- We swapped out the stock Legion Trigger in our DA pistol to this enhanced version by Grayguns. Its outstanding!
The P-Series Precision Adjustable Straight Trigger is machined from tough alloy steel or aluminum, the P-Series Precision Adjustable Straight Trigger (P-P-STR8) includes over travel and pre-travel adjustability. Ensure you review the full description prior to ordering. The trigger is available in both alloy steel and Aluminum versions. - Фільми й анімація
I like this video especially because you do a trigger reset test with a loaded gun. No other YT reviewers do that.
Nice! I put Sig SRT kits in my fairly new P229’s, and it’s a huge improvement. My 226 Legion SAO already had a crazy nice trigger and reset.
Thanks for the live fire short reset demonstration. I ordered the SRT kit, and Grey Guns Dual Adjustable Strait Trigger from Sig today.
You will appreciate it.
Fri., 10May2024 Update:
I installed my new Grayguns, Inc. 2-Way Adjustable Straight Trigger into my P226 MK25, today.
I've only dry-fired it thus far, but I much prefer it to the OEM factory stock curved ("hooked") trigger, and the SS Short Reach curved ("hooked") that trigger I installed back in 2016.
This new GGI AST affords me a cleaner truer trigger break, a shorter overall trigger pull, and to me, is simply more comfortable.
I think it's time to go shoot some steel.
Good things! 👍
Thank you for this video.
I know I'm late to this discussion thread, but I just came across your video this weekend (Sat., 04May2024).
I have the SIG Sauer P226 MK25 with the SRT already installed, to which I just ordered this Grayguns, Inc. adjustable straight flat-faced trigger, largely on account of your demo.
Up until almost two years ago, I foolishly believed I wouldn't like a flat-faced trigger.
Then I put one in my S&W M&P 9 ProSeries CORE M2.0 5" Full-Sized pistol (an Overwatch Precision TAC trigger) and I've become a true believer.
I put a Timney Alpha in my S&W M&P 10mm M2.0 4.6" pistol as well... another great flat-faced trigger.
So I figured, why not put a flat-faced trigger in my SS P226 MK25?
It's my most accurate, and my all-time favorite 9mm Luger pistol that I've ever owned.
Thanks again.
Good things! 👍

I appreciate and enjoy your content, and I'm a subscriber.
Good things! 👍
Nice vid! I have the same firearm - a P226 Legion but remain on the fence about flat triggers. I am very used to the traditional curved triggers on all my guns. You shoot great and i really enjoy the vids.
I love the flat trigger. Especially since with Legion SA 9mm has one. Same shape and I feel better for me
Great Video...just put the same trigger on my first ever purchase un...a Sig P228...wow, what an improvement. I am now adding it on my P220 also W. Germany and a Scorpion Sig 226....next, a Combat P220....what the hey...I'll convert the P 229 as well! LOL...
Allan, that’s great to hear! I especially love this trigger on the single action only Sig 226.
Thanks again for watching and commenting. I hope you will subscribe to the channel.
just ordered a flat rigger for my 226 after shooting a legion 320 today. thanks for the info.
I think you'll like it!
Great video...sure love mine on my P229 SAO Legion!
I put this in my sig 6 months ago when they first came out and it made a huge difference and with the sig srt kit it’s crazy smooth now super short reset I would like to get the gray guns srt kit to see how much nicer it can get
Great video. I have that same pistol. I believe I will purchase and install one of those triggers soon.
Thank you so much for watching and commenting. I hope he will subscribe and check out some of our other videos on the sigsauer pistols.
@@GunsGearOnTargetTrainingLLC definitely will!
Thanks for the review and tips. Been wanting a P226 elite for a while. Looking at trigger upgrades. I think this is it.
I love the GG trigger.
Nice !
I totally agree. The original trigger also made the tip of my finger sore. I know, weeaaah. Lol
Great video thanks for taking the time to do it, Sir did you install the flat Gray Guns trigger yourself? If so how hard was it to do? Many thanks and have a healthy and safe Thanksgiving next week!
I didn't do it. So it's worthwhile to call Gray Guns and get their input.
Rich, I installed one yesterday in about 20 minutes. If you are confident with your skills, watch a YT vid or two and it’s a cinch!
IMHO, the installation should be very quick and easy.
The fine-tuning adjustments are where some time-consuming trial-and-error will occur.
Once all is set, finish up with some LocTite Blue, otherwise I'm pretty certain the adjustable trigger settings will shift some after a few hundred rounds.
Good things! 👍
Any reason this trigger would not work with an older p226 like yours.
Also, you misspelled Grayguns in your title. Glad to see you are putting vids out again!
Taprackbang Nope, I believe even down to proper German Sigs. It’s a beautiful trigger.
Phillip Redding
Thanks. Their websitesays it will fit!
I have a Suarez Legacy trigger I put into an old sig then I switched to the original flat trigger, from armory craft that grey guns copied. It should fit. If it doesn’t fit, you may have to file down the trigger where it rubs on the barrel lug, or where the trigger may rub on the frame. Not a big deal, just reblue afterwards and it’ll look fine.
It works - I have one in my W German 226
How do you put a a trait flat trigger on a sig p229 enhanced elite series.
I would call GreyGuns and see what the say.
Jrelentlessly if it works on a 226, it will work on a 229
So, to be clear, you're not trying to show off your shooting skills, or accuracy ( by showing the target), you're just trying to get that consistent pull. That consistent Rolling pull. Got it, thanks
Sir, thank you for taking the time to watch and comment. Obviously I don’t have any great shooting skills. I think that’s pretty evident. I am someone who continually tries to shoot better and shows you the results. That’s not about me showing you I’m good, clearly I am not.
I was trying to demonstrate trigger management or my lack thereof. I do appreciate you commenting and watching and also thank you so much for sharing your feedback.
My wife loved my Legion before, then I put the trigger in it. She keeps trying take it from me now.
Will it work with a SAO P226
Not sure, contact www.grayguns.com/.
No, However we have some "Prototype" SAO triggers, if you want one we can sell you one, we only have a handful left. Call us to order.
Ich habe 4 Sig Pistolen (3 German Produktion und 1 P227 USA Produktion), letzte Woche habe ich einen geraden Abzug zum Test geordert.
Sir, thank you so much for watching and commenting. I hope you will subscribe to the channel and let us know how the new trigger works for you.
Hmm...the "stock" trigger in my Legion 229 was a GrayGuns trigger..
Thanks for watching and comming. I think on some of the newer guns they are putting the gray guns 45° angle trigger in there. It’s a good improvement in my opinion! I hope you will check out some of the other content on the channel and subscribe.
In classic sigs I prefer curved all day long
I like the curved for Double Action and the straight trigger for my SAO Legion. Thanks for watching and commenting.
@@GunsGearOnTargetTrainingLLC I agree thanks ur the best! Love the channel
