INGREDIENTS
(Tart Shells)
All Purpose Flour - 260g
Icing Sugar - 80g
Salt - 3/4 Tsp
Butter - 125g (Cold)
Egg Yolks - 2 Large
BAKE @ 170c For 15 - 20 Minutes
(Pastry Cream)
Milk - 450ml
Egg Yolks - 4 Large
Vanilla Extract - 1 Tsp
Sugar - 80g
All Purpose Flour - 25g
Corn Flour - 20g
Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Butter - 35g
KIWI
STRAWBERRIES
GRAPES
MANDARIN

Is it necessary to refrigerate?
Fruit tart contains fresh fruits . So can’t keep very long time outside. So try to arrange the fruits and pipe chilled cream to the shell right before serving.
