Yes, without shadow of a doubt, I loved that one. 🥰🇬🇧
Your videos are so informative and educational. Thank you for sharing your work to us all. You also mentioned briefly that you make candles can't wait for you to do a video on that.

Absolutely beautiful I love the consistency I can’t wait to purchase a jar. Thanks 😊
They’re so fun, and good to use❣️
I love Holly's video and I love yours and I agree piping isn't my strong suit either, after the 3rd time of wasting product, I got an ice cream scooper and filled my jars - didn't lose as much product that way. Thank you for sharing! :) 💛
Love yellow and white. Pretty🎉
Looks so fun❤
Beautiful!!!!
Beautiful!
Hi Ellen, I also watched Hollys video, enticed me to give it a try after our overseas long trip. Product arrived today. So will be making for summer Christmas time gifts. Those little scoops are great must look for those too I loved your excitement. Thank you
It's such a fun project! Have fun making💕
I love you! The Stephensons will be my go-to until I get the courage to make my own from scratch. Yes I use the same wooden spatulas for my regular sugar scrub too! (Whoo-Hoo) Anyway, thanks so much for the video I picked up a few tips.
Very nice, thank you for sharing
I love the consistency absolutely beautiful ! Congratulations Ellen! Iam your follower from Germany and I love your channel. Thanks so much for sharing your talent and recipes with us. You are such a good hearted person and may God bless you abundantly. I have learnt alot from you.
🥰 thank you 💕
They turned out great, I’ve made something similar in the past, but really like this approach…also love your top😊
Thanks 🥰
Hi from Florida! I watched Holly’s video as well, this lemon bar sounds like heaven! I just went to buy a jar…. Your on vacation till 5/4! I will wait patiently! Thank you for sharing!
Oh thank you! 🥰
I'm new to your channel and obsessed. You have fantastically well done videos. I just reopened my bath business after a 9 month closure to heal from cancer and strokes. It's been a different start with the cost so high in recent months but I'm keeping at it. I'm doing my first ever festival on May 14 so I'm trying to build inventory. It's exciting. Thank you for your videos.
Thanks so much for watching🥰
Congrats on your first festival and glad you’re ❤️🩹 healing
You’ve found the right lady for inspiration. Ellen is the best ! I’ve learned so much from this talented lady. It’s great you are getting back into your business and I wish you all the best. Prayers for your success and for good health.
Love it
Do you know Younique is a mlm (multi level marketing) pyramid scheme? Ie a scam.
Maybe don't advertise a scam as a way to "empower women" on your page.
Thank you for sharing I love watching your videos
I did my first batch last weekend and the wife loves it. Love watching Holly and your work. Thank you
Holly is one of my absolute favs!
Me too😊
I absolutely love your style.
Thank you so much!
🍋 Your recipe featured in this video is so pretty in it’s jar💛🤍💛
I love your tutorials!!!
Thank you so much!!💕
I saw this recipe with someone else and didn't trust it much. Now that you have it in your channel will make it for sure lol. I have all the ingredients. Thanks a lot!!!!
Thank you so much will try you motivate me so much
I love this video. I would love to get ingredients for a smaller batch
Thank you. I like it💕
I absolutely love the details you gave in this video. Finally, someone who understands the struggle.😂
Glad it was helpful!💕
Good teaching
Amazingly beautiful n no extra expenses I made soaps do it’s easy for me Thnks to you mam
Hello Ellen, you did fantastic loved this video learned a lot. Kathy from Cali😎
Thank you 🥰
I made this but I ended up using the hobby lobby brand whipped soap base. I guess I blended to much? It turned out marshmallow fluff consistency. Today it’s more firm though. I will try again and ty for the info. This video helped a lot.
Hey Ellen! My recipe is pretty much the same and everyone loves it. I do use a little bit of Poly 80 in mine. I've been wanting to try another lemon FO because who doesn't love that amazingly fresh, clean scent of lemon? Yummy! Great video...Big ((Hugs)) from Texas!
You should give this F.O. A try, it’s fantastic❣️
You can put each color in a gallon baggie then put both of those into another baggie, cut off end, catching all 3 bags and voila
Sweet empress 😌🙏💜💫🪶
I’m new to ur channel,I’m in process of starting my body scrub, and body butter business.Thank for your videos 👍
Welcome!!💕
Hi I make this scrub is very good thank so much to share this recipe thanks ❤
Hands down that's the absolute best base! I ordered from 3 places this is my favorite, I honestly feel that I'm wasting product from the other 2 sources because I won't sell it,no matter what I've done to the other even just whipping it at minimal time with nothing in it still doesn't hold up!
