should not be to hard. Hold the clutch with left foot and heel-toe the brake and gas with your right foot. Hold the brake hard and ease the clutch to not stall the car while simultaneasly giving gas. Drop the brake and the clutch instantaneausly and it should work, in theory. But im just guessing

What EGT’s are optimal?
Optimal depends on your truck and turbo set up TBH. But, when you do a 4WD boosted launch, you may see a spike of 2000+ degrees EGTs. That might sound like a lot, but its no big deal for short periods of time.
