Hi I’m 16 and 330 lb. In the Past two weeks I when from 343 to 331 just by eating less and walking a bit more. Now I’m 329 and my weight won’t seem to go down so I’m adding in cardio and hoping for the best. I could only do about 10-15 mins of this workout and burned almost 200 cals it was so good. I was crying because I was embarrassed that I’m 16 and this is the best I can do. But I know if I stick to it I could do some of your other workouts! For some reason I don’t sweat a lot even though my heart rate was at 130. Tips for my weightloss journey to 130lbs would be greatly appreciated. So many people tell me I can’t do it and that I need surgery, but I’m going to prove them wrong 200lb later! Thank you so much you motivate me 😊
Edit: I’m now 315lb (I almost gave up in May and gained some weight but then I changed myself and lost it plus more.)
Edit: I’m 299lbs. Since end of April I lost like 41lbs haha!
Edit 2: I’m 293 now I just want to thank everyone who has been so kind. 50lb down!
    Edit 3: 288!☺️ and I turned 17 yay!

You CAN do it especially being young. I was in my 30s and I lost over 100 pounds! Got skinny and healthy than had miscarriages and health went to crap went up to almost 400lbs! Now I'm in my 40s and just lost 70 lbs! And exercise wasn't even really part of it ! U can do it! I was heavy my entire life if I can so it anyone can just watch what u eat the more u move the more u will be able to move I was almost bed ridden and now I am well still a long way to go but I can now get up without it basically being the hardest thing ever so just go slow it will take a while took me a year for both my weight loses don't get discouraged u will Plato and if u keep doing it the weight will get moving again trust me u got this!!

I suffer from hypermobility which is especially bad in my knees since my knees are placed way too high up and I have very long stretchy ligaments so they can't hold my knees in place. I've tried everything from HIIT to barre to yoga and nothing worked. I just always had to end up doing workouts I wasn't comfortable doing. But when I found this I thought I'd try it and by the end I was crying because of how happy I was that id finally found something that I don't have to stop doing half way because I can't do the squat or the lunge. I did this without being afraid like I usually am. Thank you so much, you seriously felt like a therapist helping me work out my issues. Thank you.
Update: I ended up losing weight after doing this after days of remaining the same weight.

Hi Caroline! I'm a retired registered nurse. I just had a fairly extensive excision of a squamous cell carcinoma lesion on the back of my right calf. Because of the location (and subsequent flexing extending of that muscle) I am on limited activity right now so as not to cause undue wound burden to that incision and cause the stitches to give out. I also have heart failure, however, and my daily exercise regime of upper body building, treadmill runs and outdoor runs, and core strengthening have mostly needed to come to a halt. BUT...in order to keep my body, especially my heart, in good shape I needed a low impact cardio workout. I found both the cardio advanced workout and this workout (who doesn't want to get rid of a little tummy fat, right?) and they are just perfect. I modify the lower body involvement to mostly only moving my left leg or moving both but not putting pressure on the right one. They are perfect...my heartrate easily gets to my target rate of 129 and above! Thanks for your enthusiasm and energy!

It was hard, since i've fallen out of exercising recently, but im recommitted to exercising 3 days or more a week now. For wheelchair users: for the marching parts i am able to move my legs so i moved my footplates out of the way and just marched as best as i could. You can always do the arm jacks instead of the marching in between to change it up or if it's easier for you. Thank you Caroline for an awesome workout. I'm off to try your chair yoga next!❤

I am a 58 year old female. I routinely exercise an hour a day, bike riding, walking. Have broken bones in my foot at the moment so I have found Caroline’s videos a god send and will probably still keep incorporating them into my exercise routine when my foot has healed. Thank you Caroline!

I live in a tiny flat with many creaky floorboards so I don't have many options for working out at home. I also work from home since the pandemic started and due to ADHD/social anxiety, I don't like to go outside, so this video was perfect for me! You're so motivational and you can tell that you really care about your viewers and the people who are working out with you, which is so lovely. Thank you Caroline x

I am a group exercise instructor and personal trainer and I just broke my foot and have been looking for ideas to add to the modified workouts I've been doing in my basement. I've never tried a chair workout and I found this really innovative and helpful! Thanks so much for your energy and positivity and your great ideas! I'll be logging on to as many as I can to get my heart pumping any way I can until I can stand up again :)

I wasn't sure if I would get a good cardio workout or not, but you have proved me wrong. I enjoyed the workout, kept my heart rate high, and broke a sweat. I will continue to do these exercises every other day. I swim .75 to 1.0 miles in a pool the other days. I am happy, my knees can actually do 8K - 10K steps just regular walking, and now I can do cardio and strength with you. Thanks for an awesome workout!

I’m 66 and have been very fit. I have a foot injury which I’ve been working on healing since last January. I normally hike 5 miles 3 days a week and do HIIT workouts on the other days. I’ve tried doing standing, low-impact workouts, but doing split squats, for example, stresses my foot. I’m so happy to have found your chair workouts! I’m going to keep doing them, probably harder ones than this one so I can keep in shape while my foot continues to heal. Thank you!
