Thank you Bill, but you don’t give yourself enough credit. You’ve probably forgotten more about these old cars than us 3 know combined and you guys build badass cars together as a team and family. That’s no small feat. We’re just glad to be able to be part of it in a small way and able to do what we’re best at on a daily basis.
It is really refreshing to see such a young group of "kids" work so hard and have the talent and knowledge you all have. I am very impressed with your work and your work ethic. You all should be VERY proud. I also love the quality of the videos and the music selections. Everyone there is doing great and keep up the awesome work!
My father worked at the GM plant in KC Kansas when I was a kid and he bought one straight off the assembly line with that paint scheme. Good memories thanks.
Guy's com'on you out do yourselves even when you've been asked to do a quick one! The impala is going to look brand new! Quality is one thing you and team do not lack at all! If you could be awarded michelin stars you'd have a 5 star paint an body shop in my opinion! The barracuda's not even done yet an the bay an jams look like they've already had a nikshine that blue will look intense once it has!!! And I predict bills 55 needs to go to the good guy show once your all done that thing Gona be a jewel!!!!!!!
I have never been a gold color on a car fan. But that color on that Impala. Is incredible. And you're not even done yet I have never seen anything come out of your shop that wasn't spectacular. I can't wait to see which one is next.
Nice teaser in the intro with the finished color. The filming and editing was good. The music selection was solid. I look forward to seeing these videos.
Gorgeous job as always guys. As a retired painter, when you’ve done a complete paint job from the mid 50’s thru the early 70’s you know you’ve done a days work. I loved having my HVLP spray gun when they came out on a lot of the big cars I painted, they made a world of difference.
I find that to be the opposite of my experience for the simple fact that the more passes you have to make because of a wimpy gun that barely sprays enough to cover anything, the more chances you have for dirt, fatigue or other problems. I still prefer to pound on the paint with a gun that sprays a 14"x4" pattern . Of course...I never tried all the HVLP guns out there either LOL!
Hi my name is Vincent I’m from Los Angeles California guys do awesome work. I have a 63 impala in the paint shop and paint the same color. I love that gold. Keep up the good work God bless.
Since OLD MAN introduced us to your work, its been excellant, quality and great work ethic. Most folks your age want to be bank manager,be paid $500k first job lol.Your impressing all us older folks so keep up the drive for excellance.
Back in the early '70s My Step Dad taught my Brothers and I how to do all aspects of body work and We painted 100's of cars as He had his own shop behind the house. And I still use those skills today, but wanted to tell You He did the trunks with the old style splatter paint and He had one spray gun for that only because back then the splatter paint was water based and he would spray at about 25 PSI, Just thought You might like that info.Hey great looking paint job love it, like Your work !!!
This is simply breathtakingly beautiful! I am truly amazed at the phenomenal work the three of you do with each project you do. These beautiful cars come out as though a fine piece of art work that glitters like diamonds. I would love to see what you could do with my old bird when the time comes. Keep up the stunning work.🙏💜
You guys are amazing. You make an excellent team. From panel, to prep, to paint and final finish, every step is touched by very talented and skilled hands. Add to that the love and respect you have for each other, and we get to see an outstanding product. Cherish what you have. It is special.
Yall crush it with the soundtracks.. vibes to match the attention to detail.. it's soothing for my Tism.. keep crushing the game! Yall are dropping quality content in every new video..
Car looks great! Thanks for sharing the small details like the d.a. after blocking and the multi step jamb taping. It was nice to have a video more focused on the process of painting. Great work!
Aside from the incredible craftsmanship and work ethic displayed in every single one of your videos, this one had the best music so far. Never have I watched paint getting laid down and nearly had a tear in my eye at the same time.
Gorgeous 64. The one I bought when I was a kid. Same color, cream ( off white interior). 327 4 barrel dual exhaust. New England car...the under panels rotted out due to salt on roads. Had the 65 biscayne 230cc straight 6, 3 on the column. Those were the days.
Doing this kind of work is the hardest but most satisfying you can do. I takes a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience you never quit learning and getting better at it. Keep up the good work!
Beautiful work folks! My uncle and I had a booth in a storage shed and painted a few cars, motorcycles and race cars. Mostly as a hobby. Getting a car that slick is a lot of work! Putting on the paint is for the most part, the easy part. The body work is the make or break of a paint job. You folks do an amazing job of each aspect, bodywork, prep and painting! Just wear the respirators with all processes that require sanding that stuff is nasty! Really enjoy watching you folks! Have fun, be safe.....
I'm in my 50s,,,I haven't seen that much dedication on every detail in a very long time unfortunately,,,,thank you for keeping these old hot rods alive,,,been around cars all my life. I know quality, and dedication when I see it...gotta have a little pride in your work..some people just don't get it...you guys are amazing at what you do.🤓
Never had the patience for bodywork myself, but it’s very relaxing watching someone at your level lay down the paint. Great work ethic from the younger generation, gives this old veteran a bit more confidence in our country. 👍
Just the right air pressure gives u not much orange peel this kid can definitely paint well very nice job most painters on you tube cake it on end up with massive orange peel and dirt love that color for the six trey just like in boys in the hood color
If you can lay the metallic down like that and make it look that good and clear it and make it look that shiny you one hell of a painter because metallic really tough to keep from getting light and dark spots you know what I'm saying but I am telling you are a hell of a painter
The choice of music on this video was fantastic! Your videos are getting better and better with each one that I watch, I am so glad the OMG found y'all and introduced you to us. So why the black base on that color instead of a white base or tinted base?
I wish I felt like I was as good at what I do as you guys are at restoration
Bill Sr. Your a Great Husband , Dad and Grandfather and a hellofa Carb. Man . Mr. Nice Guy

Big Ole Quarters to paint thanks for the update
Nice ride
If you can lay the metallic down like that and make it look that good and clear it and make it look that shiny you one hell of a painter because metallic really tough to keep from getting light and dark spots you know what I'm saying but I am telling you are a hell of a painter
You can definitely get a car straight! That paint laid down real nice too. It's almost like you guys know what you're doing or something.
Looks amazing, my neighbor has a 64 same color
multiply coats of paint will cover those stretches, i paint over a 220 scrub down
I’ve found with the newer solvent basecoat/clearcoat systems it doesn’t cover for anything more aggressive that 320 grit
Wow im not a fan of the color BUT it turn out badass Thank you guys for another Video cant wait to see it finish
That's Perty!
All I can say I wow
You guys/girls should try head or gun cams. Love the content.