I've been so happy with this base!
I make whipped sugar scrubs and I love love them! You will love it in the shower😊
I use fragrances oils that don’t do well in CP soaps in my scrubs. The last one I made was Coconut Soleil which seizes in soap but oh man is it nice in scrubs and lotions. Smells like tanning lotion on the beach☺️
I love using my "tricky" F.O's in projects like this🥰
@@EllenRuthSoap yes! It’s the best way to use those buggers😊
Ellen, I really enjoy watching your videos! You are so professional and mature! Also, you have a good sense of humor!( I dislike cute-sy videos). Also, you are very thorough in listing all the products and sources. I am going to try a couple recipes asap. Keep up the great work
Thank you so much!
So pretty!
Πρόσφατα σε ανακάλυψα. Είσαι υπέροχη. Τα φιλιά μου από Ελλάδα.
Thank you💕
I ❤️ whipped soap foaming sugar scrub and body butter 🧈 🤤 I have a trial size of the lemon 🍋 bar fragrance so I might give this a go with the pretty lemon 🍋 swirls 🍭🍭🍭 I think you had a hard time at first with the star tip because you didn't cut the end of the press n seal first instead you pulled it through then cut it. Next time try cutting the end off first then put the loaded press n seal into the piping bag ;)
That's a good suggestion! Thanks!
I'm very happy to have found you and your channel. I woke up several days ago remembering the dream I had where I was making soap with my family. I had never thought of making soap and knew nothing about it but the process looks easy when you do it and I'm sure I can handle it. I will borrow some ideas moving forward but I'm very close to start ordering supplies. I have a basement that I can use for this but I'm concerned about the amount of cool, damp air downstairs. Do I need to know anything about the room environment?
I invested in a large dehumidifyer for my basement, it helps a lot.
Hi Ellen. I love all your videos. Your instruction and information is so very helpful. Can you please tell the measurements for your 8 oz jar labels. Thank you so much 💞
They're 1.5x5"
Luv your videos. I'm very interested in creating skin care products as I'm an Advanced Licensed Skin Care Specialist and Instructor. Instead of selling other creator's skin care products, I want to make my own like you do so thanks for all your videos!!!
Thank you thank you thank you
🥰🥰❣️
First let me say I absolutely love your channel! Your receipts are great and you give really good instructions. Now, my question- what other oil can I use in place of the avocado oil? I have on hand sweet almond, reg almond, jojoba, grape seed, evoo and fractionated coconut oil. So you see why I really don’t want to run buy more. Lol
You can replace with any liquid oil you like😉
Thanks!
Thank you so much❣️🥰
Haha! I was thinking the piping bag was saying, “Gotta keep it together!!! Don’t bust a seam!!!” 😂😂😂 After that explanation that makes more sense now😅
I do Shea body butters. This is what i want to learn next.
A scooper would be a great touch to add to this so water won’t get in and melt it?
Thanks for sharing! Those turned out amazing! Unfortunately every place I’ve looked is out of the 25 pound box of soap base. I was able to get several of the 2 pound ones from candle science. They actually had the cheapest price and shipping for my location
Yikes, I’m glad the 2 lb’ers worked out❣️
I saw a video making lemon srub. I made this recipe last Saturday. I added fresh lemons sugar, and greted lemon in with the sugar. I added a little pound cake extract. and vanilla extract. my body felt like butter. so soothe and sliky and lemonney. all night long when I went to bed..
Your combo sounds wonderful❣️
Thank you for your guidance, Ellen! Could you share the kind of home printer you use for your labels?
My printer is a basic cannon from walmart
I'm surprised at how easy it was for you to cut the M&P soap, like it was coconut oil or shortening! The box it came in would also make a great mold.
It was a bit creamier than regular MP soap, very easy to work with.
I’m a month behind on questions, but have you put this out yet? I love lemon and yours looks so great!
Yes, it sold out quickly. I need to restock this.
@@EllenRuthSoap YES, you do little lady! 😁
I did this for Christmas gifts a couples of years ago. I got mine from Candle Science and the recipe came from BeScented. I loved it.
Love these! I use that base too. If you didn't add the sugar would that be a whipped soap?
Yes, it makes a nice basic whipped soap.
Thanks for your videos ☺️
Can i get how to make soap base
Coming soon😉
I want to use some of BB fall scents, do you think it would be okay? Like pumpkin spice.
