2 times with a minute rest at night. This video definitely works and on day 4 the veins don’t seem to be going away.

I just wanted to thank you. This video is what started my fitness journey. I did this for a little bit and was surprised with the results and enjoyed working out, so I started lifting weights. I started in the summer of this year just doing a few curls with 15 pound dumbbells in my basement, and am now lifting way heavier weights with good form and for longer and encouraging my friends to do the same and eat good. This video really changed my life, and will change a lot of people's as well.

I will be doing this exercise twice a day for a week and will note the results as I do it. I will do one set in the morning and one at night. Ngl it feels more like a forearm workout than a hand workout but I'm not complaining. Just a quick tip, make sure that you are squeezing your hand really well, it should be to the point that your hands are literally shaking. Also after each hand curl, squeeze your hand, trust me it makes a huge difference especially if it feels like that exercise, in particular, isn't doing all that much.
Day 1: It was very hard to finish the first workout, but after this exercise, it felt great and my hands suddenly became active.
Day 2: Today the veins would be faintly visible on the hands, I could see 2 veins coming down from my index and middle fingers in each hand, but they were ever so slightly visible.
Day 3: Today it went as usual, the two veins from yesterday were a bit more prominent, but nothing too special. Also, my hands didn't feel as sore, so I did it twice in a row, twice.
Day 4: Today the two veins started to become more visible, but as others stated, there wasn't any other improvement other than that, anyway I will continue to do this exercise.
Day 5: Today I had a class in which I had to write a lot, so my right hand was really sore but with the motivation given by everyone in the replies, I made it through, also a third vein is slightly starting to appear and other than that, all good.
Day 6: I just completed the workout twice, and my hands feel a bit sore, but the two veins from other days have become more prominent. Anyway, I will lyk how the next couple of days go, I might extend this challenge from 7 days to 14, but I'm not sure.
Day 7: Today I decided that this will be the last one, and that was because I definitely achieved the results I wanted. The results were not too over the top but there were veins shown on the hand that was not there before.
I hope my journey has inspired you guys to start yours, just remember never give up and if you put in your absolute effort, you will see results, you just got to have some patience.

This works, and it’s changed my life! I have really bad depression and motivation problems. I try to work out but I never do cause I’m like “What’s the point? I’ll give up anyway.” And I’m a skinny kid so I already have a start. I tried this because I was like “Screw it, why not?” I’ve done this for around 3 days and I already see major differences. This has inspired me to start working out again. I’m starting out with a 4 pack and 17% body fat, and I’m aiming for a 6 pack. Wish me luck!

I have next to no veins on my hands and arms. Doing both this workout and his amazing 5 minutes forearm workout. Hope to see results. Like everybody else, here is my progression:
Day 1: No veins popping out and hands stayed the same. Slight vein on both hands on the palm where the thumb joins the palm. (thin layer of skin)
Day 2: Roughly the same as day one but with multiple veins appearing in the left hand. A couple of forearm veins are showing with slight definition. Right hand is slightly better but mostly the same as yesterday.
Day 3: Doing better, more veins are popping on both hands and are beginning to properly develop on the forearms. Both hands are popping with veins after the excessive but go down after. Still noticeable.
Day 4: About the same as day 3
Day 5: Forearm veins start to show visibly and hands were veiny most of the day
Day 6: Started to see some more vascular growth in both forearms and my grip improved substantially. Hands were very veiny at this point
Day 7: Veins are still growing and forearms and hands are stronger than ever before
Day 14: Kept doing the workout and have seen a massive increase in vascular growth with 5 veins in both forearms extremely visible. My hands have developed lots of veins and my grip has improved immensely. Still doing the workout and will update at 3 weeks
Day 21: Large forearms with loads of veins on each one going up to the bicep. Hand veins have all appeared and are there 24/7. My grip is still even stronger than before and my hands no longer feel cramped. This workout has completely worked and I will update once more once I see even more progress. Probably in about 2 weeks.

