One thing about Michael, he plays the entire guitar. The last riff when he is using the volume control is wicked.

I have this exact guitar and color as a lefty. Green ocean burst I believe.
I wish I had purchased an LP classic in 2017, I got a standard instead. Classics were better imo.
Got the same model bought new heritage cherry sunburst only thing did to it is add poker chip ! Killer guitar ! 57 classic and 57 classic plus .

Beautiful guitar. I want that guitar, but with black DiMarzio pickups, and I want a white ring outlining the pickup selector switch. That'd be perfect.
I purchased the 2017 Goldtop with a Bigsby, love the 57 classic pickups and the slim taper neck is so comfortable! And it actually keeps in tune!
I absolutely love my 2021 Classic in translucent cherry.
2017 lp classic came in 3 colours, heritage cherry sunburst, gold top & ocean green like this one, i got the gold top still use it, heres the thing though, as far as i recall, these ocean green versions didnt sell well, dealers saying they couldnt give them away they were so unpopular.. apparently lots were returned and either re-done or destroyed.. and that apparently is why there are so few around 😮 i was tempted by the ocean green as i am Irish, from Antrim.. but love a goldie .. cheers, bye 👍

The baby photo was around in 2015, I had a Firebird with all the original case candy (in the GIANT gold case) with that.
Nice color, not too many guitars sold in trans-green finish these days, Epiphone has the DC Pro with something close, but it’s a black back.

Pretty sweet. Never seen a green LP before.
Heck, only a couple of green guitars i remember,,, a Messenger like Mark Farner played (Starving Musician SC, Ca, late '90s) and a Guild Starfire IV, (?. SC, GF's older brother's guitar, early '70s).
I dig this LP, tho. Loved Jen's "waterfall'' take on the grain. Again, unusual.
The guys did great, too. Nice break down by Brandon and another bit of great playing by Lemmo.

Epiphone sells their DC Pro in Emerald, but it’s a dark back. The inlays on them are really nice (same as the Les Paul Prophecy), but it’s a pau ferro board (the Prophecy gets ebony).

Good stuff Mike.That Classic has push pull pots too.
This version does not. They changed them a year or two later to have different pickups, reflector knobs, and coil splits, but this version is '57 Classic pickups, speed knobs, and no coil splits.
I would order that guitar with more metalflake in the paint, with gold hardware and pickups, and with deeper clear coat.

This is a 2017, they brought back the green as the sweetwater exclusive in 2019 I believe

Locking tuners are not for keeping in tune.
It's not that easy...
Why do people keep equate locking tuners with tuning stability? You can have locking tuners that don't hold tune, all a locking tuner does is make string changes faster.
So unless you increase the relative quality of a locking tuner replacement over what would normally be used, it doesn't do anything for tuning stability! Stop with this nonsense!
