  • The plaintiff’s son goes to school with the defendant’s son. She claims the defendant’s son is a bully who assaulted her son. As a result of the assault, the plaintiff says her son suffered a concussion, spent the night in the hospital, and missed seven days of school. She is suing for the ambulance fees. The defendant claims their two sons have been friends for years. She says the plaintiff’s son instigated the fight on the day of the incident, and that her son only acted in self-defense.

Or, he lied to her, and she doesn't want to believe her son's a bully. She wasn't there when it happened, and she seemed to be trying to cover up/explain what she had no real idea of what went on, despite the school having a better knowledge of what had transpired. I think she DID believe her son was a perfect angel.

Also that boy looked like he was held back for 3 years. Most likely due to him being suspended from school for beating up little kids nit even half his size. I'm tall and I know that nobody shorter then me would try something unless I provoked them, or they have anger issues. Even still I would have to be really pressed to make sure they are hospitalized but if that were the case, I would also have marks since it would be a scrap. @@marcpower4167 yes that’s true. School wants kids to speak up about this but in reality The school does absolutely nothing to protect us if we do report that person. other than suspending them That’s literally all they do, and it’s does absolutely nothing. So many kids these days aren’t afraid of getting in trouble anymore. they don’t care about the suspension or the ISS or the going to court at the end of the day the school system does very little until it’s too late and we have a situation like this.
