45 gram oats,i scoop of protein powder, 2 teaspoon of cocoa powder, 15 resins, milk or water then blend it and microwave it for 3 to 4 minutes. u have the best simple protein cake. easy try it. u can even emphasize it depending on ingredients
I like your food. I hate cholesterol, and I have a tight budget. I blend fruit and veggies once a week and put them in quart jars. I eat 150+ grams of low fat Greek yogurt and cottage cheese each day. And, lately I like to steam fish, or poach chicken. Massive egg white omelets are great. Marinating meat with white vinegar and Italian seasonings is exciting. These are the things I learned to save money while eating 250+ grams of protein a day. I like you channel. Stay pumped!
I only count calories when dieting. It is much easier and you can eat anything that has a nutrients label. But I take care to eat foods with proteins. Enough proteins to keep muscles, a small caloric deficit to keep muscles, and enough time ahead.

I think honey with sour bread is not crazy just add butter to it and the sourdough must be toasted and it tastes so good also don't eat it on a daily basis if you have some sort of acid reflux or something like that it triggers that😄

I have to comment on a few things so here they are: - Leading cereal brand may be Corn Flakes for its versatility - I WISH they would ship Skyr to my country it looks SO good and is much better than the brand I'm forced to buy instead - "We did it! I eat a smaller yogurt bowl before my workout as a preworkout breakfast. It's Vanilla Greek Yogurt, some walnuts, Honey Oat clusters, half a banana, with honey on top. Very good. The timing for the banana is kinda rough, because it's either not ripe, or they're too brown. Tried cutting and freezing the banana but then it starts to defrost and get soggy in the yogurt which makes the texture kinda slimy and gross.
