I just saw this. My mother is 106 y.o., lives alone in the house she has occupied for over 60 years, does light housework and cooking, and takes care of her personal needs (bathing, dressing,etc.).
I eat healthy and exercise but I stress a whole lot because of a variety of family problems and that my mom is forcing me to get married. It is extremely stressful but I look very young for my age.

There’s another Italian lady who’s 107, her name is Nonnie... must be the olive oil that’s keeping them live so long.
It is way healthier than vegetable oil, which basically causes inflammation. They probably have a more traditional lifestyle too, since they seem proud of their background on average.

My Italian m-I-law and a few of her sisters lived to be 100 and older as did their mother they were all married w/ kids and some had a very stressful lives. Believe me it’s in the genes. Even the brothers are in their 90 s.