I’ve been doing this exercise for 2 days now and another one to do with arms and I usually do it 2-3 times a day and I’ve already started to see the veins pop up on my hands and 1 on my left arm and I’m actually proud to say this does work so thank you you’ve helped me feel so much better about myself as one of my insecurities is my hands and arms :)

- Day 1: My hands were a bit veiny due to me using hand gripper often but with this excercise they were even more.
- Day 2: Notable Difference
- Day 3: My veins were starting to come out.
- Day 4: My hands look attractive as hell now but still need veins to Pop out even more.

I’m a girl and I can say that this REALLY worked. I have normal hands (not like Pinterest models lol) but I have no veins on it. Hey guys so I am tracking my progress and updating on whether it works or not :
Day 1 - I can see the nerves on my fist and wrist more, and new nerves have been pooping up on my fist too, and I can actually see the nerves starting to connect. I did it 3 times today, and this is my second try, since I did only 3 days properly and got off track, so I can see pretty major developments, and notice the diff.
Day 2 - I can really see the nerves pooping on my wrist, and also on my biceps but only a single nerve is popping on my arms, though I can start seeing the nerves(not pooping out but somewhat visible).
Day 3 - So I can see the nerves that wrap around my fingers popping out, and can start seeing the nerves from my wrists extending out, and a few of them is starting to extend to my forearms(my forearms don't have any nerves visible on them).
Im only 12 years old, and when I see my friends having a 6 pack or having lots of muscles make me feel insecure about my chest and arms. I saw a lot of comments on this video saying the workout helped them grow veins on their hands in an absurdly short time, which is amazing. Im gonna try this workout for a week or two and see how it goes, wish me luck!

Mann I did it for like 7-8 days and seems like this exercise suited me a little too much. I got like 4 veins in both my arms and even on my fingers I am glad I found this video.

Day 1: Did it at night.
Day 2: Did it early morning, obviously no change.
Day 3: I can see a small lining from my knuckles till the end of my hand but it's only visible when I bend my fingers.
Day 4: Same
Day 5: Same
Day 6: That same line thingy is now more visible.
Day 7: No changes.
Day 8: No changes.

I thought of doing both the exersises for faster results and now there's definitely some progress

I can see the linings of my hands only when I fold my hands into knuckles or while I close my fist or while holding my phone, but yes the viens are there they'll be visible more clearly in another week or so.
I got demotivated in between and thought of giving up but then I saw my progress and started doing the exersise again. Also I started doing the exercise that would help me slim my fingers. Yes that's it, I would say though, everybody's body is different so it may not take you this long to achieve what you want to.

Do this twice a day, once before eating lunch and once before sleeping, I did it and I got like 5 veins just after 3 days

I did it 20 times yesterday and here are some things I have noticed. PS: ive done 2 today so far, planning to do 4 everyday. after the 20, my hands weren't very sore and i didn't see any results but, today i have noticed my veins popping more than they have been and i noticed that im starting to see more veins but it has only been 1 day so as long as u keep doing this and do like 4 everyday, it will pay off.

