I spent so much time trying to use the hot water trick, plunger trick, trying to force the dent and it wouldn't budge, I thought maybe I wasn't strong enough, a guy even tried to do it for me and it wouldn't budge. I didn't give up, 5mins later with a hair dryer I pushed the dent out so easily, I'm absolutely shocked. Thank you.

hear dryer vs heat guy which one is better? I used a hair dryer on my vehicle dent but seems like front bumper plastic is way too strong. Please help.

Just depends on how strong the hair dryer is. I’ve use my wife’s once without a problem

Hair dryers temp range from 80 f to 140 f depending on the model. The harbor freight Heat gun that I own heats up 700 f on low setting and 1000 f on high setting. Assuming that the type of plastic you are working with is pp plastic, pp plastic has a heat resistance of about 180, taking it up beyond 180 f compromises performance values, if using a hair dryer there is nothing to worry about, buuuut, depending on the type of dent and location of dent, the hair dryer might not heat the plastic hot enough to be able to take the dent out. If I were you I would go to harbor freight and get a heat gun, set it to low and just like the gentleman did with not letting the heat stay in one place, heat the area up. But remember that it crucial not to let the heat stand in one place, I would definitely seek some help with operating the heat gun. Here's the link. Solid heat gun with a good price tag. I bought nubs for 7.99, occasionally they go on sale.. www.harborfreight.com/1500-watt-11-amp-dual-temperature-heat-gun-56434.html

I've had a dent in corner of the front bumper on my Jeep Grand Cherokee that's been bugging me for a year, guess what I'm doing tomorrow with my trusty Harbor Freight heat gun?

You have to be careful using a hair dryer, as the bumper can get so hot that the paint blisters.

That’s why I’m moving the dryer around not stuck on just one area. Thanks for watching

That's NOT a hair dryer. Seems dishonest and fraudulent to mislabel your videos. Won't be watching any more of your videos.
