I like that you also told us what not to do. I am doing this soon and would have totally used the steering lock to help break the center bolt. Thanks for preventing that from happening 😂
Looks great! I replaced the wheel on my SC a couple months ago and the process was very similar. I'm not sure if BMW's do this, but toyota cars will have the airbag light turn on for a few seconds and then shut off confirming it's connected and working fine.
Hey bro nice video i have a E36 and i want to change my steering wheel can i put some M3 or something like yours ? E36 97' and how much it costs thank you
Great video! It seems to me, though, that disconnecting and reconnecting the wires underneath the steering column was an unnecessary step. Did I miss something?
@@AndrettiDaDon I did the same thing don't worry, if you ha e a t27 it should work. For me I used a t30 on one of them, and a t27 on the other. The t30 was hard to find the perfect angle for, so a t27 works fine.

Yea I was about to correct him on this, the screws are actually t30, though you can get away with a t27 of you have one. I got one out with the t25, then stripped the other one and began to panic, until I realized I was using the wrong size
