    This was great, please more knee friendly leg days!!! I dread leg day because of my knees. I get a lot of popping and snapping. Just overall discomfort, it’s hard for me to do lunges of any sort.

    Oh my goodness I could cry. First workout where my knees were not dying!!! Please please more knee workouts or even knee training videos of how to strengthen knees!!!! This was such a great workout, I just want to do it again!!! THANK YOU ❤❤❤❤❤

    This is one of my absolute favorite leg workouts; I’ve now done it many times. Lunges have always been uncomfortable for me since I’ve had two knee surgeries (ACL repairs) and so this just feels so much safer. I love the glute bridges and wall squats. So good. 🔥 please keep the knee-friendly ones coming!

    love love love you whole knee friendly series! Especially leg and glutes focus. I have such bad knees and I and desperately trying to avoid another meniscus surgery for the other knee! Thanks for the challenge!

      even squats are heavily modified so I would love more exercises videos if you have them that have those modifications. I once upon a time was a collegiate athlete so I do appreciate the burn!

    I am so freaking happy to find this. Only 37 and my knees are done for. I cant really squat or do lunges anymore. Love this ❤❤❤ Doing this right now!!!

    I really appreciate the leg-friendly workouts! I had ACL repair surgery two times on the same knee like a decade ago but I STILL feel like I have sensitive knees. Lunges don't feel good to me. So I appreciate this workout.. I've done it several times now!

    Love this workout!! I’m 60 years young ( former runner) with painful knees. This workout strengthens and stretches at the same time - really releases pain and I feel more stable in my lateral movement - such a SMART well thought out work out - no time wasted - love it!!

    Thank you so much for this workout. I've been in and out of the hospital for Asthma and I also have knee pains as well.. I was afraid to start working out again but it was just what I needed..Heart rate is up, no knee or lung pains... Thank you ❤❤❤. New sub here.😅

    So loved this workout I've found so many workout ladies I love but they always seem to do so many moves that are hard on the knees. I loved this because I felt challenged and my butt was on fire all while feeling like I was actually strengthening my knees. I would love to have more workouts like this!!!

    Thank you so much for a knee friendly workout. I’ve had knee issues ever since I was 13 (21 year now) and finding workouts that are good for my knees can be difficult. I had my second surgery on my right knee 2 years ago and have been struggling with getting the strength back in it but your workouts have helped me so much!!

    This workout was fantastic! I have recently been having some knee pain (the beginnings of osteoarthritis) so not only was this workout perfect for my knees, but I appreciate learning modifications I can use in other workouts. Also, my glutes are feeling it :)

    Taking a brief interlude to say... that banded walk is FAR MORE intense than I was prepared for. 😅 I also love repeating moves in a workout to fine tune it. Thanks for another excellent workout!

    That was great. I love knee friendly, especially no lunge since I have arthritis in my knees. Anything knee friendly is good. I also loved the one from four years ago that was referred to in this workout.

    Great workout! Lunges sometimes hurt my big toe joint, so this is a great option for a sore toe also.

    Excellent!!! Love to see more Knee Friendly workouts please. I had to modify in the donkey kicks since I cant place any weight on my knees in that position but other than that modification I was able to the rest of the exercises and I feel so strong. Thank you

    By doing NML workouts, I've improved my knees. I used to have so much knee pain during lunges. But after one year of work, I'm mostly knee pain-free 🎉

    This was great! I’m having this issue though when I use my 20 lb my forearms and fingers fatigue long before my legs!! Do you have any suggestions for that or will it just strengthen with time?

      I would recommend lighting your grip on the weights - to take the focus off your forearms!

    I think you read my mind. After a 14 mile hike to Mt. Wilson my right knee gave up on me. Can't wait to do this.
