LEGS workout, knee PAIN-FREE exercises! 28 min long, choose REPS or TIME range

  • This is my Leg workout. This is my leg workout for when I feel pain in my knees. It puts less pressure on the knees, but your quads will still burn and grow.
    My workouts are for everyone who wants to exercise but doesn’t know how, doesn’t feel like making their own program, or just wants to follow along and exercise with someone.
    You have two options:
    ONE - is to follow along with my repetitions, or
    SECOND - is to exercise within a timed interval at your own pace without focusing on counting reps.
    In this video, I sweat and struggle to complete the last reps. You’ll see my effort and know you’re not exercising alone-I’m here with you.
    Keep in mind that the weights you use might be different from mine. We all have different fitness levels. If you’re just starting out, use only your body weight. If you’ve been exercising for a long time, you might need heavier weights than I use.
    For complete information, I’ll list the weights I use for each exercise. But remember, choose the level of dumbbells that’s right for you.
    Breaks between sets are 30 seconds and breaks between new exercises is 1 minute.
    1️⃣ Kneeling sissy squat
    10x3 or 50 second time range
    (Body weight)
    2️⃣ Wall sit
    1 minute time range
    (32kg dumbbell)
    3️⃣ Leg extension with resistance band
    12x3 or 40 second time range
    4️⃣ Hamstring curls with resistance band
    12x3 or 50 second time range
    5️⃣ Hack squat
    10x3 or 1 minute time range
    (18kg dumbbell)

    I have knee pain . Can I do these exercises with knee pain but on better days?

      @@lisbethsalander1723 Hi, if you have chronic knee pain that doesn't stop or you're after an injury, it's definitely better to consult a doctor. These exercises helped me when I strained the tendons in my knees with some exercises and they hurt for a while because of the strain. These exercises relieve the pressure on the knees, so they are more suitable. I have a client whose knees start to hurt with a little load, but with these exercises the pain does not return at all

      @@noyum That’s the whole point 😁 don’t hurt them but destroy them at the same time 🤩most of my leg muscles I get from this exercises. I use to have pain in knees often.
