How did u keep the clock spring from sliding around cuz it’s definitely not bolted
Thank you for sharing! What size spacer/converter do you use? Is it 1/2 inch or 1 inch? I saw another video where it was mentioned that he couldn't install the NARDI horn switch with a slim BOSS (hub). Thanks!
I don’t know what size but it was just a thin adapter plate to make the wheel straight up and down
@@Br_chin thanks bro!
Very useful video, thank you!
You're welcome!
Could you say where did you buy it?
Александр Вьюшков the steering wheel? I bought it used from someone
where is the power coming from for the horn on the clock spring? did you plug in the orange tab? i have the same clock spring but haven’t been able to figure out how to wire it.
I had to look for the power wire under the steering column. The orange tab you pulled from the airbag is only for the airbag. I grounded to the large steering bolt
Nice install video!
how did you keep your clock spring? My hub has the 3 holes for the studs but for some reason i cant fit the hub through
AdamnFerrer you just kind of sandwich it in between the steering column and the hub adapter. Just make sure the clock spring is in the correct position. There should be a tab in the rear of the clock spring
Imperials thanks! The hub I have looks like the same spline but doesn’t fit, so I have to return it and maybe the next one I get will fit through the clockspring this time
Hey, nice vid, that was helpful even if i don't understand english perfectly haha ! Where did you get this shift knob ? I'm searching a wooden one, in the same style!
hey thanks Yves. and thats good, even though im not making a how to it still shows some tips and tricks.
I get my shift knobs from Ebay, just make sure it will work with your shifter.
Cool video
Where did you buy your steering wheel
craigslist
So to do this, I need a wheel, hub, and quick release? Just confused on what all I need to order. I just got a nardi used.
Trevor Plagg in reality you only need a wheel and hub. Since you have a Nardi you will need either a steering spacer/adapter plate or a quick release. This is because Nardi has a different bolt pattern than say Momo or NRG
@@Br_chin thank you. Just needed someone to spell that out, helps a ton haha.
did you not install the quick release? if so did you use any spacers between the steering wheel and the hub?
yes you need an adapter plate to go from nrg bolt pattern to nardi bolt pattern
i bought one for $20 i think
What size resistor did you use for airbag?
It’s been so long I really don’t remember. Best to check the forums
