Nature's Garden sadly doesn't carry the Hot Pink Pomegranate FO anymore. Beautiful soap, Ellen!
I just saw that 😭💗
I was really wanting to try this fragrance oil, sheesh :-/
We watch all your videos. You inspired me so much. We love you. From North Georgia
Thank you for watching 💗
Recently, I was under a lot of stress. I needed self-care. I love Ellen's videos. I have been wanting to try her soaps for a long time.
I bought this soap with a few other soaps. This one is my favorite. It smells fantastic. I can't wait to try it. All her soap looked so beautiful, and I kept them on my countertop. It's helped with stress. Thank you, Ellen. I love your soaps❤️
Thank you so much, enjoy the soapy goodness💖
Hi Ellen😊
Your soap is gorgeous. I have learned so much from you about soaping. I've been soaping for 2 years now and I'm in love with the whole process. Thank you for all you share with us!

You are so talented and so creative, also brave to just try different piping tips
Those colors and swirls 🤩🥰😍

soooo pretty Ellen....might I just add...I am a very small batch soap maker from Canada....I have watched you for several years Ellen and your videos are inspirational and so informative...You have been so very generous with your information, resources and recipes...Thank you Ellen...knocked it 'outta the park'....again!
Oh thank you!💗
Lovely pink colour... Swirls were so beautiful❤
Thanks 💗
Your new subscriber.. Thank you so much ❤inspired me in doing cp soap I'm a beginner but definitely would like to try a small batch of this
Those turned out beautifully! Nicely done. ❤
Thank you! 😊
You’re most welcome. 😊
Lovely soap! Thank you for mentioning that you can reconstitute milk powder for soaps. I bought goat milk powder and some whole milk powder recently but have only been using them with my other dry additives. I didn’t know if you could reconstitute it, freeze it then use it in soap. Love learning all these little details! Thank you!!
Very pretty 😍
Thank you! 😊
beautiful ❤❤🙏🙏
Thank you 💗
This is so pretty!!❤ i know you said you will be scaling down your production, but as long as you still are im getting this one!❤❤
Yes, I'll be changing things up in the New Year. But will still be going strong here on UA-cam😉
That couldn't have come out prettier! ❤ Do you select different color pallettes for different times of year? I think anyone who gardens would be really drawn to the pink swirls, especially in late summer-- nobody wants to say goodbye to their flowers as fall approaches!
Lovely soaps, very uplifting!
Yes, sometimes it’s the season, and other times it’s the scent💗
💗💕💓
Absolutely beautiful!! I love them!! Could you please share what percentage of the fragrance you used. I am totally new to soap making and my soap stayed soft and oily with 5% .
Each fragrance can have a different usage rate, if it's less than 5% I'll use what they suggest. But most are used at or around 5%.
🎉
I will need to try the milk powder and I don't soap in big batches I think it makes more sense for me to use powder to not waste the milk and have it go bad. Just to confirm, if using milk powder there is no need to reduce the water in the lye solution correct? Love your videos. Always learn so much
Yes, you just add the powder and you don't need to reduce the water volume👍
Thank you for this information. I always thought people used a special batter for their piping. When soaping with a water discount how do you keep your batter fluid ?
This fragrance is very well behaved, so that helps keep the batter fluid.. Also, I soap at cooler temps and don't over blend.
Love your work ❤ where do you get your stamps?
There's a link in the description box😉
Love this soap! Question when adding milk powders, do you add your lye solution at a certain temp to not overheat the milk in the oil solution? I’ve never added milk or milk powders to my soap.
I add the powders to my oils with my other dry additives, never had an issue with overheating this way.
@@EllenRuthSoap thanks for your quick feedback! Love your content! ❤
Can u pour some light on dairy whitener .can we use as TD?
I'm not familiar with dairy whitener?
Can I ask what you mix your micas with? Thank you
Usually I mix them with a little distilled water, but sometimes I'll pre-mix with a light oil.
Hi Ellen! I have a question, do you use citric acid in your soaps? And do you find it make any difference in your bars?
I've used citric acid in a few batches, and liked it very much. I don't use it in my body bars, but plan on trying it to see if I notice anything....
@@EllenRuthSoap thank you!
Namaste Ellen ji, I want to know how much Lye solution can be made in your steel jug/coffee pourer you use? Can you share measurements for the same. Does it have lid too?
There's a link for my stainless steel lye pot in my Amazon store in the description box.
Ellen, I’ve been adding coconut, goat, or buttermilk to my oils as you teach us, but never did water stiff. Is that the word? Can you comment on this? Thank you
Not sure what "water stiff" is???
(1) The steel Lyle pot has 20oz and 66oz capacity. Which one do u recommend ?
(2) How do u cover the steel lye pot when u make it in advance?
I use the 66 oz, and I don't cover it, just put it in a safe place 😉
@@EllenRuthSoap I meant overnight ,no lid at all?
@@rekhakaushik3469 yes👍
1:51 funny it says coconut mik! I don’t think i would find mik.
Im sorry that this comment doesn't have much to do with the video but can i use polysorbate 80 in bath bombs because when i looked it up it said it can cause cancer is this true
I do use poly 80 in my bathbombs.
Please put the ingredients list
Here is a video with several great recipes, plus I have a soap recipe play list: ua-cam.com/video/SO5n4uWEVO0/v-deo.html
