Build a temple day 1:
I am currently water fasting, so only light training until day 7!
All push-up exercises completed on the knees, but completely pulled through.
Completed dumbbell exercises with 7.5kg dumbbells.
The form of the reverse curls is expandable.

And all those who are still prograstinating: Set a date and then follow through.
Day 1:
Started using my knees halfway in the diamond push ups
Did the bicep curls using a towel
Plan:do this workout every monday and thursday
Goal for the next 1-2 months: do the excercises without using easier variants with decent speed
Let the grind begin

When Covid hit, working from home, I started watching Igor, now my body is in good shape, thank you so much Igor
2 years ago I was able to do most of Igors workouts. Then I got sick, stopped and recently recovered. Now I am at worse form than before (cannot even do pushups lol) but I hope I will get back to my best shape!
Same i started in 2021 and i look like before bt i now i started to work all muscles and now i workout everyday
Back in 2019 I Had a traumatic Brain Injury, 8 Months in the hospital, Atrophy is a pain In the Ass!!!!!! I'm Right there with you I can't even do a pushup anymore either!!!!!! I was really Looking forward to doing these exercises But sadly Getting on/off the floor Is a MAJOR difficulty Of Mine!!!! Meaning I NEED assistance from someone to get up out of the floor if I want to do anything like that!!!!! Thankfully I am in Physical therapy right now But MAN it is SLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trying to reverse 8 months of Bed Ridden Atrophy, That's something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy!!!!!!!

Same I broke my arm after a workout and had to wait a month and then I got sick right after it was better so I had to wait 2 more weeks and after that I had no motivation to do any workouts but I started afew days ago and I'm loving it lol

I just did the workout and I KILLED IT BRO.
I did all the exercises but on the last 2 push ups variation it was monstrously difficult to pull through the last rep.
I was trying to go up, staying at a standoff with the haters, or "gravity" as some call it, and after 4 seconds I raise my body.
The other issue was my fingers were IN PAIN after the pull ups / push ups with a hoodie.
Make dumbell and pull up bar workout for back it will be great!

I have a question please. Say, I eat in a calorie surplus and start to gain and then reach a point where I want to maintain that particular weight. Do I cut at that point or do I just stop eating at a calorie surplus and instead just eat normal like before?

Hi igor i have a question how much time will it take to be a muscular for a skinny guy?
You can totally transform your physique in 6 months if eating a clean diet and being consistent with your training progressively overloading I've done it from April till now and seen major results
What would you consider to be a clean diet?
Eat meat, fruits, eggs and dairy some veggies
Run that last part by me again.....lol can barely do it once
