Started crying the moment we turned onto the left shoulder. Cried again at the end. I have no idea what your yoga is massaging out of me, But I am sure this is healing realignment of a body that been thru so much in a short time. I cannot thank you enough and even more on behalf of my daughter, who gets a more relaxed and happy mom.

For a moment I thought I wasn't really enjoying this video. However. The longer I let myself relax the more I realized I was resisting relaxation, which was why in the beginning I felt this video wasn't for me. Thank you again for a fantastic practice.❤

Wow What a sequence, shifted some deep emotional sh!t. At first i tried to fight the stillness, even though i'm a yin yoga fan. It even brought up some tears up, but i was able to pushed through them. Left me feeling like i removed some deep emotions, that no longer serve me. Thank you Sarah Afterwards i did a 20min all over body flow to really move thoughs blockages and feel more energy through my body.

Wasn't really stressed out but this was such a lovely before bed sequence. I did long for some more support in my neck with all the laying on the ground, maybe a pillow would have been nice. I also went for a supported child pose with tbe bouster which felt very comforting. Keep up the good work :)

I really enjoyed this. I started with your beginners morning yoga and did that for 2 week, then did this today. I have PMDD, so I found this very relaxing. My favourite part was when I was doing the stretch where I had left knee bent and I had to lay flat on my back with my left arm laying flat on the floor. I actually couldn’t have my arm touching the floor and my my left knee came up off the floor as I tried to stretch. Then you said, compare yourself life off the mat, to your position on the mat now, and I thought, damn, I’m really struggling. I’m tense, and I’m trying to stretch myself on all fronts, and it’s a mess right now. As I swapped and did it the other side though, I noticed that I was starting to relax into the pose and my muscles were slowly letting go and my knee and arm were getting closer to the floor and I was surprised. I was tensed up before, and I was starting to let go and relax into it. It made me feel like I had hope lol I can relax and ease myself into this. And I can do the same in all my situations off the mat, which I’m finding challenging right now. Thank you! For the yoga and your words!!
