This is such a unique flow and fusion of TRX and Pilates where it’s not fully one or the other and knowledge of both helps you out. This was restorative but still got me breathing and moving! I definitely had to pause or rewind for some to make sure I had the moves right, since they don’t exactly have names like “bicep curl” that you immediately latch on to. The different camera angles really helped for this, too!! This one will be fun to come back to to keep improving. I also really appreciate that there is no other routine quite like it!
Glad you enjoyed the flow! I totally get that some of the moves don’t have the “usual” names, but I’m glad the angles helped! Naming them was tricky since they’re such a blend of TRX and Pilates. I figured a full preview would be more useful than coming up with names :) Can't wait to see your progress! Thanks for being part of the Team💖

Thanks for another great video. Andrea, just a quick question. Is the cross over that you do for chest the same as for the biceps? Or for biceps you try to bend your elbows a bit more?
