- This episode of Currie Garage we have Mike and Kay from MK Garage and their 1964 Impala SS! This is probably the cleanest car we've had in our garage and their attention to detail on keeping this car looking as authentic as it came off the lot is second to none. Plus Mike gives us a demonstration on hopping.

I like the way this dude carry himself when it comes to the outsiders people that don’t know about lowridin his a cool cat super knowledgeable and down to tell you anything about the car and comes correct but catch him out in the hops he changes the script 😂👌

Please help me with my 64SS I love the way you guys put this one together man that SUPER CLEAN IMPALA SS👌😉
Daytons are far superior in build quality when compared to foreign made wire wheels. I had 100 spoke Daytons on a Monte Carlo that I built to hop. Over 10 years, and I never had an issue with broken/loose spokes, rust, etc. My car lived outside in the elements for 2 years. Drove it rain or shine.
Meanwhile some of my friends that had lower quality wheels were replacing a wheel or two once or twice a year.
