CHALLENGE! - 20 minutes. 5 exercises - 1 min each exercise, no breaks. Part 115
This Challenge is very intensive. Each exercise is 1 min long and there is no break. There will be 4 rounds and total time of workout is 20 minutes. You can do it!
You will need:
- dumbbells,
- body weight
My workouts are for everyone who wants to exercise but doesn’t know how, doesn’t feel like making their own program, or just wants to follow along and exercise with someone.
In this video, I sweat and struggle to complete the last reps. You’ll see my effort and know you’re not exercising alone-I’m here with you.
Keep in mind that the weights you use might be different from mine. We all have different fitness levels. If you’re just starting out, use only your body weight. If you’ve been exercising for a long time, you might need heavier weights than I use.
For complete information, I’ll list the weights I use for each exercise. But remember, choose the level of dumbbells that’s right for you.
Exercises in the workout are:
1️⃣ Glute bridge hold
18kg dumbbell
2️⃣ Shoulder press hold
7kg each hand
3️⃣ Squat hold
18kg dumbbell
4️⃣ V-sit hold
Body weight
5️⃣ Frog reverse hyper extension hold
Body weight

@@RalucaVarga to get slim - 6 months (that was just concentration on food), to build muscle in shape I am in today that took - 2 years of exercising 5-6 days a week. Currently I am exercising 5 days a week and I have 2 days rest days. Change takes time. Specially building muscles. But it is worth it every sweat drop ☺️

I gave myself about 2 years as a deadline, I'm 77 kg now, we'll see where I end up. the idea is that there are many super slim girls who teach you how to exercise at home, but too few started with a considerable weight, so they seemed unrealistic to me personally. but seeing from you, I gained more courage, maybe because I somehow resemble you in body, especially in the legs. by the way, you have nice legs and a smile.
@@RalucaVarga my heaviest weight was 85kg just after pregnancies. Than I jumped up and down with the weight, and the initial weight when I decided to really do something was 76 kilos. the first 6 months I just controlled my food and didn't exercise. I never liked sports. my friend convinced me to try a little exercise and then I discovered dumbbells and fell in love. 😂 I was amazed that it is possible to shape body by building muscles. so then I also gave myself two years ☺️ that I will really exercise for 2 years and if nothing happens, I will leave it as it is... but everything changed in two years! 🤩 legs were my biggest disaster, legs and stomach. I had all the fat there. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you ❤️ over few years miracles will happen!

I have knee pain . Can I do these exercises with knee pain but on better days?
@@lisbethsalander1723 Hi, if you have chronic knee pain that doesn't stop or you're after an injury, it's definitely better to consult a doctor. These exercises helped me when I strained the tendons in my knees with some exercises and they hurt for a while because of the strain. These exercises relieve the pressure on the knees, so they are more suitable. I have a client whose knees start to hurt with a little load, but with these exercises the pain does not return at all

@@noyum That’s the whole point 😁 don’t hurt them but destroy them at the same time 🤩most of my leg muscles I get from this exercises. I use to have pain in knees often.
