This is one of my absolute favorite leg workouts; I’ve now done it many times. Lunges have always been uncomfortable for me since I’ve had two knee surgeries (ACL repairs) and so this just feels so much safer. I love the glute bridges and wall squats. So good. 🔥 please keep the knee-friendly ones coming!

Love this workout!! I’m 60 years young ( former runner) with painful knees. This workout strengthens and stretches at the same time - really releases pain and I feel more stable in my lateral movement - such a SMART well thought out work out - no time wasted - love it!!

I had my second surgery on my right knee 2 years ago and have been struggling with getting the strength back in it but your workouts have helped me so much!!

This workout was fantastic! I have recently been having some knee pain (the beginnings of osteoarthritis) so not only was this workout perfect for my knees, but I appreciate learning modifications I can use in other workouts. Also, my glutes are feeling it :)
Taking a brief interlude to say... that banded walk is FAR MORE intense than I was prepared for. 😅 I also love repeating moves in a workout to fine tune it. Thanks for another excellent workout!