I love this! What other oils can I use in substitution of avocado oil? 💛
Any good liquid oil will do 😉
@@EllenRuthSoap thank you 💜
So you use soap supplies to make your scrubs? I’m new and want to make some. I need to have the supples lol
I'm Newly Subscribed to your channel 💕 I find you to not only to be cheerful, but informative, fun, and creative and personable 🙂
I have a question: I've heard nothing but rave reviews about Stevenson's products. But will any melt and pour soap product work for this recipe? I happen to have some Crafter's choice on hand & would like to use it before purchasing more.
Thanks 🥰 and welcome! No, regular MP won’t work for this. It has to be a “whip base” which is lighter than regular MP
@@EllenRuthSoap Thank you for your quick response 🥰 After posting, I have done research and it seems I'll be making this investment. Btw, I too am a huge fan of your secret ingredient 🤫
I have whipped soap from WSP. Thinking might be the same
I refer to soap and clay for my recipe, she uses her own soap paste as a replacement for the Stephenson's base and it's magnificent! I also use that FO for my most recent batch of sugar scrub, I call it lemon meringue, that and cotton candy are my best sellers 💕 I for sure recommend checking out that recipe though because it turns out the same but way cheaper! Especially if you already make your own soap paste for liquid soaps or anything else.
Yes! Soap & Clay, shares a lot of great recipes.
I want to use my own homemade soap to make this scrub too…. Is ‘Soap and Clay’ the name of the site I need to go to? Thx
Thank you …. I believe that’s what u mean. I make my own soap and want to save $😁
@@bobbijoREV3.10 it's another channel here on UA-cam. She also has a website for her products, but she gives out recipes freely.
Good evening from Greece, I love your videos, you help me very much,so, if you don't add sugar you use it as a whipped bath soap,is that right? Or it's another recipe?
Yes, you can simply whip up the base and have a "whipped soap" without sugar..
Ellen can I use this recipe to add other items like charcoal or pumice? I love this base. what are your thoughts?
Yes, you can get pretty creative with additives. I always suggest doing a small test batch and see how you like the finish.
Thanks for sharing how long to whip the soap base. I watched a couple of videos on UA-cam and got frustrated making my own and it wasn’t coming together and ended up added more oil then needed! Nothing was waisted though! 😂 would you say the wisk attachment is better for more of a whipped consistency then a regular blender?
I use the regular blending paddle to loosen up the hard base, then I really like the whip for the rest of the mixing.
@@EllenRuthSoap okay! I just use my regular hand held and I didn’t get the double in size cool whip looking effect. Just wondered if I need a wisk attachment for this instead. I don’t have any issues using it to make body butter though.
I like the look of the easier piping tip. It looks great. I love the lemon bar scent from BB. It always makes my mouth water!
It's such a great fragrance 🍋
Can you use salts instead? (Himalayan, Dead Sea salt and or Epsom salt? Or would it be better to keep with the sugar for the recipe?
Another great vidoe and yet another thing I have to try :P Can I ask, where do you get the shrink wrap with the tear strip? I can´t seem to find them on your Amazon Store :)
Those are from WSP
@@EllenRuthSoap Thank you so much
Hi Ellen! Would this recipe work with omitting the sugar?
I haven’t tried it, but I think you could ….?
I love this video. Where do you get the plastic to seal the jar from? I didn't see it on your Amazon store
I get my shrink bands from WSP
@@EllenRuthSoap thank you 😊
Beautiful! Did you let it sit? or is it ready to use it immediately?
It's pretty much ready as soon as it's fully cooled👍
cant wait to try this - will organize myself over this weekend and see what happens - but i also have a question i cant find the answer for - maybe you or someone else can help - i have a fragrance oil that accelerates in CP soap - will it accelerate in a whipped soap?? - thanks anyone who can let me know
Great question, and no, it will not accelerate. This is a great way to use those tricky F.O's
@@EllenRuthSoap - awesome - thanks so much
Would you use a bit of clay to color it? I have French green clay I want to use. What do you think?
I think it would be a beautiful option. I suggest trying a small test batch and see how you like it.
Hello Ruth. Great videos. The box says crystal melt and pour soap base? Thats not foaming bath butter? But when you opened it the product looks like bath butter?? Could be packed wrong?
The one I use says crystal melt & pour soap base, so you're okay😉
@@EllenRuthSoap Thank You for clarifying. :)
Ellen, I love your sugar scrub and am making one now but I have Foaming Bath Whip Traditional by Crafter’s Choice Is this the basic same thing.
Yes 👍 that should work great
Can you use regular saran wrap if you dont have the press and seal
I haven't tried it, but I don't see why not😉