Day 4: Woke up and did it right away still seeing those smaller veins permanently now however they are small so im guessing as i continue to do this they'll pop even more so far loving the results and it's only day 3 I'll be back in the evening to wrap the update up (evening update) just finished a workout session and I did this straight after as I was saying in my previous updates doing this while working out is a must especially after you notice some very huge vein changes however smaller lines are still there gonna keep at it tomorrow!
Day 5: woke up and did it i noticed veins on my left hand becoming a visible line as well as some progressing slower on my right hand veins are coming along nicely! will do an update later! evening update did it kinda late tonigt however when i squeeze my hand i see veins appearing and it looks hella dope im gonna keep doing this for 2 weeks and see what happens I'll be back in the morning!
Day 6: Woke up did this im able to see actual small veins now on my hand and yes they are permanent so this is legit also seeing a vein on my index finger on my right hand getting bigger very happy with the progress today It's defnitely gonna be better in a few days time I'll be back in the evening with my daily update (evening update) just finished my workout and i did this after feeling happy with the results another thing i noticed was my hands feeling sort of stronger veins are popping up naturally however not near what i want it to be I'll be back tomorow for the next update
Day 7: Woke up did it and i can now see permanent small veins on both of my hands what's most impactful is that squeeze to me doing it as hard as you possibly can really makes the veins pop out and as you do your daily tasks you really start to see the results kicking in one week in and I'm very happy with the results I'll be back in the evening to do my other update (evening update) Just finished my workout and I did this workout after felt the pressure under those squeezes but after finishing my workout my veins are popping out insanely as well as the veins on my arms looking great gonna keep at it tomorrow
Day 8: Did it kinda late today but nevertheless I did it and not much changes still seeing some smaller veins gonna do an update tonight (evening update) did this right after my workout and noticed a new vein on the left arm popping out as well as more veins when I squeeze my hand however its not at that all natural state as yet
Day 9: ya know the drill woke up did it and noticed my hands feel a lot stronger on both my hands now I have about 4-5 small veins on my hands and they are getting more visible by the day as per usual I'll be back with the evening update! (Didn't do it in the evening sadly)

Day 11: Woke up and got right back into my daily routines i had to make up for what I missed out so today i noticed some more skaller veins connecting all the way through my right hand which I'm super happy about since my left hand was having most of the veins! Day 12: Wioke up and did it as right away noticed some veins becoming larger however my right hand still needs some more work so I might have to try to squeeze harder or make the duration longer or even try squeezing in thrice a day!
Day 13: so woke up and did it and what dylan said was true I am seeing more veins now however with my schedule rn I have not been able to do it in the evenings so I should be able to tomorrow!
Day 14: Did it once today since I was slacking off nothing new
Day 15: did it this morning and will do again this evening veins are slowly getting larger however because I was slacking off the progress toned down a bit
Day 16: I did it this morning after my workout starting to see my veins popping in back again I feel consistency is key here guys
Day 17: woke up and did it once again noticed some new veins popping in I’m super stoked to keep doing this I’ll try to do it twice a day again I stopped cause of my schedule at the moment
Day 18: I did my morning workout started seeing those newer veins become permanently visible just from doing once per day everyday gonna keep at it
Day 19: Alright so woke up this morning and fired off this hand workout feeling pretty goodf those newer veins are popping like crazy also really exciting news got a pair of dumbells/weight 2 30 pound weights so thats definitely gonna help along side this workout with my main workout as well as using the weights feeling great so far
Day 20: (this was saturday) Did it after my dumbbells workout going great so far
Day 21: Thanks to my 30 pound weights i got now this is definitely toning up the performance up a notch stating to see those newer veins become bigger and it can now flex to some degree without me having to squeeze or try to flex it so far so good
Day 22: soo woke up did this right away today I notice my arms/hands becoming stronger in lifting things I'd normally lift but I can now lift them with ease example gallon water bottle, heavier objects slowly getting used to my weights as well and having this veiny workout on the side really makes it pop out even more gonna keep at it for atleast 100 days
Day 23: Woke up and did this no huge changes still need to put in more work on my right arm however the consistency is great so far doing stuff like typing and etc really flexes the veins out gonna keep at it
Day 24: Did this after my dumbbell workout so my hands were already sore but the squeezing had me super sore here tougher than it seems at times, however today those veins were really popping out and they are feeling amazing my hands have never felt greater definitely loving my results gonna keep at it
Day 25: Did after my workout so no major changes except some veins are longer now? which is interesting to me because they use to be super short before but now it looks more connected will make sure to keep at it
Day 26: Did after my workout as usual I checked my hands and arms today in the mirror to see if any progress was being made in areas I haven't really checked and boy did they start popping out like crazy when I was in the mirror feels great so far super close to a month as well
Day 27: Did after my usual workout I would be at day 29 but I missed out two days sadly however back on the grind my veins still are visible my entire arm looks stronger now compared to before definitely gonna stay on the grind
Day 28: Did it as soon as I woke up few things to take note of I noticed this also improves my blood flow which really helps with my exercises such as HIIT cardio, full body and weights training so it becomes easier for me to get a grip on my weights and other day to day tasks. No new veins however I feel them getting stronger and some look even thicker
Day 29: Did this after an intense workout so my hands were already sore but this made it even more sore loll, noticed a huge vein popping out permanently on the left hand feeling great so far gonna be at a month tomorrow keeping up the grind boys and girls
Day 30: Today is a huge day for the veiny arm workout cause it means I have been officially doing this every day for a month straight I want to take this time and share what changed occured in a months time. So when I started I had barely and veins on my hand and I'd have to flex really hard just for a small vein to pop out 1 month later I have a few small to large veins on both hands and arms so not only has it helped my hands but my arms as well started to pop out and really show. My hands have gotten stronger than it was before and my overall blood circulation feels amazing. I definitely recommend grinding this workout its a small workout but powerful one!
Day 31: Yo so I took a 2 day break and im back at it again also havent worked out that hard for the past 2 days so the pumps been just chilling no major changes just the usual small veins popping out and the arm veins as well gonna keep at it
Day 32: Did this after my cardio ab hitt workout and did this straight afterwards veins are still solid no major changes however smaller spots are appearing slowly so gonna keep doing it

