I paint a lot of furniture and Shackteau Interiors is definitely my favourite brand of milk paint. I’ve created some really fun finishes with it. Thank you for sharing your process!
Love chalk paint. And I have one of the Zibra brushes that I’ve had for a couple of years and it is by far my favorite brush for furniture painting.
That looks really nice. Lots of good tips. I’m planning to use milk paint for a tv cabinet I purchased at an outlet furniture store. Looking forward to using this technique.
I am obsessed with you and FFT. You guys get straight into the furniture! Love you and appreciate all I've learned
I really liked the black and it’s a beautiful piece. The brushes looked like they worked really well.
The piece looks beautiful. The likes the shape of the first brush. I've been watching so many videos trying to get brave enough to paint my end and coffee tables.
loved this! you have inspired me to try this technique and I can see how helpful those brushes would be!!!
I love this! I have an old kitchen table with two chairs that I want to paint black. This is perfect!!!
I love the look of that dresser. I'm moving next year and changing things up. I already painted a few small furniture items. But the bigger ones I want to paint after I've moved. Incase of damage during the move. Love your work and how you explain things in your videos. Love from the Netherlands 💕💕🇳🇱
Beautiful! Your videos have helped me so much with furniture painting. Thanks for the tips!
I'd love to redo an old toddler bed for my daughter and dresser its been passed down from child to child in our family of 5 children holds so many great memories! Your work is truly awesome!
Just moved into a new place and everything we getting is thrifted. Those brushes will def come in handy have so much painting to do cant wait. I'm def going the nontoxic route thanks for sharing
Thanks Christina, you gave me many ideas and I'm learning a lot with your projects.
Really love the milk paint! I’ve been using it for a while. Really do try without the bond agent, I think you’ll love it! Thanks for the video!
I want to paint an old dresser, and chest of drawers, nightstand. And coffee table, and Dinning room table!! I’m so excited that I saw this!! Thank you so much for the tutorial!!
Great video! Thanks! I have a dining set with carved wood chairs, table legs and lots of intricate work on the china cabinet. A set of brushes like these would be a huge help when I paint.
That piece turned out beautiful!
I have an older curio cabinet that needs an upgrade!
Love this channel! You are the reason I finally jumped in and started chalk painting furniture.
Beautiful! I love your commentary throughout, it's very helpful!
Love the knobs against the black. Looks great.
Looks incredible! The dresser design was perfect for Milk paint.
Just a reminder that wax isn’t good if you are gonna have your piece outside or in a area with lots of sun, it’ll melt. That’s what makes Hemp oil ideal if it’ll be outside (like a sign or sunroom pieces)
Good to know!
Love this piece. Such a beautiful transformation. I have a console table that I am looking to redo and I love this color.
I love trying new paints. That dresser looks great! I want to paint a dry sink I have plus a few chairs.
This is exactly what I was looking for! This is perfect. Thanks for being my new resource 🥰
I have a vintage coffee table that I have been holding off on painting because I think it would look good in milk paint but I’ve never used milk paint before. Thank you for doing this video.
That turned out Beautiful as usual!! I am a scaredy-cat when it comes to trying new things. I have a small nightstand I think I would try it on. Thanks for sharing all the good tidbits. ❤️ your work!
I have a 20's antique dresser with those dowel post...boy would those brushes help and i would love to try that milk paint in an off white
Wow! Have been collecting freebies / hand me downs / yard sale finds for awhile (dresser used as tv stand, old dining set, sofa table, 2 mismatched end tables, 2 bookshelves) for my living room that I’d like to paint all of them distressed white with stained tops for cohesiveness. Loved this video!
I love the Zebra triangle brush! Very useful. I have a desk I would like to re-paint, in white. I would put the Zebra brushes to really good use! Loved learning more about milk paint, especially the History.
I love painting furniture, but haven't tried milk paint yet! I can't wait to try this product! Thank you!!
Love it. I have two old dressers to do. Milk pain would be great!

You are so welcome!
Would love to use the brushes and milk paint on an antique dining room pedestal table that was cut down to coffee table height. There's allot of carving on the legs and claw feet and the Zibra brushes look like they would be perfect for the job. Love the hemp oil idea as well.
Looking forward to painting a glass front red cabinet to fit my home better in a more neutral color.
love love love the milk paint! i’m working on some black projects now and love the way this project came out 💗💗
Thank you!
Loved this video. I have a buffet I have held off on doing because i want it done with milk paint but have been a little intimidated by it, but you make it look so easy.
The dresser turned out beautifully. I also bought glass knobs from Hobby Lobby for my granddaughter's dresser I painted. I have an older, nice quality french provincial desk that was given to me years ago. Not really my style, but I think painting it would look really cute. I would be thrilled to have some good quality Zebra paint brushes, I usually just use the foam ones.
Aweeee I like the final look!! I would love to try this product.
Love it ❤.. I'd love to paint a couple of end tables I've been wondering what products to use , these sound great !
Great job! Love that color.
Ahhh this looks awesome!!! I would paint my buffet table in my dining room!

