    Watching this reminds me that I don’t train hard. I’ve got to pick up the effort and intensity

    Once you start using bands on deadlifts and hack squats you never go back! Too bad most gyms don't have a deadlift mat that has band attachments :(

    Any specific reason for this sequence, starting with Hams & Glutes then moving to quads? Instead of the other way around...
    Appreciated!

      Start with priority. So for us, hams at the moment. If it’s quads, just switch the order.

    Thanks again Joe! Great content for legs. Thoughts for decent strength / Hypertrophy with back and/or front squats. I watched a while back you doing (maybe a preference) front squats with weight under heels. Looked mean for the quads. Thanks mate - fan from Australia ✌️

      @@HypertrophyCoach what do you think about Glute ham raise or Nordic ham curl if one don't have lying leg curl?

    What a coach! These videos are getting better and better, too.
    Also, awesome gym - man, when I see equipment like this, just seeing it gives me a motivation to train.
    Are those "intesifiers" at the end done for a reson of hyperthrophy through/made by accumulation of lactate and other metabolic factors?

    • @HypertrophyCoach
      @HypertrophyCoach  3 роки тому +2

      Yup. And still intramuscular force production. Just from a smaller percentage of contractile fibers

    Hey coach another awesome video in regards to the part you mentioned about forced reps if someone went to failure on an exercise whether it was the things you mentioned about the machine or exercise not working with your muscles strength profile or the resistance profile of the machine isn't great is 1-2 forced/assisted reps the max you should give someone as any more would be too much and difficult to track?

    For almost every set I do the last rep ends up being 3-4 seconds of grinding would you consider that taking it to far?
