I'm in the process of getting my own apartment and he's in the streets telling people he should have thought about it before he told me to leave. He's on my insurance and I'm the one who has the care. Telling people, I'm leaving him while he's down, but it was my insurance that kept him alive, I was there in the hospital everyday visiting him and working OT making myself sick to keep a roof over our heads. I've been married to my narc for 7 years now, his ex left him 2 years prior to that, so technically 9 years theyve been seperated. Now, they do have kids together, but they're grown up now. I know for a fact he still thinks about her and will use the "kids" (whom he can contact) as an excuse just to get in touch with her. Now. She doesn't help herself though, she knows she has him wrapped around her finger (shes a narc too) and will communicate with him whenevr she needs a "favour" and he jumps to the occasion, because he just loves being the "hero". It used to really bother me before (as shed call him whenever she wanted anything or need him to look after the kids for her, when they wwre bit younger), but now, i do not give a shit. He definitely thinks about her and to him, i think shes the "one who got away". As for me, dont even know why he married me, because everything i do is wrong, i can never please him, nor is my outer appearance to his "liking". Living with him is a nightmare, always on edge, difficult to get away really... he'll be nice for 1 or 2 days, and usually thats when theres something he needs me to do something for him. Once its done, his mask falls off again, then were back to the nightmare.
Oh my gosh.. My situation feels almost exactly parallel. I’m so sorry, I know how excruciating that is. I finally left 2.5 weeks ago. I walk around feeling so less than because I wasn’t his type at all and constantly asked why the heck did you choose me!? I finally chose myself, and it’s been a fight for my life and kids. It does take time to unravel their devaluing, triangulating, put downs, and in my case a discard. Logically I know I was the quality person, the "catch" between the two of us and his discard was because I told him I wanted to leave since he wasn't changing his abusive behavior. But it takes time for what we know in the mind to convince our hurt heart of this truth.

It's been 8 months since I went no contact with my ex. I block them from contacting me in anyway..A few days ago they text one of my family members to relay a message to me. I told my family member please don't tell me if they contact you again. I do not want to know what they told you. I have learned from past mistakes if you break no contact to talk to them the conversation will not go in good manner or in your favor. I feel they can't deal with losing that control they had over you so they will try to gaslight you or manipulate you so they can transfer that bad energy on to you by starting a argument. They need that response or reaction from you so they can start feeling good about themselves and move on. Remember when you show a reaction to them that means you still care about them.I will never never never break my contact. I have learn from past mistakes! Don't trust them!! I tried to warn him about his dad but he wasnt hearing it and i lost him to his dad a couple years ago. Now his step mother died snd his father is out there being horrendous after her death and my son had to live through his abuse and has now gone no contact and abandoned his father. He also told me when he found out it was a boy that God was giving him a boy because God knew what was best for HIM. All this while though he’s been talking to his new supply and she’s big mad that he’s having a baby now… and he’s slinging the “I only want you but I must bear my cross first” to her. Those 2 deserve each other.
I asked for a sign when I was going back and my whole tire busted when I was like 15 mins away from our home. Four days later I was gone and never went back again

My ex definitely has some sort of dissociative disorder, sometimes she would say things like "it is incredible how easy it is to dissociate". Back in the time I didn't understand what she was talking about. Now I do. She detaches from reality, creates an alternative version and believes it. Apparently she is aware of this process while it is happening, then when she totally lands in her dissociation it becomes reality and she doesn't feel dissociated anymore.

It's been 8 months since I went no contact with my ex. I block them from contacting me in anyway..A few days ago they text one of my family members to relay a message to me. I told my family member please don't tell me if they contact you again. I do not want to know what they told you. I have learned from past mistakes if you break no contact to talk to them the conversation will not go in good manner or in your favor. I feel they can't deal with losing that control they had over you so they will try to gaslight you or manipulate you so they can transfer that bad energy on to you by starting a argument. They need that response or reaction from you so they can start feeling good about themselves and move on. Remember when you show a reaction to them that means you still care about them.I will never never never break my contact. I have learn from past mistakes! Don't trust them!! They don't want to believe you can actually be happy without them. I am loving my freedom, my peace of mind and joy!!!!❤❤❤ STAY STRONG!!

I appreciate all your videos. I unfortunately have a child with a narcissist who is now an adult child and it took him learning the hard way how horrible his father is. I send him a lot of your videos for support he needs to know he is sane and he needs to learn about his dad. I tried to warn him about his dad but he wasnt hearing it and i lost him to his dad a couple years ago. Now his step mother died snd his father is out there being horrendous after her death and my son had to live through his abuse and has now gone no contact and abandoned his father. He doesn't get to see his little brother anymore but my ex uses hiw children against people he always has. I feel so sorry for my sons little brother who just lost his mom and now his big brother because of his dad. His dad is truly evil and awful

But, he probably thinks that IF he keeps contacting her and she keeps sending me the messages, I'll get fed up and call him to see what he wants. But that'll never happen!

Six months No Contact with my ex Narc:..glad that Relation is Done! Shopping for my super foods excited about planing meals for the long weekend, suddenly I felt someone looking at me..., no one there...an image in my mind...took me awhile to figure out who! I was pregnant but didn’t tell him because I honestly needed the space because I needed to grieve the discard and breakup before I could face being ignored as I knew I would be once he knew I was pregnant. I told him at 6 months and he stopped hoovering me completely sure enough and even is telling me he named the baby already. Like what? He also told me when he found out it was a boy that God was giving him a boy because God knew what was best for HIM. All this while though he’s been talking to his new supply and she’s big mad that he’s having a baby now… and he’s slinging the “I only want you but I must bear my cross first” to her. Those 2 deserve each other.

Mine called me twice, after months no contact recently (3 days apart) and then nothing for 3 weeks. Its been 3 years of hoovering after I ended it and Im still experiencing a trauma bond. BUT how come some covert narcissist seem to openly support people who are succesful and post reactions like 'I'm so proud of you!', 'congratz!', why would a male narc openly compliment other male narcs who succeed more in life then them? I see the male narc I was dealing with do this all the time yet he is envious, so why does he do it?

My ex definitely has some sort of dissociative disorder, sometimes she would say things like "it is incredible how easy it is to dissociate". Back in the time I didn't understand what she was talking about. Now I do. She detaches from reality, creates an alternative version and believes it. Apparently she is aware of this process while it is happening, then when she totally lands in her dissociation it becomes reality and she doesn't feel dissociated anymore.

Two years I’ve had the female narc constantly popping up around me all the time she tried to get with me and I just felt something was off! I refused the advances not verbally just physically so I guess she’s never got over the rejection. So she’s always coming in for the hug! I use to always get the belly flutters until I realised she was getting a kick out of making me feel nervous with the hugs ! So when she came for this hug I leaned in instead and picked het up and spun her around then put her down , knowing she would feel disoriented! And run! And she ran alright lol 😂 Atleast I felt very little and put the narc in her place.
