Yes! Me too! I try to tell myself that any time spent doing something I'm interested in is absolutely worth it... But... That's hard to believe when the hyperfixation is scrolling Reddit for hours 😅 YAY welcome to the Swiftie club though!!!! @@ellesbooksso, today I've been listening too all her studio albums in order of release. The first three were OK (not bad, just mostly not for me) but I just listened to Red and I love it! Listening to it a second time through now before I move on. This is fun 😊

Omg that's amazing that there are some Monets so close to home! All of his art just feels so peaceful and soothing to me! (At least, all of it I've seen, maybe he's got some more chaotic pieces out there lol)

my youtube videos are so unplanned so it's really interesting to see your process/that you write it down. i used to kind of do that but gave up on it since i film so sporadically haha. (and also have such a different format of content)
i was obsessed with medieval history from maybe ages 11-16 but no one really encouraged it so i didn't end up studying it formally for uni lol. but yay medieval things!

I love this :) I want to start incorporating this into my life. Right now I'm learning mindfulness meditation using a book called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels, it's been helpful, but I would like to incorporate more scheduling and memory keeping.
