Isaac is the travel and reset under 1/4 of an inch or is the reset more than that.I am getting an x5 legion with tungsten infused grip, unless you recommend another x5 that's better? Thanks Isaac!
I love this video, covid crap had me so f ed up. I been messing up. I even sold a pistol saddest thing I've done. But im over this crap, I building a another p320, with this as kinda a guide. I'm stoked again, thank you!
@@isaaclockwood1839 no matter, ill be watching dude. I believe you've improved my skills. But I def want 4.7, 5inchxfive is great but I prefer 4.7..better balance imo. Oddly I feel I'm still better with the original grip, more accurate n a bit faster, but I only use the xgrip now...whatever happened with the large size original grip module you picked up?
You can check out the website at grayguns.com or just give them a call and explain what you want. The goal is to customize your 320/X5 to what you want it to be.
I used a cheap scale and they seem to weigh about the same. The difference is the mass stretched out in a longer slide actually will create more felt recoil and more muzzle flip, to sound all sciency.
The m&p wasn't bad but the p320 platform was just better at everything for me. Also, it's so versatile for someone to make what they want from it unlike other pistols.
I've only used the 20 rounders but I plan to get some 17 rounders from gray guns when they launch their new brass base pads. This will add weight with the extension helping the mag fall from the gun faster.I don't have a preference yet but I assume I will like the 17 rounders with the extensions better, due to the added weight.
Removing the pre travel too much is not safe because the striker safety lever might be up and disengaging the safety on the striker when the trigger shoe is at its forward position.
@@goodvibes6252 I don't think that's a good idea, im in PA n I don't believe we have any limits on mags, n whatever. Florida being the same I believe. I assume dude has to have special permit or licenses maybe law enforcement background to do what he does. I may be completely miss informed tho.
From my super unscientific testing, I've noticed these barrels to produce tighter groups. After chronographing both barrels, they are within a 2-ft average of each other, so pretty consistent too.
Just bought the 5" Modern Classic slide from GrayGuns. Can't wait to see what it can do
Nice! Congrats!
I’ve got the same thing and it shoots less than an inch at 25 yards. I sent Bruce a picture he was overjoyed..
YES!!!!! Been looking forward to this all week.
Definitely gotta get this…Thanks man
Find on the GrayGuns website 👊

X5s are great but my GrayGuns Lockwood is a 4.7 which I prefer for performance purposes.
That's a quick trigger finger my dude
Thank you, a good trigger doesn't hurt either.
Great video!
Thank you

If you can wait another couple months GrayGuns and I have put something together that I think you'd be interested in.

Do you have a link to refer to this upgrade on the Gray Guns website by chance? Or do you have to call to set up the service for the 4.7" Slide?

Nice video. How much was that entire custom job with price of gun and optic?
I'm unsure of the total retail value as these are my sponsors. You would have to call the companies and price it out.
I wonder if that slide is really lighter than a xfive slide? But i like the handfitted barrel a lot!

@@isaaclockwood1839 that might be true. Do you still use a tungsten guide rod btw?
Currently use the M&p pro and I noticed you used to.. just wondering what u like better about the sig or if u were just ready to try something new

Are you using the 3moa or the 6moa dot?
6moa

Do you prefer 17rnd mags with large basepads or the 21rnd mag with smaller basepads and why?

Just so we’re on the same page... you’re saying taking out the pre-travel makes the p320 prone to ND/AD?
Removing the pre travel too much is not safe because the striker safety lever might be up and disengaging the safety on the striker when the trigger shoe is at its forward position.
That 4.7 inch slide looks like it’s from a p320 RXP Full Size.
It's just a stock p320 slide with a fitted bull barrel.
Does the bull barrel make a difference at short distance?
Not sure I understand the question.
what holster are you using? I'm excited to get an x5 now and upgrade with grayguns comp trigger.
I use a red hill tactical holster. I prefer a double kydex holster.
@@isaaclockwood1839 Thank you.
Wow..... Are you Florida by any chance 😂 would love to try that beast out looks Awesome
Sorry man, I'm in Cali. You can order one for yourself from gray guns 😁
I'm about to go to Cali 😂

@@isaaclockwood1839 I'm In California too. Bay Area. Where are you around?
Wait...which triggers disable the internal safeties?
I won't name any specific companies but pretty much any trigger that eliminates all of the pre-travel in a p320 FCU.
Isaac Lockwood so...apex and armory craft I’m guessing haha
Isaac Lockwood what barrel do you use?
How do you feel about this firearm as a every day carry given the pending lawsuit and danger surrounding ADs
There is no issue since the recall and voluntary replacement parts. Soon enough I will be carrying a x carry very similar to this setup.
How much does something like that run brother? Thanks for the information 👍
The finished version is the GrayGuns P320 Lockwood. They are on the GrayGuns website with pricing and availability.
@@isaaclockwood1839 okay thanks brother 👍
Do you feel the barrel is AS or MORE accurate than stock?
From my super unscientific testing, I've noticed these barrels to produce tighter groups. After chronographing both barrels, they are within a 2-ft average of each other, so pretty consistent too.
My trigger pull is 1-3/4 pounds.
Impressive
Are those talon grips on your pistol grip?
Nope, Silicone carbide.
What bull barrel are you using? Really enjoy your videos!
The barrels come from Greyhounds. They have regular and bull barrels that they can put together and customize how you would like it on your 320.
Need to get a better mic 🎤 😊
I've been told
