    Hi! I am a full time wheelchair user and I just wanted to say THANK YOU! I found your videos and they’ve allowed me to get my sweat on at home! I used to be a wheelchair basketball player in college and ever since then I haven’t done much when it comes to workouts. Your videos have saved me! And help keep me busy during this quarantine!     Thank you for these exercises Carolyn especially when you suffer from RA like me. I tire very quickly I am 70 years old and I am trying my best not to live a sedentary lifestyle, my RA diagnosis has left me very depressed so instead of doing any exercises I sat all winter feeling sorry for myself, that was the worst move I could have done for myself. Any kind of of exercise helps as long as your moving your body I have come to realize. I have to pause the video quite a bit to catch my breath, but I try my best to start again and do as many exercises I can, I can’t do all of them because some are more challenging than others. I am hoping that in time I will get stronger. Again, thank you sweetheart for these exercises. I am forever grateful. I am so glad I found your channel! God bless you!❤️

    Wow thank you so much for this. I’m 25 and broke my ankle 10 weeks ago. I’m not back on my feet yet, just got out of my cast and into a boot and it’s been a long depressing journey. I’m so happy I found your video. When you said breathe in positivity and breathe out any negative thoughts I started to cry, and I truly did feel the endorphins bringing life back into my body. I haven’t had any motivation to do anything lately since I’m bound to a wheelchair but your video lifted my spirits. Thank you so much!

    I just found this specific video. Love, love, love it! I do a lot of cardio and strength training with heavy weights but I had two hip replacements in the past 10 years and I now am battling a strained knee.     Fantastic workout, Caroline! I have severe osteoarthritis and deformation in my right foot and can't do any exercise that puts impact on this foot. Which is ironic since this disability is the result of too many sports injuries in my youth. Your chair exercises are life-changing for me, thank you so much. They really challenge me and I finally feel like I can exercise again! That's such an amazing feeling!

    Due to your videos , I have fallen in love with exercise and I am just a 21 year old with no health issues , just knees that get a bit overworked sometimes. I have done most of your chair cardio workouts (and others), but i liked this one the most so far as I could keep up with it!     I did online dance all during Covid and since March, have been unable to do much exercise, barely even walking, due to torn meniscus and bone-on-bone arthritis. Scheduled for knee replacement end of Feb and trying to build strength pre-surgery. Glad to have found you!

    Caroline!!! I stumbled across your chair workouts back in November when I hurt my foot. Doctors told me that I had multiple stress fractures and I was in a boot for 6 weeks and then was told I wasn't healing and may need reconstructive surgery... I was devastated... I went to a foot specialist to then find out that I did not have stress fractures, but nerve damage and my three metatarsals had very little blood tissue in them... I was blown away with the two different diagnosis. I was in PT for a few months twice a week. YOUR videos were/are LIFE changing... I appreciate everything you offer, but mostly your positive and caring vibes... I LOVE EVERY video that I have done and have lost 42lbs in the process WITH A HURT FOOT!!! You are amazing!!! I am so thankful that I found your workouts on youtube... Thank you so much!!

    Hello! I am so happy I found your workouts....I started running when I turned 30 now 35 and suffered my 1st injury ever when I rolled my foot a few days ago...I was bummed and knew running would have to be put on hold but I love getting sweaty so I just typed in youtube non impact workouts and yours came up...truthfully at first I thought the bubbly personality would be a bit much but you know in these times of quarantine I actually look forwad to your workouts now! Once I am cured, I still plan to go back to running....but I know where to go for those rainy days!! Much appreciation from South Texas !

    I’m in England I’m 85yrs old and have been doing your advanced cardia workouts for a couple of yrs. but had to have a 9 month break as health was not too good so now I’m back alternating half an advanced one with the ordinary workout on alternate days / want to see my PAI rise again.     I just love your chair videos. Hurt my knee and its going to take months and physical therapy to heal. This is helping me take the pressure off and still be able to work out. It was like every time I started feeling like this was to much you would say something like you got this and you are doing great. Added this into my daily routine.

    ive been depressed and struggling with food, the doctor said i need to use my muscles otherwise my heart and headrush will get worse, this is the first workout ive done since that advice, i only managed 8 minutes but im so proud i could do it at all

    Oh my gosh I love your workouts! I’m currently healing from a torn tendon in one foot and a bad sprain ligament injury in the other.
    I’m highly active, I run, do ballet, love Pamela Reif and hiit and these injuries have sidelined me and made even the pool a challenge. Thank you so much for these workouts!!! I feel like I went for a run or hiit after. Needed this! ❤️❤️ I love your hurt foot workouts as well!!!

    Thanks Caroline I have been teaching fitness for 30 yrs and semi retired at Xmas. Thought I was dealing with plantar fasciitis but in truth it was a ruptured anterior tibia tendon. I had surgery and now 12 weeks no weight bearing. So depressing for me as I have been so active. Your chair exercises for hurt foot have saved me. Thanks for the hard ones I am always looking for a challenge. Love the jump ropes and jumping jacks. Love them all and that you work hips and legs.

    Loved this workout- who said chair workouts were easy?! I have a 2nd degree ankle sprain that’s made getting any cardio done for months very difficult. This was great! And my ankle can still last through a full day of walking now!

    Oldy but a goody. I found the chair cardio workouts when I had achilles tendonitis. As a runner, I was going crazy from not being able to do much walking, let alone running! I got a bit of an ankle twinge the other day and decided to take it easy for a bit and get back to these great workouts. ♥️

    I'm a bicycling, water aerobics, absolutely no impact kind of gal - got one leg an inch shorter than the other. Yeah, there ain't no running from the zombies. Since it got cold - woke up to snow yesterday - I've had to move my workouts inside. These chair workouts are exactly what I need. I love them. Your energy always makes me smile. Thank you for saving my winter workouts.

    These videos have changed my life! Very bad knees so these videos get me the cardio and movement my body craves and lets me feel like I have had a good solid workout! Love the cardio strength with weights too!

    Thank you for making these videos! I have hip, knee, and foot issues that have kept me from exercising the way I love for way too long. When the pain got more intense this past year, I had to stop almost all physical activity beyond the day-to-day tasks of life and I put on more pounds until I was 30lbs over my ideal weight. When my desperation reached its all-time high, I typed in "cardio with hurt foot" into UA-cam and discovered all your chair cardio workouts. I've been doing them faithfully every other day for the past three weeks (and even discussed them with my physical therapists to know what adjustments to make) and I have lost 8.5 pounds so far! But best of all, I feel like myself again. I NEED cardio to get those endorphins and I need movement to get me past all the pain each day. Thank you for your positivity! You have been a HUGE blessing to me. Thank you for all you do!

    I usually do some pretty intense and involved exercise videos, but I also have some feet that tend to get tired out more often than usual and I need to take whole weeks of not doing those exercises. Your videos are definitely my go-to's on those weeks! Thank you for all of the positivity and workouts that still get my heart rate increased!

    Did a workout “with you” yesterday! 31w pregnant & my Achilles’ tendon has still rendered me unable to walk. I knew I wanted to do at least one workout with you today so I did this one first. I did it in my flannel PJs... that was my only mistake! Pouring sweat. I LOVED this, even more than yesterday’s (which I know I’m doing again later today.)
    Even when my foot is back to normal I want to do chair workouts a couple times a week now! ESPECIALLY when I’m not pregnant, because I can TELL this will be crazy on my abs when I’m able to fully engage them.

    Hey Caroline, another great workout. Butt is currently quiet sore. Maxed my bpm at 151 today, which I'm pretty sure is two points higher than when I started this. Feeling really good.
