Thank God I was born and raised in NYC my whole life since day one. Thanks for always reminding me all the time of how I'm immensely blessed to be apart of this cool 😎 state of NY and how grateful I am to live in this lavish city that's always oversaturated with lots of creativity and excitement
My husband is from Brooklyn and last year when we visited NY, we went to the Statue of Liberty and walked thru this area. Yes, that water view from the park is STUNNING! I luved it! It was scenic, quiet, yet easy to get to other parts of the city. Luv your videos!
This was a premium find. Definitely one of my favorites of all the videos thus far. To be that close to outdoor space in addition to having your own private balcony makes this winner. Plus plus for an updated kitchen and bath👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
I'm all about the skyscrapers! Wonder how much this costs now. This is close enough to all the cool stuff, and I'd pay to live with those views. Amazing that there's a balcony, too! You could remove the door and make that closet a nursery, if you needed to
That's one of the best bathroom and kitchen I've seen thus far after that Roosevelt Island, of course. I love that neighborhood. A beautiful area. Good find Cash.
been binge watching your appartement tour, and this one is so different. It's so nice, and that balcony is the deal. I would spend days there. I love how you always show those nices areas aswell, makes my love for New York grow even more. Thanks for that!
That balcony and view is everything. The kitchen is cute and has nice finishes like the black trim detail on the cabinets. Id says it’s worth it for sure
I give this apartment five gold stars. A nice-sized balcony that has space away from the neighbor's balconies. The galley kitchen is great(even with the stainless steel, sigh). The bedroom and bathroom are what we here in Spokane would call average-sized, which is a plus. The only minus I could see was the tension rod for the walk-in closet. I'd be happier with a clothing rod that was strongly fastened to the wall. The area looks wonderful and if I were to move to NYC? That building would be my first choice.
@@scotttild Yes, same over here. I travel to NYC every summer. Simply love the city. I miss it so, so much. I feel so free and alive walking the streets, going with the flow.... always a highlight to be there.
Cash....bless your heart......the more I watch your videos, I am beginning to warm up to NYC.....Battery Park is really pretty......I could actually kinda, sorta see myself living there if I was 40 years younger with a 6 figure income....for a country boy from Alabama to say that is quite amazing, do you realize the power your videos have harnessed?????😮😮😮 Even the apartment is "not bad"...ok, am I being brainwashed????????🤔🤔🤔🤔
Yes Sir! Thank you for putting in so much work to bring us these enlightening videos. Some of us are only watching because we like to FANTASIZE about having a place in NYC. May I suggest: doing a video about how NYC landlords feel about tenants having guests? Not airBandB but guests. What if I rent (or even own) a place? What are the specific rules and regs about lending the place to loved ones for a day or two? I may not be the only one who wonders.
Well, while you're at it, how about addressing the whole Airbnb (sorry I spelled it wrong in the last comment) issue in a video? How does that work in NYC? I and others would like the rundown from an insider. Just a suggestion for a helpful video, my helpful brother...
I always walk along battery park 2 or 3 times a week when in the city freelancing, etc. Well, I used to, up until a couple of months ago...best area due to views and so much easy transportation. Great video as always..
Beautiful apartment and area Cash! Reminds of the years I lived near the water in San Francisco! I LOVE the balcony.!!!!!!!!!!!! Would be even more beautiful at nite! Great find Cash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Right off, GRAB IT! We've looked at 5 and 6,000 a month apts that didnt have a real kitchen, a balcony OR A DOORMAN! Granted those other places had a couple extra bedrooms but they were blah. Kitchen with storage and dishwasher! Yea! Bedroom fine even without closet. With professional closet people you could get massive storage in that walk in closet! The only bad thing is no washer and dryer and no info about laundry facility in the building.
Battery park is one of my favorite places to visit too when I visit NYC! I always enjoy walking around that area before I take my traditional ride on the Staten Island Ferry. I am due for a visit but obviously have to miss my trip this year due to corona virus. All y’all New Yorkers take care.
Love!❤️ One of my fave areas also; gorgeous view- real Manhattan view; would love to see view at night breathtaking! Good transportation there.. you could def put a bed in huge closet for guests & I’d set up a desk & work station near window in bedroom... agree w/ an eating area in main room! So many decorating possibilities. Great job! 👍
I love that neighborhood. The mall has a decent amount of eateries. Not sure about living there though. I remember the times when that area had some minor flooding during hurricane season.
NYC is crazy getting excited for a dishwasher and a microwave. I could only imagine how bad everyone would freak out if you had your own personal attached garage
Wow!!! This apartment ♥ I'd like to say also that I love your channel and videos. All so professional and well made. Keep up the great work :) I don't live in NY (I'm from Rio) but I love to dream living my life in your city, that's why I like so much your channel! I know it will sound silly and hope you don't think it is weird but you have a wonderful diction. I mean, I never had lessons at an English course, I only can understand it fully reading and writing. And I use to watch movies with subs. You're the first person ever which is able to make me understand a full video without subs :D Thank you!
This one checks all my boxes! If I were headed for NYC I'd be giving you a call right now. Lovely, quiet location, subway apparently within a 10-minute walk and I would hope that one of the shops close by was a food market of some sort. Doorman, elevator and balcony with a view from the 16th floor. It was criticized for the narrow living room and limited space for a dining table, but for a single or couple who didn't host large parties (or dinner parties) it would work. The location of the huge closet would not be a problem if you didn't have a guest sleeping on the living room couch. The kitchen is large by NYC standards with sufficient cabinet and counter space. All pretty high end, and good for a professional (couple) who didn't spend their evenings in clubs and bars, or even for an old coot like me!
I have tried running in Battery Park and its pretty cool as an alternative to Central Park. This apartment is such a winner! I can picture myself living here!
This is the first apt video where I wanted you to show it all over again once you were done. Lol Everything about this apt is just wonderful!! I have to remember this building for next year!
Love those older apartment, but frankly speaking, all this new apartment , make sense in layout, design wise. More suitable for today's need, I can understand why you like to take it. I love balcony though, in concrete jungle, balcony make a big different. It's just like a space for breath in those tiny, little apartment
Talk about love at first site. This is a fantastic apartment. The neighborhood looks beautiful. I could sit in the park for hours, enjoy the sunrise, enjoy breakfast on the balcony...sigh...Thanks for letting me daydream, @Cash Jordan. I love that bedroom too and the kitchen is nicely done. Good jawb! (Heavy NY accent)
Ok, this one is a winner, nice location, decent space, a real bedroom and bathroom, kitchen that is functional, secure building. The only drawback is for 3600 dollars, that's a mortgage.
Wow !!!!!! It’s beautiful plus the patio or you call it balcony I’d put little grill an table and chairs . Beautiful park .... it’s on my list to visit . 😃
@@CashJordan I'm happy to hear that. There wasn't much neighborhood charm, for the lack of better words, there. I can also see why 911 would have changed that neighborhood significantly too. I love how you introduce the neighborhood not just a building. it is indeed a nice unit in great neighborhood
Thanks glad you liked it
So my co-worker lives in this building. I’ve been to the rooftop and it is beautiful. She has a two bedroom.
Ohhh wow glad to hear you’ve been to this one
How big is two bedroom ? Is the kitchen setup the same ?
Amazing!