I want to paint my daughters queen size bed. Can’t wait to get started !
I would love to paint my kitchen table with that milk paint! Going to give it a try ;)
Looks great!
Hi Christina!
The milk paint looks great! We like it, too. And decided to paint with it the doors at our home. But there is a problem: fresh pine wood gives yellowing through the paint coat. Which base - wood stain or primer - could you recommend for milk paint?
I want to paint all my wood chairs with these brushes I luv your channel
😳😳😍😍 I want to paint my old stereo buffet. This would make it pop!
I love all of your stuff. 🤗 I’m sooo nervous to try wax and you make it look so easy 😂
Never tried milk paint...I have a armoire that is sitting there in my barn that I would love to try it on 😉
I can't say I like 1 of your videos I love all of them. milk paint was great I really love the furniture piece
Kia Ora & Good Morning from North Shore, Auckland, New Zealand ...great video bro.
Morning! Thank you.
Beautiful!! I need to paint my bathroom vanity & don’t have extra 💰 money.
Very cool, my mother in law has an octagon end table from the 70’s I want to refinish for her. {surprise her for Christmas}

I will try this on a China hutch I have. Thanks for the tips.
Great video! I’d live to try the Zibra brushes and Milk paint on a dresser!.
Very pretty 🖤
The dresser looks fantastic! I have never used milk paint before. It looks interesting. I bought an antique desk at a school thrift sale, I have had it a few years and wanted to paint it to change the style. Those brushes would sure come in handy😉 I am also going to take ownership of my daughter's dressers and I want to make them my own(I painted them purple for her about 10 yrs ago).
It looked fantastic before it was painted :/
Would love to try these brushes and milk paint! I have a piece of furniture I want to repurpose into a coffee bar.
So pretty
Very inspiring!!
I live in an apartment and what I do to make it look more like a "home" is painting furniture. I have a long coffee table that I rescued a year ago and I would love to try milk paint. 🥰
Great job!
I have 2 dressers waiting for me to work on them in my basement. They are going to be my winter project. I would love to try milkpaint. I loved that triangular brush for getting in those nooks and crannies! Salutekim88
I would use this on the kids old wooden kitchen cabinet.
LIKE The video! I have SEVERAL furniture pieces that I would LOVE to paint, but my handmade corner shelf that is over 60 years old, would just LOVE a new coat of paint put on by the Zebra Brushes! :) (AND an OLD wooden dresser that I am using now as my coffee bar and can good storage
Love those brushes
I just moved in to a new apartment and brought a lot of old furnitures to refinish. I would love to use this paint and these brushes in refinishing and update a dining table. Crossing my fingers.
Very nice! 👏
Hi out if curiosity, does this particular milk paint get "bubbles" or foam when you shake it?
I really wanna paint an old antique corner shelf and I have perfect space in my house to keep it :)
Hey Cristina I know this is and older video but would you mind sharing which woodfiller did you use here?
God that was perfection, please do a chair and an old thrift mirror in the same color
I just found you a week ago and I’m in love with your videos 🥰 my first project it’s going to be this antique grandfather’s clock that my husband loves and I absolutely hate 😹 jiji so yeah this milk paint would come in handy 🙌 let’s wait and see.
Thank you!
I haven’t tried milk paint yet but I have a end table I would love to use the zebra brushes on. Can’t wait
Love your work and inspiration. I have done everything to enter contest. I would use the product to paint a hutch I just scored. I recently moved into a small farmhouse. Thanks for your giving heart! ❤️
Hi thanks for all of your videos just a question, i have not seen you so far use a paint gun, and spray on your paint and finishes, is there a reason that you prefer a brush or something you have not tried, just wondering if one is better to do or not. Thank you
It's a personal preference as I like seeing brush strokes most of the time. I do have a spray gun and actually did a video on comparing it vs. hand painting. ua-cam.com/video/qCK_Xuf3w4M/v-deo.html
Question for you .? You ever do antiques furniture like waterfall vanity dresser restoration
I'm looking for a more natural type of paint to paint my nursery room furniture and like the idea of milk paint. Does it have an odor? Also what do you recommend instead of the alcohol to clean the wood, not sure that's safe to use while pregnant.
You can just use dawn dish soap in water to clean your piece. Milk paint is an excellent choice- it is biodegradable, non toxic and has no odor when dry.
