So glad the algorithm randomly recommended this to me today because omg! Your commonplacing style is so beautiful, so much of what you spoke about resonated with me (documenting for future generations, minimalism, how relaxing commonplacing is), and I just love your soothing, witchy, vibes! ✨

i love seeing how other people commonplace so thank you for sharing! ive been commonplacing in different ways since about? 2014 and at this time of my life it's definitely taken a more artistic based/quote-heavy style. even if you have taken some inspo from Megan, I think your layouts and spreads are def unique to you. subbed and excited to see more spreads in the future 💜
Hi! just discovered your channel, it's really nice to have found another commonplacer to watch on top of Megan ahah. love the length of the video and the mood is so chill, love it!
Lovely video, Erica! I loved listening to you chat about all the things & I find your commonplace book so inspiring! Subbed & excited for the next one 🥰
just followed you on tumblr! i'm v excited about this channel, looking forward to more videos! also SO in agreement about the beauty of oral tradition but also how we try to rediscover things because a lot of what was passed down has been forgotten and sometimes a written record or archive or other form of remembering is so so so powerful and thoughtful and worthwhile ps - what kind of journal are you using? the grid doesn't seem too harsh so i was wondering
Your video is so relaxing, I hope you continue to make more of them! It’s definitely inspired me to try commonplacing again:) can I ask, what kind of notebook do you use? And I noticed that you don’t use dot sticker like Megan R., do you use some kind of index system at all? Thanks!
Hi! Just the Staples brand journals! And no, I don’t index. I’ve only been commonplacing for three ish months so I’m waiting to see what I commonplace most about so I can make categories from that. Maybe in the future I will index.