Day 1: I have no veins and I did this exercise 2 times. It also was not hard but not easy.
Day 2: I don't see anything but i'm sure the veins will come later. I did this exercise 4 times. 2 in the morning, 2 in the night. It was slightly easier.
Day 3: I finally see something, it looks like black veins and I could barely see it. I did this exercise 4 times.
Day 4: More veins started to be visible. Even though its not popping, I am happy that its getting more visible and more veins are coming.
Day 5: My first vein finally popped out! I am really happy with the results. This workout is becoming easy since i'm used to it. :D

I'm 13 and I've been doing this veiny hands exercise for 2 weeks now, 3, 4 or 5 times a day depending on I feel, and the changes are visible. Allow me to explain,
Week 1:
Day 1: My hands were sore after this exercise, the squeezing as hard as I can was extremely difficult to keep up.
Day 2: It was getting slightly easier to complete the exercise and I was starting to notice 2 faint veins on my left and 1 faint on my right.
Day 3: I felt amazing that day and it was much easier to complete, the veins are slightly more visible than yesterday.
Day 4: I can really see the difference but my left hand was showing rapid progress in just 4 days with 3 veins coming down from my fingers all connecting down in the center and my right hand has only 1 good visible vein.
Day 5: My veins on each hand seem the same as yesterday, but I can somehow control whether they show up or not. When I'm moving around my hands they don't stay, they disappear into my hands but when I stay still and trying to get blood to flow into my hands they show very good, I am not satisfied with the results so far. But maybe in 2 months or so I will be. Reply if you want me to continue the updates.

Day 3: all the veins from the day before were still there and popping out a lot more, I'm starting to get the hands I've wanted for forever so I'm happy about that (did 4 time, I think i will do 4 every time)
Day 4: i didn't really feel like doing it today so i only did it once, was just like yesterdays
Day 5: It's only been 5 days and i already have the hands I want so if you're thinking about giving up, don't it's worth it i did it 3 times today and i think i might skip a few days because I'm not sure if I'm going to keep going due to having the hands i want.
Bro I completely stopped doing this, it's been like a month now. I might start doing it again, hands are still really Veiny so it does work.
I stopped doing this like 4 months ago, I still have my Veins so they do stay. Ima keep doing this tho bc it's fun
