As I said in a previous hurt foot work out , they have been a life saver! I am 73 years old but fit and whereas my limbs were strong my middle a bit flabby! Thanks to these work outs I now have great abs so every cloud has a silver lining!

This is the first time in 42 years of life that I’ve had a broken bone and I had three broken bone in my right foot from falling down a hill so I’ve kind of been sad and bummed out a lot lately but I’ve been doing a little bit of chair working out as you have videos previous to today’s video that I have used multiple times.

I recently found out I have a stress fracture in my right foot and have to wear a boot. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to do any cardio workouts. This workout is great! Who knew you could get your heart pumping sitting in a chair!

Thank you for this! I had a major reconstructive surgery in feb that required me to stay off of my foot to properly heal. 6 months later I'm still doing chair cardio bc I'm still healing and in pain. Part of staying upbeat, healthy and healing is working out. Its so important. Ty💖🙌

I had foot surgery last week. I did this workout today and I loved it! It was great to be able to do a challenging workout even while recovering! Thank you.
Have a chronically bad ankle...even walking injures it. So this is a very good bunch of exercises that are not too awkward and off the floor. I'm 71, this is very good...although my pulse doesn't go up too high..might add 1 lb weights to see if I can get to a higher heart rate! I tried this out a few hours after doing about 25 minutes of upper body weight training, so it looks like I can add more cardio doing this sequence without overdoing it...

Hello Caroline! Not too sure if you read your comments regularly, but I was hoping that you could point me in the right direction. I tore my Achilles twice, in August and again in December, and had to get surgery twice. I am normally a really active person and snowboard A LOT during this time of the year. Although I am doing as much as I can to stay active and focus on PT, I still feel that my spirits are low. Do have any recommendations for podcasts or UA-cam channels that can help with mental health when recovering from a serious injury? Thank you so much! Your videos are saving me!🙏🏽

Really good workout! I beg to differ with the increase in calories, however. In my case, I must lose weight to decrease any stress on my sprained ankle and bruised foot. I feel better with the weight loss. Ironically overweight put so much stress on the foot because of the load it has to carry. As the upper bodyweight decreases, there is less of a load on the foot.
I will have surgery on my foot, bunion and hammer toe surgery. Two weeks no weight, two weeks slight heel pressure and then every two weeks more weight up to 8 weeks. I will do this until my get the all clear to go back into usual exercise

Used to run track n play basketball i high school. Now that i work at home im extremely out of shape with gout attacks to my ankles. I tried to keep up wih u two ladees and damn in soo out of shape. Ima do this n watch this vid everyday for 30 days n see how much better i shud feel Im 165lbs my ideal weight is 140lbs so im very very chubby
Non weight bearing restriction due to ruptured Achilles’ tendon. Currently in non weight bearing boot (not walking boot) for another month and use scooter. Love the workout but my heel is on the ground in most of these exercises. I am not to hv heel on ground. Surgery in 4 days and I know I can’t do anything compromising foot to floor. Any suggestions.

When I squeeze my arm muscles on jumping jacks and punches, it raises the cardio demand.
My injury is a knee so couldn’t do all the moves but was able to make modifications

i would just do the upper body no lower body
